Firstly, I would like to thank the Wales and West Shih Tzu Club committee for inviting me to judge this show, and many thanks to my capable stewards who kept my ring running smoothly without any problems or delays. Although not a large entry, all my first-placed dogs were of high quality and had good breed standard attributes. I feel that overall, back movement still needs attention; however, overall, the dogs were of reasonable quality. Many thanks to those who entered under me. I hope you enjoyed the day.

Nearly 9 years old. Excellent head shape, dark eyes, correct bite, well-laid shoulders into good ribs. Still moving with drive, showing clean pads, and well presented coat of correct texture. I am pleased to award him The Reserve CC and best Veteran.

1st Shenleyvale Fifty Shades of Orange,

Solid gold with coat in beautiful condition. Just 1 year old, just starting to mature. nice for size, correct head shape with dark eyes, correct nose placement and wide jaw arched neck into well laid shoulders, good length and well sprung ribs. Good angulation, flowed around the ring showing clean pads.

2nd Alamiks The show must go on,

Correct head, dark eyes, nose placement, and bite correct, well-laid shoulders into well-sprung ribs, in good coat, moved okay.

Solid black good head with soft expression dark eyes well placed nose correct bite, well laid shoulders into well sprung ribs, coat is coming along nicely good angulation, moved well showing clean pads flowing around the ring correct tail set.

2nd Charonnis it's now or never,

Solid gold head of correct shape, with dark correct nose placement, mouth okay good shoulders into well-sprung ribs in good coat moved okay.

1st Middletune Billy the kid,

Solid gold, maturing well good for size, correct head dark eyes correct bite, good neck into well-laid shoulders, well sprung ribs, good tail carriage moved well showing clean pads.

2nd Ethelsmead True Grit 

Gold and white, good head, dark eyes, correct bite, well-laid shoulders into well-sprung ribs, good coat, would like a slightly higher tail set, moved well.

3rd Alamiks Raspberry Beret.

Solid gold with correct head, dark eyes, well-placed nose, correct bite, good shoulders into well-sprung ribs, coat in good condition of correct texture, good angulation with correct tail set, good movement as he flowed around the ring showing full pads.

Finer built than 1, nice shaped head with soft expression, correct shoulders, coat coming on nicely, good tail set, moves okay.

Cream and white dog, sturdily built, correct head with lovely dark eyes set wide apart good nose placement and correct jaw well-arched neck into good shoulder placement ribs well sprung, in excellent coat of correct texture, correct angulation moves with ease around the ring showing full pads, pleased to award him the Dog CC.

Nice shaped head with lovely soft expression, excellent for coat type and texture, good ribs, high tail carried on the move and standing moved well.

7 years old solid gold with correct head with soft feminine expression, good neck into well-sprung ribs, excellent coat with high tail set moved well.

11-year-old in excellent coat, well-shaped head, dark eyes correctly built throughout, moved well.

1st Pinyinz Sugar Hiccups JW, 

Deep gold and white, head of good size with dark eyes and correct bite, good neck into well-laid shoulders, well sprung rib, coat of correct texture, good tail set, moved well.

Cream and white correct head with soft expression, built well throughout, moved okay.

Cream and white bitch, 2 and a half years old and just starting to mature, correct head with good dark eyes correct nose placement, good neck into well-laid shoulders and well-sprung ribs, correct angulation, flows around the ring showing clear pads pleased to award her Reserve CC.

Cream and white bitch finer made than 1, good shaped head and good body proportions in good coat, with high tail set, moved well.

3rd Middletune Chantilly Lace.

Gold and white, pretty head with soft expression, smaller built than 1 but everything in the right place, moved ok.
