Thank you very much to all the exhibitors for bringing their dogs and supporting my first appointment awarding Challenge Certificates in this variety. The decisions were not easy in some classes, particularly when judging dogs of very nearly equal quality.

1st Place 544 - Penbro Seize The Day at Eivisah (Mrs G & Mr S & Ms R & Ms L Pike & Pike & Woods & Woods), BPD 6 month baby, of super quality. Good overall size and shape, typical in head and eye, with a lovely clean neck, sweeping into well laid shoulders, good topline, well ribbed, short loin, correctly set and carried tail, Well angulated front and rear, when settled moved well for one so young, has a bright future.

1st Place 525 - Samavai Spiros (Ms T Fletcher)

10 months. Good head, dark eye. Well proportioned overall. Enough neck, good shoulder placement, adequate angulation in front, well angulated rear, moved with confidence.

Class 192. Junior Dog

1st Place 556 - Penbro Carbon Copy (Miss R & Miss L Woods), DCC, BOB

13 months, oozes presence. Caught my eye as soon as he entered the ring. Excellent head, correct ears, keen typical mini expression, dark oval eye, well arched neck, good topline, good rib and depth of chest, short loin, well angulated front and rear. Covered ground well with drive, couldn’t deny him top honours.

2nd Place 526 - Wallensis Look What I Found for Geomondo (Miss N & Mr A Gill & Tobutt) 17 months, of good size and shape, good length of neck, nice ear set, ample neck,

good topline carried well, nice depth of chest, good rib and bone. Well angulated front and rear, good overall substance and balance. Correct coat, moved very well in all directions.

3rd Place 537 - Lumillion Love Struck (Mr S & Mr A Lowton-Humphries)

2nd Place 513 - Tammux After Dusk (Mrs T Beckson)

Pleasing head, with dark eye and good earset. Good neck leading into well carried topline. Correct tailset, carried well. Well angulated front and rear. Moved out well with good drive. Just preferred overall length and shape of 1.

3rd Place 552 - Eronel Coffee Bean (Miss J A Weeks)

1st Place 535 - Xebec Warlock with Daladeez (Imp Deu) (Ms C A & Mrs G Johnson & Wise), RDCC

Eye catching black dog, excellent compact shape and well balanced. Excellent bone and substance. Pleasing head, with darkest eye and excellent ear set. Lovely length of neck and lay of shoulder, good depth of chest. Well angulated rear, used to advantage to drive well in all directions. Harsh jacket.

2nd Place 550 - Traphens Colossus (Mrs T J Searson)

Pushed 1 hard. Another of excellent size and shape. Lovely next and topline, excellent tailset. Good head, dark eye, well placed ear. Lovely angulation, not as settled on the move as 1.

3rd Place 536 - Lumillion Crazy in Love (Mr S & Mr A Lowton-Humphries)

1st Place 534 - Havasu in The Black (Mrs J & Mr K Jenkins & Crockett)

Black dog, very smart appearance, good overall shape and balance. Typical schnauzer head, lighter in eye than would prefer, good ear. Nice length of neck, good shoulder and topline. Good body and bone. Lovely depth of chest, excellent angulation front and rear. Excellent on the move.

2nd Place 558 - Penbro Walking On Sunshine (Miss R & Miss L Woods)

Pleasing pepper and salt dog of good size and outline. Typical expression, dark eyes, and correctly carried ears. Ample neck, firm topline, good body, well-sprung ribs, and short loin. Another who moved well.

3rd Place 513 - Tammux After Dusk (Mrs T Beckson)

8 years, white schnauzer. Well balanced body, good head with dark eye, well angulated front. Handled exceptionally well to move out well. Lovely to watch this pair together. BVIB

Lots to like, lovely shape and balance. Excellent headshape, lovely ear and dark eye. Correct coat texture. Good angulation front and rear, settled for one so young. Has a bright future.

Lovely bitch with lots of presence. Excellent neck and topline, well set and carried tail. Excellent depth of chest, good rib. Correct headshape, dark eye and good ear. Well angulated front and rear, good coat. Excellent on the move in all directions.

1st Place 547 - Ch Zakmayo Spill The Tea (Mrs V & Miss K Sanders), BCC

Very breed typical, everything I was looking for. Excellent shape overall. Well bodied with good muscle. Excellent neck, well laid shoulder, good topline carried well. Excellent head with darkest eye and correct ear size and set. Good depth of chest, good rib and bone. Well angulated throughout, excellent on the move in all directions.

2nd Place 533 - Zakmayo One Sip at A Time with Barnsdale (Mr M, Mrs J & Miss H O Houchin), RBCC, not a surprise to see these two were sisters. Another extremely smart bitch with a balanced outline, lovely typical schnauzer expression, well arched neck, well laid shoulders, great depth of chest, good rib, nice topline held well. Another well angulated throughout moving out with drive.

3rd Place 528 - Nikisan Chill Your Beans (Mrs Graham)

Feminine bitch, of good size. Good head, lighter in eye than I would prefer, good ear. Amble neck, well laid shoulder, Well angulated rear, moved well.

Very natural schnauzer with good neck flowing into good topline and correct set tail. Good head, dark eye. Good bone and spring of rib, Excellent angulation front and rear, correct coat texture, moved well.

2nd Place 522 - Mary Wells Around Copellastar (Mr G A & Mrs R J & Miss R A Copper)

Close up to 1, a little heavier than 1. Many of the same qualities, good neck flowing into good topline and correct set tail. Good head, lighter in eye than 1. Good bone and spring of rib, Excellent angulation front and rear, correct coat texture, moved well.

3rd Place 551 - Traphens Rogue (Mrs T J Searson)

Exceptionally smart. Sturdily built, nearly square, lovely balance, makes a lovely overall shape. Very typical schnauzer expression, with correct head, dark eye, neat ears. Lovely neck arch, great topline and tailset. Good rib and bone. Excellent angulation throughout. Free and easy mover.

2nd Place 557 - Ch Penbro Talk of The Town JW (Miss R & Miss L Woods)

Up close to 1, beautiful shape and topline, lovely tailset, good head, dark eye and ear. Typical schnauzer expression, lovely head, dark eye, neat ears. Excellent neck, great topline and tailset. Good rib and bone. Well angulated throughout. Another who really stood out on the move with excellent drive.

3rd Place 519 - Oldbashurst Time to Shine JW (Mr W D & Mrs C L Carver)
