Always a lovely breed to judge and you can be assured of good quality amongst the winners. Presentation was excellent and everyone coped really well with the less than ideal weather. Luckily I was able to move the Lhasas outside and stand them in the covered area.

Two main areas of concern. Far too many had very upright shoulders, this needs to be a big focus in future breeding as bad fronts produce bad fronts. Do keep and eye on dentition. I had a couple of ‘normal’ scissor bites and one slightly overshot. Happy to say most had pretty good front legs, guess I have judged you often enough to not bring dogs that fail here.

Really good d in excellent form. Liked his proportions. Quite a good head with correct length muzzle, good eye and expression. Lengthy neck. Well laid shoulder and a straight front.

Well bodied. Level topline. Quite a good rear. Moved out v well. BV, not far away from a green card, well done on winning Veteran Group.

2nd: 1399 SCHUCKARDT, Miss Lina & SCHUCKARDT, Mrs Elizabeth Timazinti's Peppermint At Frenchlands Sh.CM ShCEx

In super muscle. Masc head slightly strong in skull. Could have more neck and a better front. Well bodied. Has a super rear.

Delightful temperament and carried himself well, head up and full of himself. Liked his head. Lengthy neck and a well laid shoulder. Straight front. Could be a bit tidier coming towards. Well bodied. Slightly long in loin. Super rear, well muscled which he uses so well.

2nd: 1368 CHESTERFIELD, Mrs L & Mr C Aintshe Unlock The Swag Into Burnsett

Liked his proportions. Quite a good head. Medium neck and a good front. Level topline. Tail quite flat to back. Moderate rear. He is well balanced and a good mover.

Happy d who is a bit bouncy on the move, but when settled went well. Quite a good head. Dark eyes. Lengthy neck. He is slightly forward in shoulder. Fairly straight legs, well ribbed. Lots of hind angulation.

He is very well made, masc in head. Slightly strong in skull. Liked his length of neck. Well laid shoulder and a lengthy, sloping upper arm. Well ribbed. Level topline. Has a well bent stifle with low hocks. Super mover. So very taken with his many virtues. RCC

V well presented and liked his head more than 1. Has a lengthy neck. Slightly forward in shoulder. Well bodied. Level topline. Good rear. Also a v good mover.

Very easy winner of this class. Liked his head, lovely eye and expression. Lengthy neck, quite a good front with straight legs. Doesn’t want to carry any more body. Level topline. Well made rear. Moved v well with lengthy stride and style.

Not happy first circuit but then got his tail up. Masc in head. Quite a good front. Level topline. Rear matches front. Well set tail.
