1ST Cloudside Prince of Theives at Johda (Mrs S & Mr P Bellringer) - Well-grown youngster of quality with pleasing outline. Typical head of good length and refinement, showing dark eye and dignified expression. Neck well set into a developing topline. Moved out freely with correct lift and spring for age, maintaining balance.
2ND Cloudside Ebony Prince at Johda (Mrs S & Mr P Bellringer) - Another of similar stamp to 1st, slightly rawer at this stage. Attractive headpiece with clean planes. Needs to firm up on the move but has correct breed action when settled. Would prefer slightly more width throughout.

1ST Chinzaes Tartan Express (Mrs S & Mr D Mclay) - Stylish youngster giving his handler a bit of a hard time. Presents a pleasing outline with good ring presence when settled. Strong head with excellent length of foreface. Correct shoulder placement and good spring of rib for age. Moved with effortless action, covering ground with reach and drive when settled.

1ST Way Up Portofino (Imp Ita) (Mr T & Mrs A Reed) - Elegant youngster with aristocratic outlook. Strong head of good proportion, correct ear set framing expression. Pleasing outline with strong loin but can carry his tail a little high at times. Movement stylish with correct lift and carriage, still a touch loose behind which is typical of age.

1ST Altside Too Hot to Handle JW (Mr M A J & Mrs M A Harwood) - Quality hound, masculine but refined. Strong head with correct length, well set neck flowing into excellent topline. Would prefer slightly more layback of shoulder. Good depth and ribbing. Movement was light, effortless, with strong drive. Presented in good condition.
2ND Amaserwah Any Way The Wind Blows at Jazzmeenah (IKC) (Mr A M & Mrs J P Heritage) – Attractive head on this black masked gold dog, good length of neck leading into well laid back shoulders. Good ribbing. Balanced rear angulation. Moved soundly but didn’t have the spring in step of 1.

1ST Altside Micah Hot Prophet JW (Mrs S Lees) - Impressive dog of great quality. Strong head with excellent expression. Flowing outline with strength of loin and well-set tail. Movement was free, springy, showing correct lift. Presented in first-class condition and handled to advantage, really showing off his qualities. Delighted to award him the RCC in good company.
2ND Saxonmill Majic Moment at Khatira (Miss C M Parker) – Lovely dog who was not helpful on the stack! Excellent head, good length of neck leading into good shoulders. Ribbing extending well back and balanced rear which he really used well on the move to power round the ring.

1ST Ch/aust Ch Tahkira Affogato (Miss C & Miss E & Mrs B & Mrs L Millward & Millward & Ferguson & Race) - Outstanding hound of classic breed type, commanding the ring. Excellent head and expression, correct forehand and ribbing, powerful loin. Movement true, springy and light-footed yet covering ground effortlessly. A hound of dignity and strength, fully deserving top honours. His coat and condition is the icing on the cake and he outs on an impressive performance. CC, BOB & BVIB. Delighted to later watch him win Group 2 and Veteran Group 4
2ND Ch/int/lux/nld Ch Popovs Aladdin at Sarakhan (Imp Nld) (Mr & Mrs C Pascoe) - Another excellent example. Very typical head and refined outline. Pleasing to go over. Moved with great style, just not quite the ring presence of 1 today.

2ND Ch Cloudside Sunstrike JW (Mr T & Mrs A Reed) – Excellent head and expression on this 7yr old brindle. Long neck leading into well angulated shoulders. Good ribbing and excellent rear. Moved soundly with good reach and drive.

2ND Cloudside Snow Angel at Zaram (Mr A R & Mrs C M Cheesman) - Another feminine youngster, slightly shorter coupled than winner. Moved out well, just needs to strengthen behind which will come with time.

2ND Yansukhim's Candy Floss (Mrs S & Mr D Green & Powell) – Very pretty black presented in excellent coat and condition. Good head and neck. Would prefer more angulation fore and aft. Moved soundly but lacked spring.

1ST Zobear Here's Drama (Miss Mc & Miss F & Mr M & Mr W Hannigan & Whitehead & Selby & Maloret) - Superb bitch of outstanding type. Excellent head, strong underjaw, dark expressive eye. Beautiful outline with strength and elegance combined. Moved with great freedom and lift, truly a picture in motion. She pushed hard in the challenge but got a little too exuberant on the move but delighted to award her the RCC. One I am sure we will hear a lot more about.
2ND Ch Saxonmill Mirror Image (Miss C & Miss A Dowd & Malia) - Another beautiful example and one I have done well for before, balanced outline, excellent head, lengthy neck leading into the best of shoulders. So sound on the move. Love her and could happily hand her and her lovely sister who was 3rd a CC.

Shows excellent breed type, balanced head, elegant outline, and moved with grace and dignity, a credit to her owner. Such a correct type with movement to match. I didn’t think when I started judging today I would be handing both CC’s to veterans but this bitch was just so correct she could not be denied. CC.
