Polish Lowland Sheepdog Club

A very pleasant mornings judgjng the Polish lowland sheepdog club open show.

 Super venue, a nice atmosphere and a good size ring to evaluate a nice quality entry.overall coats were of good texture, size and proportions were good, a few were a little too flat in skull and rears could have been stronger in a few exhibits. I really liked my principle winners who were full of breed type, cobby and balanced in super coat and muscular condition..

Was nice to see afterwards both were champions.

Lively alert youngster ,well built dog, equal head proportions, large black nose, dark eye rims, good bone with oval compact feet, level back, correct croup and tailset , needs to drop into his frame but is a steady mover with a good temperament , still to develop in coat, sound and has type with promise.

Compact dog with right amount of substance, has some strength in muzzle with dark eyes and rims. Correct furrow in skull, moderate neck, ribs of fair length, Prefer slightly straighter forlegs and needs to strengthen in hock but holds shape in profile with steady movement, equal body/leg length. Has some texture to his coat. Alert temperament and in good body condition

1)LA FRENAIS- SKAIJAKS KIND N’KINGPIN OF PONRADOSC

well set dog, equal head proportions, just like a little more strength in muzzle, oval dark eyes, compact feet, moderate neck with ribs of fair length, could be little shorter in loin,good bone. low set hocks, dense harsh coat and correct croup. Just like a firmer topline on move and straighter forelegs. Gave his handler a tough time but once he settles he is a steady mover.

Smaller mould but balanced compact dog, slightly rounded skull with good furrow, shorter muzzle, medium stop,ideally like a little more neck, level back, straight front, dense harsh coat, could have more spring of rib, level back, moderate rear, a little flat in croup, steady mover but could just have a little more reach, he has a type to him.

Liked this dog with his overall balance and cobby type, masculine but not course head piece with correct proportions, Oval eyes with dark eye rims correct furrow and right amount of stop,blunt nose, muscular neck with correct bone and substance for size, well made front, level back, broad loin, a little flat in croup, dense harsh coat, a little close in rear but overall a nicely made dog with typical breed movement. In lovely condition.BIS

2)HILLIER- CH MYBEARDS ZIP

Masculine dog, super dark eyes and rims with large nose, correct neck set. good for bone, a little down in pastern, well sprung ribs with depth to his chest, harsh coat, a bigger dog than 1 but a sound mover with low set hocks, Has good carriage, just preferred the cobbiness of the winner but loads to appreciate.RBM

Pleasing head, oval dark eyes, moderate stop, slightly shorter in foreface. Straight forelegs , moderate neck with nicely made front , holds topline, ribs moderately sprung with correct slight slope to croup rear could be stronger on move, has texture to his coat, steady mover ,

Feminine head, large black nose, prefer more underjaw ,slight rise of stop with a clear furrow between eyes, ideally like a bit more bone and cobbiness to her, moderate neck and front assembly, ribs extend well back, harsh coat with some density. Prefer more strength in rear on move

very smart baby, so collected with good balance all through. Feminine head, lovely dark large nose, equal head proportion, clean moderate neck with a well made front and excellent chest/ribs for age, straight forelegs, compact body, right amount of leg length, level topline with good croup, rear quarters, likes her for type. Steady profile mover with correct head carriage on move, just needs to strengthen in rear, coat is dense, just needs to harshen up.and in nice body and condition, very promising puppy. BPIS

2 nice bitches but slightly different in type, winner is a little taller on leg with a compact body and unexaggerated outline, feminine head, dark nose and eye rims, good skull,a nicely made front and chest, level backline which she holds on the move, moderate balanced rear with good carriage and nice footfall, ideally like stronger bone for her frame.

2)CARTER- MYBEARDS MAJESTY

A slightly stronger build than 1, large dark nose, eyes and pigmented eye rims , good furrow with defined stop, muscular neck, good bone, ribs and topline , slightly sloping croup,prefer more strength in rear and stronger hocks, excellent dense harsh coat, just preferred movement on 1 but liked her type.

1)SPRINGTHORPE- MYBEARDS COUNTESS MILLTHORPE

Typey compact medium build without exaggeration, large blunt nose, equal head proportions with slightly rounded skull, a little short in neck for ideal, has depth and width inforechest, moderate front assembly with nice spring of rib,, holds shape on the move with a level backline with moderate rear, lovely harsh coat, low set hocks,not totally settled on the move but overall i liked her size and type.

2)HARESIGNS- CASELBARN QUEEN B

Diffe type to 1 and little longer cast but still balanced , large dark nose, shorter muzzle, straight forelegs with compact feet, moderate neck, a little flat in croup and preferred rear quarters on 1, has some texture to her coat,alert mover, just preferred the coby body on 1.

Nice honest typey compact veteran, has substance but still feminine , well proportioned with a clean outline I liked her head eyes and expression, moderate stop, good forechest, shoulder and ribs, a little soft in topline,correct leg length for body steady mover, good bone harsh coat with a good smooth gait and carriage to her, felt in this entry she was best for overall type and movement in the females. 2)SHRIEVES- IR CH MYBEARDS HOPE INT NL LUXDK BE SWCH

Another nicely proportioned bitch, slightly finer built than1, large dark blunt nose, dark eyes and rims, slightly rounded skull, straight forelegs, could have little more width in chest, level back, slight slope to her croup, short hocks , agile smooth mover , also harsh coat in good condition.
