DRIFFIELD CHAMPIONSHIP DOG SHOW

MINIATURE SCHNAUZER: JUDGE: A P KIDD

Thank you for your entries. It wasn’t an easy decision in some classes particularly when you have dogs of very nearly equal merit. What seems to have crept into the breed is close rear movement and a little cycling action which is emphasised by the profuse leg hair. There were some heads lacking in length and low set ears which impacts on the keen and alert expression minis are famous for. Having said all that there are some lovely specimens biting at the heels of the CC winners and temperaments were excellent.
