I would like to thank the Midland and Northern Counties French Bulldog Club committee for inviting me to judge their open show on 31st March, I was delighted with my entry and the very few absentees. The sportsmanship and the atmosphere at the show was absolutely excellent which is a credit to all those present.
BABY PD 2(0)
1. Goddard’s Kianspuchi Hocus Pocus. 6 month old male, correct head, high set ears, good shoulder, balanced when viewed in profile, Best Baby PD.
2. Hanslow’s Jianking Adonis Buren Perro. Only 4 months old but a very nice profile, more compact in type than 1 however such a baby at this stage, he will mature to advantage.
MPD 3(1)
1. Membury’s Membully Razzle Dazzle. Good head, strong underjaw, well set ears with a nice outline, correct rise of top-line over the loin, strong deliberate parallel gait on the move.
2. Smith’s Membully Razzmataz at Ellouab. Good head, correct underjaw, good depth of chest, sound on the move.
PD 2(0)
1. Cund’s Chelmbull Capt'n Fantastic. Preferred the head and profile when viewing 1 on the day, correct muzzle, strong underjaw and excellent angulation when viewed in profile, good feet and pasterns, sound on the move, BPD & BPIS.
2. Ross’ Franstelgos Low Rider. Slightly stronger in head, correct shoulder, good rise of top-line over the loin but not the moderate angulation I would prefer behind, well handled and presented.

1. Brooks’ Serenant Maverick. Preferred the head of 1 and the overall balance and angulation on the day, moved with an efficient ground covering gait.
2. Morison’s Xandene Knew You Were Magic. Lacking some underjaw for me but good angulation, correct top-line and overall balance, good ground covering gait.
3. Kelly’s Xandene New You Were Smart with Casemates.

1. Bryant’s Archness The Audacity JW. Good head, correct square skull, just preferred the more compact shape when viewed in profile, good bone, nice feet, correct pasterns, easy gait.
2. Walton’s Ravendane Popeye. Would prefer a little more underjaw and has as much length of loin as I would like but moved with a parallel gait.

1. Vearncombe/Hale’s Ruption Knightcott Back To Black. High set ears, impressive on the move and good balance in profile, as much back length as I would like.
2. Smith’s Ellouab Royal Pride. Nice compact exhibit when viewed in profile, good top-line, well set ears, would prefer a little more length of muzzle.

1. Kelly’s Casemates Criterion. When settled he has qualities and moves to good effect, nice shoulder, correct top-line and moved to advantage.
2. Hunt’s Xandene Its A Kinda Magic at Balistix. Good muzzle, compact in shape and balance and balanced angulation, not quite the movement of 1 on the day.

1. Morison’s Xandene All That's Magic. Preferred the overall profile of 1 coupled with the movement, correct bone, good feet, well angled pasterns.
2. Walton’s Ravendane Billy The Kid. Good head, well set ears, nice top-line, good bone, not quite the reach and drive of 1 on the day.

1. Bonsall/Odendaal’s Ch. Muggshotts Whiz Bang Wilber. A lovely youngster, a picture in profile, excellent top-line, quick ground covering gait, lovely example of the breed, BD & BIS.
2. Cund/Hickin’s Chelmbull Space Man. Another lovely male, stronger in head than 1, excellent angulation, correct top-line, sound on the move, RBD.
3. Pearce’s Ch. Bullhawk Cease'n Desist.
SP OPEN PIED DOG 1(0)
1. Bonsall’s Corzak De El Mencey Loco at Muggshotts (imp). Compact, very well muscled exhibit, nice rise in the top-line, quick ground covering gait although a little loose when viewed from behind

1. Morison’s Rozeldogue Knew It Was You Xandene. Good head, well set ears, nice underjaw, easy gait, compact in profile.
2. Rankin’s Guru Sunday at Wildax (imp). Large male, excellent angulation, level top-line, good turn of stifle, just a little unsettled on the day.
BABY PB 2(0)
Two very nice youngsters, I just preferred the rear movement and angulation of 1 on the day but both excellent prospects.
1. Timms/Henderson’s Eastonite Meant To Be for Olijah. Correct skull shape, compact, well angulated and in good proportion, Best Baby PB & Best Baby Puppy in Show.
2. Goddard’s Kianspuchi Halloqueen. Super head, good shoulder, just a touch untidy behind on the move at this stage.
MPB 3(1)
1. Taylor’s Chareve's West End Girl. Very nice puppy, excellent head and expression, good underjaw, well angulated, correct profile with good rise over the loin, impressive on the move.
2. Cole’s Membully Bedazzled with Myntie. Correct head, compact in body, good top-line and sound on the out and back.
PB 2(0)
Two nice puppies, just preferred 1 on the tidier movement on the day.
1. Timms/Henderson’s Olijah Fully Loaded. Compact, good head, correct well set neck, good top-line, impressive in profile, BPB.
2. Ross’ Franstelgos No Action. Another lively puppy, slightly more refined in type, good top-line and nice balance when viewed in profile.
JB 6(2)
1. Brooks’ Serenant Iron Butterfly. Preferred the overall view in profile of 1, correct shape of skull, somewhat wayward ears at this stage but impressive gait and excellent angulation.
2. Hopper’s Bestfrenchie Stacy at Brynfaw. Lovely head and expression, good balance, not quite the gait of 1.
3. Vearncombe/Hale’s Castrum Osinium Ria for Ruption (imp).
YB 3(0)
1. Hickin’s Boule And Onuba Dream Girl (imp). Super bitch, lovely head and expression, perfect balance when viewed in profile, well angulated and out-moved the class, RBB.
2. Membury’s Membully Maybe My Time. Correct head, nice overall proportions, compact in type and sound on the move.
3. Bryant’s Archness The Drama Llama JW.

1. Vearncombe/Hale’s Ruption Knightcott Back In Black JW. Took the class with her good overall balance, sound movement and nice feminine head, good top-line, well set ears.
2. Rowley’s Penksides Scrumptious. Moved to advantage, correct underjaw, nice rise in top-line, good overall proportions.
3. Bagnall’s Mejeric Senorita.

1. Walton’s Wildax I'm Coming Out at Ravendane. Fawn bitch, balanced front and rear and sound on the move.

1. Kelly’s Casemates Soprano. Keen, alert expression, nice shape of skull, balanced and well angulated when viewed in profile, sound on the move.
2. Rowley’s Penksides Scrumptious. Repeat.
3. Scott’s Amuelle Fabulous Florence.

1. Membury/Pearce’s Ch. Bullhawk Egg's Citing at Membully. Lovely head and expression, high set ears, excellent shoulder, good top-line, completely out-moved the class with her reach and drive, BB & RBIS.
2. Timms/Henderson’s Ch/Ir Ch. Chelmbull Stary Seas for Olijah. Good shoulder, excellent balance and shown in hard condition, not quite the head of 1 for me.
3. Smith’s Rischale Henrietta at Ellouab.

1. Walton’s Ravendane Bagpuss. Lovely 9 year old bitch, good head, well set ears, balanced front and rear, strong top-line, easy gait, BVB & BVIS.
