I would like to start my critiques by staying ‘Thank you for enter so many quality examples of this fabulous breed’. With large classes full of such well made dogs meant I had to make so many difficult decisions and many quality DDB went unplaced. I think the future is good with so many quality puppies and juniors. Also, Thank you for showing your dogs in such good condition and handled so well.

1ST - Dean Lewis Waves Red Beauty Bordeaux (Mrs A.m Vera)

 Exciting young male.with an excellent head of correct size and proportions. Strong short muzzle and oval eyes. Corrrect laid back of shoulder and front just starting to develop. He has excellent bone and strength for his age .Needs to settle on the move but he enjoyed his time in the ring.

 Good broad head, strong neck and correct lay of shoulder. Chest still developing and could be deeper. Stronge hind quarters with good turn of stifle. Strong tight feet.

 Strongly built male with masculine head and brown oval eyes. Strong muzzle and well defined chin. Excellent body proportions and firm topline. Well angulated hindquarters. Quality male, I preferred the front assembly of 1

Fabulous class of quality males .. It was very close between 1st & 2nd.

1ST - Poseidon Red Beauty Bordeaux Ned/lux J Ch (Mrs M Arnts)

 Strong powerful male with excellent bone. Stocky built with large head with broad skull, oval brown eyes and strong muzzle. Solid muscular neck into well placed shoulders. Broad chest down to elbow. Pastern slightly sloping and well padded feet. Firm topline with ribs well sprung and slight tuck up. Strong well angulated hindquarters. Moving with easy around the ring with excellent reach on the front and powerful hind action. A pleasure to award him the CC and Best of Breed. It was a shame not to see him represent his breed later in the day in the group ring especially as he passed the vet check .

2ND - Ch Vegas V D Madroelhoeve (Imp Nld) (Miss M Billis)

 This super male really push hard as he is so well made with excellent bone and muscular body. Loved his head and strong muzzle. Well muscled neck into good front assembly, broad deep chest to elbows. Level topline held at all times. Strong well muscled hindquarters. Moving with excellent front extension for powerful from the rear. Just preferred the proportions of 1.

Excellent proportions all through for this female. With a strong neck of good length, width of chest, ribs correct and firm topline.. Good strong well angulated hindquarters

Very exciting young girl who I thought was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, today the atmosphere was just too much for her and even though her handler did her best. She did not move as I would expect her too as she was so well made with excellent shoulders and front assembly. deep broad chest to elbows Good ribs and strong well angulated hind quarters.

 Fabulous female. Excellent bone and strength yet still feminine and athletic. Large head with broad slightly rounded skull, oval eyes correctly set and square slightly turned up muzzle.. Fine wrinkles without excess.. . Strong, Macular neck neck, well laid shoulders and broad chest. Well laid shoulders, firm topline held at all times and strong broad loin. Moving with free easy strides, Shown in excellent condition. A pleasure to award her the CC.

 Another quality female who was so well made. Ultra feminine well-proportioned head. She has a well-balanced outline with firm topline, excellent ribbing and deep chest down to elbows. Good croup and well-muscled hind quarters. She moved with ground covering strides and prowerful action from the rear . Shown in excellent
