Veteran Dog (3,1)

1. Ch. Madincrowd Gabriel

A very smart dog with an outstanding outline, if moderately long in his body and could cover a bit more ground when standing. He is eleven years old and not in any way showing his age, impressive. Beautiful head with excellent ears and a lovely expression. Excellent temperament, very friendly, but also very showy. Good rise of neck, well set. Excellent topline and tailset. Balanced angulation both ends. He moved very well indeed. ResCC

2. Taigwynion Ewart James

Stronger, larger and masculine dog with pleasing proportions. Masculine head, ears could be put to better use. Dark eyes. Strong neck. Reasonable topline and good tailset. Preferred the outline and tail carriage of the winner. Excellent coat and colour, including thumb marks. Moved quite well from the ide and from behind, a bit cumbersome in front.

Puppy Dog (3)

1. Ribblespride Kruger

At eight month old, this is quite a well proportioned puppy. Typical, masculine head, not quite sure what do with his ears yet. Moderate neck. Balanced angulation both ends. Firm topline, good tailset. I would have preferred less curl to his tail. Very good coat and colour. He was quite a sound mover from all angles, retaining his balanced when concentrating.

2. Mea Miracles Beorn Ragnar of Barleydust

More mature puppy, larger, but also leggier. Well trained and handled. Strong, masculine head, I would not want his muzzle any longer. Goor rise of neck. Needs to stabilize in his front movement both standing and moving. Firm topline, but his tailset could be higher. Very good coat and colour, including thumb marks. He showed himself off well.

3. Ribblespride Don Pedro Of Daweslean

Junior Dog (1)

1. Parabar Palanca’s Prankster

A well balanced, masculine dog of very pleasing type and quality. He has a typical masculine head, well proportioned. Good ears, especially when he makes use of them. Strong neck. Firm topline and a quite good tailset. Balanced, moderate angulation both ends. Very good coat. He retained his balance on the move, but could do with some more drive.

Post Graduate Dog (2)

1. Parabar Posy’s Pawnee JW

Strong, masculine dog with pleasing proportions. Strong skull, pleasing expression. Moderate neck and angulation in front. Rather heavy in his musculature with somewhat loaded shoulders which also affected his outline, could be more clean cut. Excellent coat and colour, deep tan and with thumb marks. Well set tail. Excellent temperament, happy. He moved quite well from all angles.

2. Swanndale Antony

A dog that was not happy in the ring, but quite stressed. This also negatively influenced his expression and movement. Quite typical head with good ears. Tucked himself up on the move and did not extend well at all.

Limit Dog (2)

1. Parabar Posy’s Pawnee JW

2. Poolheywood Barney JW

A tall dog, too leggy for optimal balance. Good skull, large ears. Light eye. Good neck, moderate angulation in front. His best feature is his firm and straight topline and good tailset. Moderate angulation behind. Moved Ok from behind and from the side, quite unstable in front.

Open Dog (5,1)

1. Ch. Lankeela You Go Boss At Foveaux JW

A very sound and well constructed light liver and tan dog with attractive proportions and outline. Typical skull, could make more consistent use of his ears. Strong neck. Pleasing forechest. Strong and firm topline. Balanced angulation behind. He used his legs very well from all angles, including sound in front. CC.

2. Leyeside Mister Wilds At Daweslean

Strong, masculine dog, he is deep and capacious. Strong, masculine head with very good ears. Well set neck, good forechest. Not the topline of the winner. Excellent coat and deep tan colour. He was quite a good mover from all angles.

3. Ch. Madincrowd Edred

Veteran Bitches (3)

1. Ch. Madincrowd Bathsheba JW

A lovely type of bitch, she has a very attractive outline both standing and moving. In a very good condition for her age, eleven. I would not have any more legs on her. Very attractive head and expression. Well set neck with a crest. Firm topline, well set and carried tail. Excellent coat. Her tan colour has paled with age. She kept her outline perfectly on the move and moved soundly. ResCC.

2. Ch. Madincrowd Mercy Chant

Another very attractive bitch. Expressive with lovely eyes, very good ears. Good neck with strength, a bit sharply set. Very good forechest and layback of upper arm. Firm topline, still not quite as good as the winner. Excellent coat and colour. Very animated. Another functional mover.

3. Black Rose In Ronleydon

Puppy Bitch (2)

1. Foveaux Jean Genie At Heelstone

A very smart bitch with an attractive outline, if at this time a little leggy. Strong, still feminine head with very pleasing expression, especially when she used her ears. Crested neck. Balanced angulation both ends. Excellent topline and tailset. Very good coat and reasonable tan colour. A well balanced mover. Best Puppy.

2. Parabar Pelatory’s Pichu

Another quite well balanced bitch. She has a typical head and expression. Very good ears. Not the neck of the winner, nor quite the topline. Could do with some more angulation behind. Moved quite well from the side, but needs to stabilize both ends. Very good coat and deep tan.

Limit Bitch (1)

1. Mahogany Dawn of Barleydust

Feminine bitch, elegant, a bit leggy. Attractive head, but her expression could be more confident. Good neck. Quite good forechest and front angulation. Firm topline, covering plenty of ground. Very good coat and colour. She moved OK from all angles.

Open Bitch (4)

1. Ch. Selestar Salix Lutea with Foveaux

First class bitch, very well balanced. She is strong and substantial, still feminine. Excellent head and expression. Very good ears, lovely eyes. Strong neck, well set into a strong front with excellent forechest. Deep chest, good topline. Well angulated behind. She is a very sound and functional mover from all angles. Overall quite outstanding and won with something in hand CC & BOB.

2. Ch. Foveaux Queens Gambit JW

Another attractive bitch with a very good head and eyes. Not the neck of the winner. Firm straight topline. Moderately angulated in both ends, she could do with some more angulation behind. Quite a sound mover very good coat and colour.

3. Taigwynion Freya Saide in Ronleydon
