I would firstly like to thank SKC for the honour and privilege of being asked to officiate at their prestigious show. I would secondly like to thank all the exhibitors that were gracious enough with my decisions in a true sportsmanlike way, and allowing me the honour of going over their dogs. Lastly but not least the two wonderful stewards that supported me throughout the day, great company and very efficient, thank you all.

Minor Puppy Dog (2) 1. MacFarlane’s – Harelferg MacFarlane for Umfrido. Quite well developed for a youngster, full of life and really enjoying his day out, slightly testing the handler but that’s all part of the fun, sound outline and with a look of strength, head of good proportions, nice in skull shape, ear set good, eye nice and dark with a loving intelligent expression, front with good bone on straight forelegs, neck muscular and set into a good lay of shoulder, chest good and deep with a good spring to rib, also strong in the loin with good width, well developed in the rear with well toned 1st and 2nd thighs, good on the move showing power and drive from the well toned rear quarters. 2. Cayton-Lee & Lee – Dendroch Major Oak. Another young male with good attributes, still with a good shape to skull and neat correct equal plains and a lovely dark eye still had that melting affectionate expression, good length to neck set to a good lay of shoulder, developing nicely through the front and with good depth in chest, still quit raw through the rear but with time this will come, movement was what I love to see in one so young, crazy all over and having fun, with a who cares look about him.
