Blackpool Championship Dog Show – Judge Lorraine Gillhespy.
My thanks go to the committee for inviting me to judge Japanese Chin. It was probably the hottest day of the year and the dogs I judged coped well with the heat. Thanks also to my steward who worked all day and we finished the four breeds in ample time for the group.
It was wonderful to find out that the dog CC and В.O.В. winner was made up to Champion on the day and the bitch CC winner gained her first CC.
The best veteran, who I judged 3 years ago, went into the toy group and was placed second in the veteran group.
