None was overgroomed -and that is already a good result- and none was seriously overdone in angles and body proportions (second VERY good result). We must always remember, as stated by the RKC standard (which was translated by the original Italian one), that Lagotto must be and have a rustic appearance (natural) and not any kind of exaggeration. Very quickly: muzzle slightly shorter than square skull, large nose, rounded eyes and triangular ears. Long legs (up to 56% from the ground to elbows), not too wide in fore chest/front, square body and moderate angles both ends. Happy tail moving and working, without being curled over the back. Curly woolly coat slightly harsh on surface with the undercoat of a water dog. You can see all that in my top winners, resulting in their typical happy, functional and tireless action. 1931. Strong square body with excellent topline, coat is ok, moves like a youngster and it won him RDCC. 2ND 10802 - Mizani Dioro over Savio (Miss J Nelson) Nice dog with a lovely head correctly proportioned, typical nose, eyes, expression and well carried ears. Neck of the correct length, excellent neck and front, like his body proportions and lines, long croup, well made rear, typical coat, moves well but not like 1st. 3RD 10765 - Multi/int Ch Toby (Dr P Sassetti) RES 10756 - Karbeni Nua Nemo (Miss J Bullen) VHC 10824 - Gaesten Top Tinker (Mr K J & Mrs S C Tollerfield) 1932. Sometimes a bit low at withers, but it should disappear maturing. Coat ok. Moves very well. 2ND 10755 - Spencer Tracy (Dr K Bond) Well proportioned head, large nose, excellent eyes, lovely expression & ears, typical neck, front and body proportions. Nice topline and croup. A bit overdone in rear for ideal balance. Coat ok. Moves well. 2ND 10808 - Arcticbreeze On Vacation (Mr J & Miss G Pragg & Willott) Another nice dog with a lovely head, large nose, correctly roundish eyes & well carried ears, excellent neck and front, strong topline with nice croup and rear. Not compact like 1st. Good coat. Ideal body proportions, topline and long croup, wide and strong rear. Slightly harsh curly coat as it’s required. Moves well by any point of view.
