PUPPY (4, 3 abs)

1st Smith’s Flyenpyg Jurgen Chopp.  RBOB and BP and PG2.

Very promising black coated dog puppy. 6 and a half months old and enjoying his day out, he found it very exciting to have a change of handler in the challenge! Balanced outline, a strong neck, very good angulation fore and aft, well boned straight legs, tight round feet. Dense well presented coat, ever wagging tail. Impressive on the move with plenty of reach in front and good drive from behind. Was just pipped at the post for BOB by his kennel mate, but his time will come.

JUNIOR (2, 1 abs)

1st Young’s Huntress Happy Kiss (imp UKR).

Yellow bitch not in her best coat today, and slightly longer cast. At 13 months old has time on her side for her body to drop to match her length of leg. Pretty face, kind eye, adoring expression, used her ears well. Good length of neck, straight front, pleasing spring of rib, firm loin. Lively disposition, well handled, moved ok.

POST GRADUATE (3, 2 abs)

1st Merrison’s Oakenholt Altan.

Well shaped quality head, broad skull, wide nose, endearing expression from kind eye, obviously loves his gentle handler. Angulation balanced at each end, deep chest, barrel ribs, correct width between hind legs. Pleasing on the move with true footfall, firm muscle tone, in hard condition, would have preferred slightly more bone.

OPEN (4, 2 abs)

1st Smith’s Flyenpyg Porky Pig JW, OSW.  BOB.

Strong and broad all through, excellent muscle tone, in tip top condition with well presented yellow jacket. Quality head with broad skull, defined stop, expressive eye, good width of muzzle. Deep through brisket, ideal width of chest, very good lay back of shoulder, barrel shaped ribcage, short strong loin, excellent hind quarters. Moved exceptionally well in profile, handled to perfection, together they make a great team.
