Firstly I’d like to thank the committee for inviting me to judge at their show. It’s always a lovely show and I really enjoyed my day. Also thanks to my stewards who did a great job keeping the ring in check!

Lastly, thank you to all the exhibitors who supported me today and to who showed good sportsmanship.

It was a low entry, which is disappointing. However, the quality of dogs outweighed the quantity.

Strong masculine head of good length, correct ear set and eye shape. Neck cleanly set onto well laid shoulders, sloping topline. Chest is developing, straight front and angulated hindquarters, well muscled for age. Moved well with reach and drive. RDCC & BPD

1st 6037 CULLEN’S CH Sir Constantine De Barba Negra At Philoma (imp FCA)

The shape this boy holds is outstanding, I can’t help but look at him and smile. Robust and almost square, lovely sloping topline, correct tail set, broad chest, his front is probably the best in the giant ring at the moment. Masculine head, strong jaw and neat ears. So well muscled and presented. Moved well, showing off his reach and drive as he went. DCC & BOB

2nd 6038 DESCERE’S CH Stablemaster’s Twist (imp FIN)

Larger Male than 1 but in proportion and gives a good shape. Pleasing head, correct eye and good dentition, neat ears that sit close to head. Strong neck, moderate chest and correct topline. Well muscled throughout. In great coat condition. Moved well, just preferred overall appearance of 1.

1st 6042 GRIFFIN’S Philoma When Harry Met Remy

I really like this girl, all there even for her young age. Full of quality throughout. Lovely headpiece, correct eye shape and bite, ears set neatly – all giving her the most feminine expression.

Strong neck, well laid shoulder and good spring of rib. Firm back, straight front and good rear angulation. Coat in crisp condition. Her movement is so light and free, with excellent drive and reach. BCC & BPIB

2nd 6036 CULLEN’S Philoma Thriller

Another really lovely youngster who holds her shape well. Good head and dentition, strong neck, leading into sloping topline. Deep chest, straight forelegs and well angulated rear. Holds tail well, good coat condition. Just lost herself on the move as she was a little unsettled.

Junior Bitch - 1 entry

1st 6043 VELHINHO’S Echodream Sunlight

16 month old bitch in good condition. Strong head of good length , correct dentition and dark oval eye. Moderately long neck, flat shoulder and deep chest. Good amount of rear angulation. Harsh coat. Moved ok.

1st 6041 VEAL’S Philoma Encanto

Beautiful headpiece, dark oval eye, correct bite and neat ears. Arched neck, good depth of chest and well sprung ribs. Firm back, correct tail set and well angulated hindquarters. She gives off a lovely shape.

Sound on the move, pushed hard for the CC but just preferred my CC winners attitude and ring presence! RBCC

2nd 6040 MALCOLM’S Adacolm Russia With Love

Larger Bitch alround. Pleasing head, sloping firm topline and good spring of rib. Moderate chest and straight front. Could do with a touch more rear angulation for me. Harsh coat. Moved ok.

1st 6039 ELLIS’S Philoma Wicked JW

Typey bitch who again, makes a lovely shape. Excellent headpiece, strong neck and topline, firm back, deep chest and straight front with ample bone. Good rear angulation, tail set correct and harsh top coat. Moved soundly in both front and rear action. Handled well.

2nd 6035 COX & BOWMAN’S Zarina Vom Schloss Ehrenberg To Grovelea (imp FCA)

2.5 year old black & silver – which is great to see in the ring!

Prettiest of girls, strong head, dark oval eye and neat ears. Excellent topline, good depth of chest and strong in hindquarters. Presented in harsh coat. Longer in body than 1 but still gives a good shape. Moved well.
