Miniature Poodle

Puppy D/B 4,3

1. Hunter’s Silvora Cristal Star. D. 8 months. Liked his head for balance and expression. Lengthy neck above well laid back shoulders. Well ribbed body. Clean front on good feet. Held a secure topline. Tail is well set. He moves with accuracy and maturity which belies his age. Clearly a promising future awaits. BD. RBOB, BPIS.

Post Graduate D/B. 2,1

1. Watt’s Donaska Tilted Halo. B. 19 months. Beautifully balanced and presented in good coat and condition. Feminine headpiece giving super expression from captivating eyes. Liked her lay back of shoulder. Great for depth of chest and ribbing. Neat front. On the move she comes into her own, covering the ground accurately and with strong rear drive. In the BIS challenge she really moved up a gear. BB, BOB & RBIS.

Limit D/B 2,1

1. Hutton’s Natica Chocolate Surprise. B 4 years. Brown coated lady. Impressive when standing and presents a balanced picture. She is particularly nice to examine. OK for head expression. Body is well ribbed and she was certainly presented in fit condition which aids powerful movement. Clearly a competent show girl. RBB.

Puppy D/B 1.

1. Todd’s Todlaw’s Forget Me Not. B. 9 months. Feminine head giving a mischievous expression from dark well shaped eyes. Excellent dentition. Ample reach of neck with a good ribcage and body condition. Nicely put together and she stands on correct feet. A touch unsure on the table but with maturity she will gain confidence. On the move however, she was stylish, confident and accurate. RBB, BPIB & RBPIS.

Junior D/B 2,1

1. Givan’s Afterglow Seems Like Heaven with Sudeo. B. 17 months, Produces an eye catching profile. Pretty and feminine with a really pleasing head, dark endearing eyes. Good for chin. Well set leathers. Tight well arched feet. Body was well ribbed with sufficient breadth over the loins. Harsh jacket presented to advantage. Sound, stylish and happy on the move. BB & BOB.

Post Graduate 3,1

1. Tollin’s Dorian Gray’s Ace Up my Sleeve (Imp Deu). B. 17 months. Slightly smaller in stature but there is lots to like. Her head is well balanced enhanced by great pigmentation. Beautiful eyes aiding typical expression. Well off for ribbing. Secure backline; tail well set. On the move her well angulated hindquarters aided strong rear drive. Her front movement became a tad unsettled in the challenge. Presented in great condition.

2. Winnington’s Clopton Diamond Boy. D. 7 years and decidedly mature and masculine. Attractive head of the balanced shape, dark eyes; correct bite. Elegant, lengthy neck. Secure topline; deep chest and well sprung ribs. Presented in excellent condition. Was rather reluctant on the move and could have given more.

1. Brunton’s Tafari Ta Da It’s Afterglow. D. 3 ½ years. Appealing masculine head with good chin, containing dark sparkling eyes of correct shape. His neck is well placed leading into a super front assembly. Body has well sprung ribs. When standing, he presents such a lovely shape. Well angulated he produced purposeful movement demonstrating correct forehand extension and strong rear drive. BD & RBOB.

1. Grant’s Afterglow Americano At Silvora ShCertX. D. Mature male with a well-balanced head and neat chiselling to foreface. Dark eyes of correct size and shape aiding a stunning expression. Body is of good depth; well sprung ribs. Coat is well presented being correct in texture. Balanced angulations throughout. Clearly a real show off, he demonstrated superb movement in all directions which enabled him to steal this class. BVIB & BVIS.

2. Murphy, Grant and Grant’s Ch Silvora Tik Tok JW. D. 3 years old and presents a lovely picture when standing. Balanced head giving a beautiful expression; excellent dentition. Dark appealing eyes. Super to examine, he is nicely compact. Quality coat. Initially, I thought he would be the winner of this strong class but felt that on the move he struggled with the undulating surface. Notwithstanding, it was a hair splitting decision.

1. Elrick’s Pitfour Dona Carlota. B. Beautifully presented young bitch approaching 3 and now coming into her own. White coat was presented immaculately and is well textured. Long lean feminine head, nicely chiselled. Correctly shaped dark almond eyes. Excellent dentition. Well defined chin. Goodly length of neck slightly arched, compact body, good depth of chest and well ribbed. She is ultra confident moving effortlessly with grace and determination. The more I saw, the more I liked. BB BOB & BIS.

2. Elrick’s Del ZarzosoWith Love to Pitfour (Imp Esp). B. Another well balanced lady. Just preferred the head of 1. Good reach of neck, short backed. Well ribbed. Excellent topline and tail set. She is so well balanced which gives full advantage on the move.

Limit D/B 3,1

1. Crosbie’s Caramarvel Ironman. D. 5 years. Masculine. Super white Coat. Nicely pigmented. Balanced head with lean skull. Tight lips and good dentition. Balanced front. Body has a good depth of chest. In excellent condition and super skin. His hindquarters are impressively constructed, but on the move he can be a tad careless in front.

2. Humphrey’s Bhanyanan Fire Game Iz Volzhkoy Serenady (Imp Fin), B Excels in size, shape and proportions. Strikingly feminine head with dark pigment. OK chin. Dark expressive almond shaped eyes. Front assembly has straight, strong forelegs. Not the rear movement of 1. In super coat.

1. Elrick’s Ch Pitfour Duke Of Cambridge. D. 5 years. This mature male is clearly worthy of his Champion title. Presented in wonderful condition and muscle. He is so well balanced. Masculine head having a well chiselled foreface, good for chin. Super dark eyes; well set leathers. Deep chest, impressive spring of rib. Correct tail set. On the move he is something of a power house! Light on his feet and strongly determined he holds a super outline throughout. Challenging to handle but sound in all directions and his accuracy a joy to witness. BD & RBOB (beaten by his daughter).

2. Humphrey’s Alain Clark From Quindonmiertiek. D. 10 years old and presented in fabulous condition. He is impressive to examine. Well bodied with super chest. On the move he maintains his level topline and pleasing outline. He is accurate and precise in all directions. Preferred head and expression of 1. BVIB & RBVIS.
