Dogs

Minor puppy

1: LOVEL, Mr P Lovetrac Kasper, 6-month tri of real potential and I’m sure will go far, he has a gorgeous head and expression. Very well made and so very typy. Superb topline and tailset. Moved out well with his feet in the right place. Only still a baby but will title I have no doubt.

2: CONSTABLE, Mrs M Mitapip Persevere, 8-month ruby of top size, good for colour and he is balanced. His mind was elsewhere today, and he gave his handler a rather hard time. In good body and condition.

Puppy

1: MOCHRIE, Mrs Ruth Chacombe Harry On Downsbank, 9-month-old tri who was compact in shape, decent head and expression with rise over the skull. Moved out on the right track and kept his outline. Very typical all through.

2: SMITH, Mr Stephen & SMITH, Mrs Gillian Chacombe Hendrix At Justacharma, 9-month tri with an excellent head and expression, liked him on the move but he was just a tad longer than the winner and needs to fill in loin. In excellent condition.

3: MADDISON, Miss Sarah Mitapip Macallan

Junior

1: CLARKE, Mrs Pauline Headra's Bohemian Rhapsody At Poltomic, tri of 16 months old with a gorgeous head and expression. He is good for size and typical in outline, just needs to finish in body. Looks good in profile.

2: SIDGWICK, Mrs P & SIDGWICK, Mr Ian Chacombe Hank At Paulian, 11-month-old tri dog with a decent head and expression, good neck and strong topline, not quite the front of the winner today but he puts on a show and has a great temperament.

3: MADDISON, Miss Sarah Mitapip Macallan

Post Graduate

1: GILLHESPY, Mrs Lorraine Cavella Carson, b/t dog who is good for size and has a super head. He just needs confidence as he tends to sink into himself and in doing so loses his topline. In super condition and he is a great colour.

Limit

1: MORLEY, Miss E & HITCHCOCK, Mr R Baldragon Dream Chaser At Lizlanmor JW, tri dog of type and quality. Decent head and expression which is well domed with a wide muzzle. Good eyes perfectly placed and sweep of underjaw. He has a moderate length of neck which leads into a strong level topline. Well ribbed and short and strong in loin. Good tailset and well angulated behind. On the move he puts his feet in the right place. Would just prefer to see him free stood, but he was a real contender today as I liked him very much. Very worthy of his title and he will continue to add to it, and I won’t disagree when he does.

2: MOCHRIE, Mrs Ruth Downsbank Indian Ink, b/t of quality and type. Not quite the expression of the winner but he is very Charlie in outlook. On the move he put his feet in the right place when he thought about it.

3: CLARKE, Mrs Pauline Mitapip Special Edition At Poltomic

Open

1: STEWART, Mrs Katherine Margaret Ch. Monleon Made By Magic For Marchog, this Blenheim is so very typically Charlie and has the most wonderful outline being cobby and compact all through. His head and expression please enormously with enough rise of the skull, perfectly placed eyes and nose. Width to muzzle with sweep to underjaw. He is strong in neck leading to an excellent forehand, strong, level topline and is well ribbed. Short in loin and a well-set tail. Not overly coated but in super condition. He is not the most enthusiastic of showman, but he is totally sound and puts his feet in the right place. CC

2: NORDIN, Ms Sara DK Ch Fin Int Ch Norsk Ch SU Ch Cavamirs Assam, tri dog fully mature and full of type just not as compact as the winner. He is well broken in colour and sensibly furnished. Another who was very sound on the move and used himself to advantage, just not quite the forehand of the winner today. RCC

3: CONSTABLE, Mrs M Tucherish Andrew Carnegie

 Bitches

Minor Puppy

1: RUTHERFORD, Miss H & RUTHERFORD, Miss Grace & RUTH Rignolla Devon Dreamer With Potbelli, 8-month blen, very pretty head and expression, cobby and sound, just needs time.

2: LOVEL, Mr P Lovetrac Vienna, 6-month tri girl who has huge potential but was just slightly erratic on the move today and was throwing her feet out slightly, time is on her side as she is very decent.

Puppy

1: SELBY, Mr Mark Baldragon Pride Of Place At Zilcan, very mature 9-month tri who has it all in front of her. Another with a super head with rise over the skull, perfectly placed eyes and nose. Already has finish to muzzle. She appeals for shape, being cobby, balanced and holds herself so well. On the move she has style and is totally sound. It won’t be long before she carries a title. BP

2: NORDIN, Ms Sara Cavamirs Milima, 11-month-old tri who scores for head and expression, just not the finish of the winner today in body and she was a tad erratic on the out and back.

Junior

1: KENDALL, Mrs M Headra's Killer Queen, beautiful headed tri who moves out well and put her feet in the right place, super for topline and carriage. Well broken, she just needs to finish in body. In superb condition and handled so well.

2: HAYWARD, Mr D & WALKER, Ms S Justacharma Magic Dance Dalshareon, tri who was more cobby and bodied than the winner but not as sound going away. She pleases for head and expression.

Post Graduate

1: JENKINSON, Miss Eva & BOWLES-ROBINSON, Mrs Carolin Baldragon French Fancy, I really liked this tri who has a lot of quality. She is cobby and well bodied, super head and expression, decent for topline and really uses herself in profile action. Very decent girl indeed and, with luck, should title.

2: KENDALL, Mrs M Headra's Killer Queen

3: SMITH, Mr Stephen & SMITH, Mrs Gillian Chacombe Just Charming At Justacharma

Limit

1: CONSTABLE, Mrs M Mitapip Nightshade, b/t who is good for size and pleases for expression. Good topline and moved out on the right track.

Open

1: HUBBARD, Mr Jamie Lee & JOHNSON, Mr Douglas Am Ch Clussexx Hail Her Reign, absolutely gorgeous tri bitch whose showmanship was a class act in itself. Her head is classic with the rise over the skull, perfectly placed eyes and nose leather. She has width to muzzle and enough sweep to underjaw. Strong in neck allowing her to carry her head proudly. Correct topline, well ribbed and super in forehand. She is balanced in hindquarter and in tip top condition. Yes, she was a little out of coat, but this had to be forgiven. Her colour was well broken. It is on the move, however, where she cannot be ignored. The standard states free, active, elegant, driving behind. This girl gave an object lesson and had that indefinable look at me attitude which can be so rare yet must be celebrated when you see it. I loved her and was delighted to award her the CC and BOB which, I understand, now gives her the UK title.

2: NORDIN, Ms Sara DK Ch Norsk Ch SU Ch Int Ch Fin Cavamirs Darjeelin, Blenheim of real type and quality, super expression and sound on the move, the old cliché of unlucky to meet the winner was so true today as I would be more than happy to award her a CC as she is a very decent bitch indeed. RCC.

3: BAILEY, Mrs Dorothy May Aldoricka Sweet Victoria, completed a trio of very good bitches.
