Havanese Richmond 2025
A very inconsistent entry. There were almost as many different types as there were entries. In several other countries this breed has now developed into a much more consistency, but certainly not in this entry.
Veteran Dog (1)
1. Kenquince Big Guns Alphapups Vw
Well made dog and in very good condition for his ten years old. I would like him more masculine. He has a head with very pleasing proportions, excellent length of muzzle and flat cheeks. Good nose pigment. Eyes could be darker, and I would prefer a correct bite. Moderate neck. Excellent topline, well set tail. In a very good coat of excellent structure. Well developed in his body. Excellent temperament. He moved quite well, especially from the side. Best Veteran
Puppy Dog (2,1)
1. Rothermere Country Classic
Eleven months old, quite tall, masculine dog, at this age somewhat leggy. He has a very pleasing head with excellent length and equally long muzzle as skull. Lovely expression. Very good neck, well set neck. Firm topline, he covers plenty of ground. Well set tail that he does not want to show off on the move, but in stead moved with his tail down. This obviously spoiled the overall impression of the dog. Lovely coat quality.
Junior Dog (5,1)
1. Starleisha Prada Paws
A dog with a pleasing balance and with quality. He has a long head with very little stop, typical flat cheeks. Good neck. Strong and firm topline, well set tail. A very good coat of excellent structure. He moved quite well from the side, but very narrow in front.
2. Corrandulla Crazy For You At Richeath
The best moving dog in the class. He is well proportioned and generally well built. Rather plain in his head, but masculine and well balanced. Well set neck, excellent topline and tailset. Could do with some more angulation behind. Not in a good coat condition on the day, frizzy. The best mover in the class, nice and easy and sound coming and going.
3. Thistlesweet Delaware The Third

Limit Dog (4)
1. Roxhold Talk of the Town
Quite well balanced fawn and white dog with a pleasing outline. I would prefer more length to his head and especially to his muzzle, and he could have flatter cheeks. Excellent eye colour as well as eye shape and pigmentation. Good neck into shoulder. Firm topline, well set and carried tail. Very well conditioned coat, but could be softer. He is a good mover from all angles.
2. Chamwik Obsidian Gem
Black and white dog with a pleasing outline. Masculine head on the short side. Strong neck, well set, firm topline. Pleasing tailset and carriage. Pleasing body shape. Rather woolly in his coat. He moved well from tide and from behind, but could be more positive as viewed from the front.
3. Be Cooper Novi From Hearmean
Open Dog (4,1)
1. Cubadias I’m So Stunning At Beaugem JW
Very masculine white and black dog with a very pleasing silhouette. To me he is more than big and strong enough. He has a head with good length of muzzle, could do with less prominent cheeks. Pleasing expression. He makes very good use of his neck. Excellent topline, tailset and tail carriage. In a full coat of pleasing structure. A sound and efficient mover from all angles. Congratulations to his champion title with this CC.
2. Dalton Hera From Hearmean
Another masculine dog, I prefer his head to the winner as he has less cheeks. Excellent eyes and expression. Very moderate neck. Excellent topline, well set tail. At this age he has a very big coat which takes a way a little from his elegance. A very sound and efficient mover from all angles, even if his coat structure is very good indeed. ResCC.
3. Velvet Story ‘N Bada-Best Hurricane
Special Beginners Dog (1)
1. Corrandulla Crazy For You at Richeath
Veteran Bitch (1,1)
Puppy Bitch (1)
1. Arbaseca Sava Havana At Adorele
A well made bitch, very pleasing type and proportions. She has a typical head with very good length of muzzle and flat cheeks. Moderate neck. Moderate, balanced angulation both ends. Firm topline, at this time a little high as called for in old standards. Well set tail. Very good coat structure, well presented. A pleasing mover from all angles. Best Puppy.
Junior Bitch (2)
1. Adorele All I Ask Of You
A bitch of excellent type and quality. Not at all big, she is well proportioned and very feminine. Typical head, long enough, flat cheeks, lovely pigmentation and expression. Good rise of neck, well set into shoulder. Excellent topline and tailset. Perfect coat quality. She is a sound and positive mover from all angles. CC & BOB.
2. Newpark Masquerade At Havredemer
Taller bitch with a pleasing outline. Head of good length, dark eyes, black pigment. Long neck. Less angulated in front. Good topline, quite pleasing tailset. Not the coat quality of the winner and tended to lose some of her shape on the move.
Yearling Bitch (1)
1. Alphapups Flufftail
A bitch who is quite well proportioned and stood very well over her legs and feet. However she is lacking quite a lot of finesse both to her head and to her coat. Firm topline. Well set and carried tail. She side-tracked quite markedly coming and going as well as from the side. Her coat will take time to become more silky, now it is frizzy.
Post Graduate Bitch (1)
1. Adorele Put A Spell On You At Beaugem JW
Well made and proportioned bitch, scoring in femininity. She has quite a typical head, lovely pigmentation. Well set neck into a strong topline, well set tail. Coat awaits maturity and should become more silky. She moved quite well from all angles, retaining her balance and outline. ResCC.
Limit Bitch (2,1)
1. Immeleon Peppermint Latte in Cubadias JW
All white bitch with very pleasing type, proportions and outline. She has a strong bitch head with good length, some cheeks. Excellent pigmentation. Moderate neck, well set. Strong topline. Pleasing tailset. A big coat of pleasing structure. I would not like any more coat as it takes away some of her elegance. A sound and balanced mover, but not making the most of herself on the move.
Open Bitch (4)
1. Starleisha Midnight Kiss Shcex
Well proportioned bitch, feminine. She has a well shaped head with pleasing expression, even if her eyes could be darker. Moderate neck. Firm topline, well set and carried tail. Her coat quality is actually much better than it looks from a distance, indeed it is quite soft. She retained her balance on the move, but I would have liked to see some more animation.
2. Ch. Pandaprint Forever
Instantly eye-catching bitch, she looked a comfortable winner standing. She has a very typical head and expression. Good rise of neck. Firm topline. Still in a youngish coat, looking rather fluffy at the moment. Well developed in her body and well angulated, she moved with strength and purpose. Her tail is well set, but her tail carriage on the move, next to straight up, left quite a lot to be desired and lost her the win today.
3. Alphapups Dutches Daisy Pudding
