What a lovely start to the day with some fine mature exhibits exemplified by this 10 year old male. Good head with masculine expression and strong muzzle slightly shorter than length of skull, well set alert ears. Strong well bodied frame with straight topline and moderate angulation front and rear, well boned with a full profuse coat covering. Steady and true on the move not showing his age at all.

 2ND 6829 - Oberitz Upponalle (Mr N, Mrs C & Miss S Samuel)

Another nice 10 year old male, masculine head with good breadth of skull and muzzle, friendly expression and small well furred ears set wide apart, strong neck well set on shoulders with thick mane. Moderate lay of shoulder of good length, feet tight and of good size, pasterns could be stronger. Good depth and length of rib, clean on the move but lacking the drive of first on the day.

Quite a handsome youngster, balanced head with broad skull and muzzle, length of muzzle shorter than skull and defined stop separating the two, nice dark oval shaped eyes and small well set ears completing this lads friendly expression. Good depth and breadth of ribcage, enough bone and tight oval feet with well let down short hocks at the rear. A little excitable on the move but clean and true in all aspects when settled.

Well trained and presented young male who cuts a nice first impression with a clean outline in profile, well carried head, strong neck well set on shoulders, with a level topline and nice set and carriage to tail. Head is broad in skull with ears set wide apart and always on the move. Nice lay of shoulder and turn of stifle at the rear, well boned throughout. Quite an effortless mover who covers the ground with ease at a steady pace. DCC & BOB

Another handsome male with balanced head and friendly expression, good muzzle and correct dentition, nice dark oval eyes set aside a define stop, good placement of small triangular ears. Still only 17 months so still some maturing to do but with good angulation at the front and turn of stifle at the rear. Good breadth of chest which is lacking from many in this breed. Steady on the move with nice stride length when settled.

Well balanced 5 year old domino coloured male, sound head of good proportions and masculine expression, correct dentition and nice dark oval shaped eyes. Good lay of shoulder and return to upper arm, giving him a nice prosternum, legs straight with strong pasterns just off the vertical. Held a good topline on the move and sufficient rear angulation with straight hocks. Another who was quite fluid on the move at a steady gait.

2ND 6828 - Ch Oberitz Buoremus (Mr N, Mrs C & Miss S Samuel)

5 year old in a good profuse coat of correct texture, pretty boy with friendly expression, broad muzzle and skull, well furred ears placed high and wide, strong neck of moderate length, good deep rib and strong short loin, well boned and in good overall body condition. Good topline held well in profile movement. Could be a little cleaner on the away and return.

Smaller but balanced three year girl, slightly longer in body profile than height at withers. Pretty expression, dark oval eyes, nice tidy ears well placed and alert to everything going on around her. Good length and arch to neck, well set on shoulders, short strong loin. Pleasing turn of stifle at the rear and another who improved on the move as they settled and their confidence grew.

2ND 6835 - Lumikoira Kiva's Ilola (Ms C White)

Dark coloured girl with a pretty head and expression, dark eyes and correct dentition, moderate length to neck, level topline, moderate angulation at the front and depth of chest to elbow, a little longer in rib than some with short loin and moderate rear angulation, not sporting any coat which made her look finer in bone and build. Clean side gait on the move.

Seven month old excitable black and tan youngster, pretty head very feminine, well placed small ears and dark oval shaped eyes, muzzle shorting than skull to give that soft expression. Strong neck of sufficient length with good angulation at the front and rear, good breadth of chest with nice ribbing, well set tail and covered in good furnishings. Clean on the move, would like her to come up on leg just slightly.

2ND 6814 - Whinfoss Kesanlehvisto at Lapinruska (ai) (Miss A Fowler)

Ten month old who looks quite nice in profile, good body length to height at withers ratio, feminine head, slightly longer muzzle than first but with good fill under cheeks, well set alert ears, nice length of neck and good lay of shoulder with nice turn of stifle at the rear. Lighter in bone than my class winner, nice side gait movement when settled and just a little close in movement when returning.

Well bodied 3 year old, nice feminine expression, strong muzzle with defined stop, nice dark eye colour, well set medium sized triangular ears, strong neck of good length and well set on shoulders, moderate angulation at the front with good depth and breadth to chest. Good turn of stifle at the rear and vertical hocks, clean on the move in all directions and in tune with her handler at all times.

Another very pleasing girl just shy of her third birthday, Good thick and profuse brown coat of good texture. Nice muzzle not to long with an ovel eye, colour matching coat. Nice small well set ears. Well boned throughout with nice tight ovel feet. Good depth of chest and nice ribbing coupled with a short loin. Well set tail and strong hocks. Another who was tidy on the move holding a good topline with a moderate stride length.

Not the largest of girls but sporting nice balanced proportions in side profile, Prety girl with broad backskull and well set small ears, broad muzzle, shorter than skull with nice padding under dark ovel shaped eyes. Moderate angulation and a good amount of bone for her size, neat ovel feet. Good length to rib and short coupling gives her a pleasant compact look, clean on the move with a good brisk action

Very pretty girl with good outline and soft feminine expression, Correct eye shape and nice length of muzzle, just shorter than skull. Well set small ears and good strong neck, well laid shoulder and return of upper arm which gives her a good forechest. Strongly boned with tight oval shaped feet. Well bodied with nice topline and in full furnishings. Very clean on the move with an effortless ground covering stride, I was surprised to learn afterwards that this was her first CC. BCC

2ND 6791 - Ch Limishka Kareitar JW (Miss Kl & Mrs S Anderson & Nardone)

Another who on the move covered the ground well but in a slightly shorter stride pattern, quite a powerfully built brown sable girl, nice broad skull with ears set wide apart. Correct dentition and alert oval eyes, dark in colour in relation to coat colour, broad strong muzzle and defined stop while retaining a friendly feminine look, strong neck well set on shoulders, moderately angulated front and rear, full coat of correct texture, nice topline and depth to brisket.
