Thank you to the Committee for inviting me to judge at their open show. I had a quality entry of Dobermanns and it was a pleasure to go over them. Thank you to all who had entered under me. It was fabulous to be able to utilise the large outdoor rings, allowing the exhibitors to show their movement.

Puppy (3/3)

1. Hall’s Supeta’s Got To Give It Up. 9 month old Black & Tan Dog. In very good condition. Good scissor bite, dark almond shaped eyes, a masculine head, leading onto a good neck, strong shoulders and forefront with a good depth of chest, straight topline and tight feet. Showed good reach in front and drive from the rear on the move. BPIB. Delighted to see him not only be awarded WPG1 but also RBPIS.

2. Jervier’s Grafmax Prettiest Star. 11 month old Black & Tan Bitch. Again in good condition, correct scissor bite, small and pretty head with dark kind eyes leading onto a long arched neck, well developed chest, straight topline with a slight slope to the croup. Good rear angulation just a bit unsettled today.

3. Brockley’s Verlayson Ensipotens.

Junior (4/1)

1. Pollard’s Shalissa’s Hot Toddy At Whizzbean. 16 month old Black & Tan Bitch. Strong feminine head, good length to muzzle, dark eyes and good pigment. Good length to an elegant neck leading onto well laid shoulders, good depth of chest, level topline with a slight slope to tailset. Once settled she moved with reach and drive.

2. Burnham’s Jodaseen All of My Heart. 17 month old Brown & Tan Bitch. Smaller in construction to 1st, but very feminine in appearance. Correct head type, almond shaped eyes, good reach of neck leading onto firm shoulders, level topline with slight slope to the tailset, good depth of chest. Nice muscle tone and good movement.

3. Brockley’s Verlayson Ensipotens.

Post Graduate (4/1)

1. Bishop’s Korifey Heartbreak to Sacaria. 20 months old Brown & Tan Dog. He had the wow factor today, catching my eye on entering the ring and he didn’t disappoint. Good head proportions with dark expressive almond shape eyes, strong neck leading into firm shoulders, front and topline. Good depth of brisket and ribbing. Correct front and rear angulation. He moved around the ring as if he owned it with precision and drive. BOB delighted to see him being awarded WG2

1. Evan’s Ch Amazon Just Let Me Adore You JW. 2 year old Black & Tan Bitch. Well constructed with good angulation. Small feminine head with expressive dark eyes and correct scissor bite, leading nicely onto an elegant arched neck, firm back to a well laid tailset. Well developed ribs, a good tuck up and nice muscle tone and tight feet. She moved with grace covering the ground well. RBOB

2. Thorn’s Grafmax Lucy In The Sky. 4½ year old Black & Tan Bitch. Shown in good condition, feminine head with dark eyes, leading onto an arched neck, good lay of shoulders, slightly sloping topline and catlike feet. Good muscle tone and moved well.

3. Merchant’s Cockneyoka Get Over It At Mandareus.
