Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier

Class 134 Puppy (3,0)

1st Satherley, Lakkas Yankee Sweet Silkcroft. From the of, this puppy caught my eye. Presented in great condition and coat. A lovely compact young male, good head, eye and bite with neat ears. Ample length of leg, strong neck into firm topline. Good extension and carriage on the move, will follow his career. BPIB.

2nd Ronan, Denzilly Poppet Magic. A smaller bitch of good proportions. Had a nice colour with a pleasing trim. A pretty bitch with good head proportion. Moved soundly.

Class 135 Junior (2,1)

1st Williams, Evesvale Summer Breeze. Great temperament. A heavier set bitch. Would have liked a tighter trim to this bitch. Coat needs time to mature. Moved well round the ring.

Class 136 Post Grad (6,1)

1st Hart & Cook, Dannebriel We Will Rock You. A lighter in colour male, who is very head heavy. A stronger built male, with a strong will on him. Strong neck, into ok front assembly. Firm body on him.

2nd Shrive, Clanhanna Reet Petite. A bitch of finer proportions. She was in good coat and trim. Created a nice outline when stood. Moved with ease.

Class 137 Open (7,3)

1st Herbert, Saffini Smooth Operator At Julibidd. A heavier set male but very appealing. A lovely outline. He was up to size but a delight to go over. A strong masculine head on him with good eye, into a strong neck and firm topline. He had a well-muscled, powerful body on him and used it well. Sound strong mover with good carriage. BOB.

2nd Barret, Saffini The Sweetest Taboo. Sister to 1st. But both very typey. This bitch was smaller in proportions but none the less lots to like. A good head and eye onto nice shoulders and front. Coat of correct colour and texture. Well bodied and balanced. A nice clean mover throughout. RBOB.

Class 285 AV Minor Puppy Stakes.

1st Robbins & Rowark, Brekswood Honey Bee. Golden Retriever. Just 6 months old but so much to like. She was such a pretty feminine bitch. Super outline, balanced throughout, brilliant coat. fantastic on the move. Will follow her career.

2nd Atkins & Charles, Clanwillow Crown Of Roses For Snikkles. Bearded Collie. This younger was a typical ‘Beardie’ puppy. Great expression with a great personality. Coat was in good condition. Moved round well with good carriage.

Class 286 AV Puppy Stakes.

1st Adams, Tequesta Poldark JW. GSP. Such a pleasure judging this male. Masculine head, excellent bone, with fantastic feet. Movement was delightful to and from with precision. Presented and handled to his best.

2nd Hardy-Hodgson, Starjanda Cosmic Dream. Old English Sheepdog. She was of nice type and balanced. In excellent coat and condition for her age with a feminine head and good width of skull.

Class 287 AV Junior Stakes.

1st Davies, Waterley Heart Breaker. A black and white dog with so much about him. His head is masculine with a fantastic expression. Well muscled in body, which showed on the moved being so effortless in strides. Presented in immaculate condition and so in tune with his handler. A real treat to go over.

2nd Thompson-Morgan & Morgan, Belleville Salva Vidas. PWD. Another dog with so much to like. Of lovely type, with a very good outline. Another presented in the best of conditions and a joy to watch in profile.

Class 288 AV Open Stakes

1st Popple, Mileoak Loch Noir. Newfoundland. A lovely shaped black bitch who was presented in fantastic coat and condition. Had such a pleasing expression on a good head. Well muscled body with a firm level topline, elegantly moved round the ring with precision and power.

2nd Fisher, Shulian San Angelo Star At Poppykins JW. Chow Chow. He was is in fabulous condition, with a typical head and correct features. Powerful compact body, and well conditioned. Moved freely round. A pleasure to go over.

Class 289 AV Veteran Stakes

1st Whitaker-Crosby, Cobyco Could Be The Last At Mulcair JW. Whippet. She caught my eye as soon as she came in the ring. She is of lovely breed type with pleasing head correct ears, into lean neck and well bodied. Held her topline on the move, strong to and from.

2nd Thompson-Morgan & Morgan, CH Belleville Anjo De Noite. PWD. 12 year old and hard to believe is in fantastic condition. Still shows like a youngers and with many qualities. Of great type and condition.
