Bath Canine Society

Breed: Cirneco Dell'Etna

Bath Canine Society Championship show held at Three Shires Fields on Friday, 23 May 2025

Thank you to Bath Canine Society for their kind invitation. Having their own show ground, the grass was manicured to a good length to show off the dogs’ feet, which are a very important part of dogs being Fit for Function.

BD 1353 - Kinabula's Milano with Triquetra (Mrs M L & Mrs D Farleigh & McDonnell)

RBD 1357 - Kinabula Rouge Diamond at Dekris (Miss C & Miss D & Mrs M L Wolstenholme & Moughton & Farleigh)

BB 1351 - Kinabula's Assisi (Mrs M L Farleigh)

RBB 1352 - Kinabula's Lou Lou Lemon (Mrs M L Farleigh)

BOB 1353 - Kinabula's Milano with Triquetra (Mrs M L & Mrs D Farleigh & McDonnell)

PgD. 1 Kinabula's Solitaire (Mrs C & Mrs D Hillyer & McDonnell) – One of a trio of boys from the same litter. He is a little smaller than the others in the litter and finer boned. He has an appealing head, although not as masculine as the other boys'. He has good pigmentation complementing his eyes.

LD 1. Kinabula's Blue Topaz with Triquetra (Mrs D Mcdonnell) – The father of this boy won open, and you can see his stamp. He is lithe and slender with strength of bone and almost square in outline. He had ample depth of chest and short, muscular loin. His moderate hind angulation allowed him to move around the ring at a good trot.

OD 1. Kinabula's Milano with Triquetra (Mrs M L & Mrs D Farleigh, & McDonnell) – Today, I feel this boy was on top of his game. He is elegant and slender with strong bones and muscles. He had a good head with moderate width to skull and a well-chiselled muzzle. His neck was strong of good length and well into his shoulders. His chest had ample depth and slightly sprung ribs; he was full of suppleness, which gave him the clean, agile ability to work. BD BoB. 2. Kinabula Rouge Diamond at Dekris (Miss C & Miss D & Mrs M L Wolstenholme & Moughton & Farleigh) This young man is the best dog's son, and you can see his imprint on several of these dogs today. He’s balanced throughout, his head is masculine with a high ear set that were triangular in shape and mobile. His eyes were dark and oval, giving a keen expression. His neck has ample length with a slight arch. His outline was squareish on the stand, on the move, he was springy and covered the ground well, RBD

JB 1. Whilloer Girl On Fire at Pedara (Mrs J E Cross) – A young girl not long out of puppy and needing time to develop. She was finer in bone, although. Her head was feminine with lovely ear placement, oval eyes, flat skull. Nicely made front, although it could fill in a little more. Her feet were oval and neat, her topline was not could be a little better. Her muscular short loin to her pleasing good rear quarters, her tail was set a little low for me, although she carried it well on the move with a springy action.

PgB 1. Kinabula's Assisi (Mrs M L Farleigh) – From the same kennel as the boys but slightly different breeding, this kennel is very clever. Elegant girl and finer, square in outline, keen eyes set in her feminine head that has a flat skull. Lovely length of neck and lay of shoulder, strength in her legs to oval feet. She would work well over typical terrain. She was free on the move with a springy action. BB

OB 1. Kinabula's Lou Lou Lemon (Mrs M L Farleigh) - This lady is the litter sister to the boys, and you could see the same stamp on her. She was attractive and well-proportioned. Her head was feminine with a flat skull and slight stop, and well-chiselled. Her neck was long and lean, with clean muscles, and her topline had a slight slope to it. Her tail set was a little hight. I would prefer a tad more angulation.
