Many thanks to Bath Canine Society for their kind invitation to judge at this prestigious show. I was pleased with my entry and with my final winners and I thoroughly enjoyed my day.

1ST 2638 - Chacombe Harry On Downsbank (Mrs R Mochrie)

Attractively marked tricolour of just 7mths. Nice type and of good shape and size. Pleasing head with good dome and large dark eyes, set wide apart. Ears low set with feathering developing. Head carried proudly and shoulders well laid back. Chest wide and deep with level top line. Hindquarters strong and well angulated.. Good strong bone. Moved well once going but giving his owner a hard time and having fun. Nice puppy that should do well. BPD

2ND 2644 - Chacombe Hendrix at Justacharma (Mr S C & Mrs G A J Smith)

A lightly marked Tri and I believe litter brother to , so many of the same comments apply. Good head and eye. Slightly bigger all round than his brother, but another very nice puppy. Moved ok but just lacking in confidence.

1ST 2646 - Justacharma Magic Retained (Mr S C & Mrs G A J Smith)

Tricolour boy of 13/12. Lovely head wth good dome and large dark eyes. Good width to jaw and nice cushioning Nice arch to neck, leading to well laid shoulders and level top line. Hindquarters’ strong and well angulated. Moved very well with elegance and drive.

2ND 2623 - Baldragon Pardon My French (Mr M L & Mrs K L Austin)

Tricolour of 16/12. Attractive head with ample dome. Would prefer a darker eye. Lovely shape and short and compact in body. Quite nervous on the table, but apparently he has had a previous bad experience. Moved well.

1ST 2640 - Baldragon Dream Chaser at Lizlanmor JW (Miss E Morley)

Tri boy of nice type. Classic head with good dome and large dark expressive eyes. Wide jaw with well cushioned cheeks and the blackest of noses and good nostrils. Small and compact with strong, cobby body and level top line. Good angulation both fore and aft. Moved soundly with good rear driving action. RDCC

2ND 2634 - Amantra Somerset Gold (Mrs T M Jackson)

Lovely ruby of 19/12 and with classic domed head, lovely expressive dark eyes and black pigment. Good width to jaw and sufficient cushioning. Elegant neck and shoulders. Well turned stifles and level top line. Coat glossy ,of silky texture and rich chestnut red. A little nervous on the table but moved quite well once on the ground.

A Blenheim of nice shape and size. Nicely balanced head and soft expression. Black pigmentation. Nostrils large and wide open. Compact and cobby in body and with level top line. Rather nervous so difficult to assess on the table. Moved ok.

Small Tri boy of lovely shape and type. Good domed head with ample cushioning and black pigmentation. Nostrils wide and open. Wide and deep in chest and compact and cobby with level top line. Nervous on the table but moved well and with drive.

2ND 2628 - Ellinghurst Bat Out of Hell (Mr P & Mrs S Boyer)

Blenheim boy slightly bigger all round although his profuse coat is quite deceiving and makes him look bigger then he really is. Good classic domed head and large dark expressive eyes Nervous on the table and on the move. Moved ok.

1ST 2639 - Downsbank Indian Ink (Mrs R Mochrie)

Black and tan with the most gorgeous head, expressive dark eyes and black nose with wide nostrils. Happy boy. Small and compact with strong bone. Coat rich and glossy with rich tan in all the right places. A little erratic, but moved ok once on the move.

2ND 2622 - Baldragon Blinkin Hell (Mr M L & Mrs K L Austin)

Tri colour of nice shape and size. Cobby body with level top line. Moved quite well although a little loose in front.

1ST 2625 - Ch Baldragon Shoots He Scores (Mrs C Bowles-Robinson)

Nicely marked Tri who stood alone, but who commanded the ring with style. A bigger boy with lots of qualities to admire and one you cannot ignore. Gorgeous masculine head with ample cushioning, good width of jaw large dark eyes and black nose with wide open nostrils. Good strong bone. Well angulated both front and rear and with level top line throughout. Nicely marked coat of good texture and with good feathering. Moved soundly and with excellent rear drive. DCC & BOB.

Attractively marked Tri girl of just 6/12 . Small and feminine and ever so pretty. Nicely domed head with wide muzzle and enough cushioning for age. Lovely expressive eyes and black nose with wide nostrils. Well constructed. Moved very well maintaining a level top line at all times. Just loved her. BPB & BPIB

2ND 2641 - Chacombe Last Duchess (Mrs J Nolan)

Another nice Tri of just 6/12. Bigger all round than 1 but well balanced and nicely constructed . Nicely domed head developing well. Moved and showed well. Still a little wide behind but will change with maturity.

Nice sized elegant, lightly marked Tri of just 1yr. Glamourous soft silky coat. Lovely head with good dome and nice cushioning. Jaw wide and good turn up. Nose black with wide open nostrils. Medium neck flowing into well placed shoulders, level top line and well bent stifles. Showed and moved very well. Good rear driving action..

2ND 2642 - Yeshalomi Jam and Jerusalem with Shardlow (Mrs Jl Paradise)

Blenheim of 16/12. Feminine head with good dome and dark expressive eyes. Nicely marked soft, silky coat. Slightly erratic movement at times..

Small pretty Blenheim of more slender proportions. Nicely domed head and dark eye. Elegant neck of medium length and leading to well placed shoulders. Short coupled and level top line.  Well bent stifle. Moved well.

Nice sized Tri bitch with very feminine head of good proportions. Lovely dark eyes with sweet expression. Good dome and wide jaw with just enough cushioning and all framed by lovely long, low set ears with plenty of feathering. Elegant, medium length of neck leading to well laid shoulders. Chest nice and wide and deep. Cobby body. short coupled with firm top line. Showed and moved well with sound positive movement. BCC & BOS

2ND 2629 - Ellinghurst Kiki Dee (Mr P & Mrs S Boyer)

Another Tri with attractive markings including a lozenge. Pretty head of good proportions and with a good dome. Moved ok.
