Border Collie Puppy (1,0)

1. Fisher’s Lochiel Written In The Stars, BPIB

B&W male of 11months with a lovely temperament. He is all boy in outlook, in good coat , nice for size with good substance and outline. He has a balanced head, fairly broad in skull, strong jaw with correct bite. Eye well set, correct colour and shape of good size giving him a merry expression. Good ear set. Muscular neck of good length leading to a nice layback of shoulder with very good return of upper arm. Straight front legs, good bone with flexible pasterns. Nice spring of rib for age but chest does need to develop, this should come with time. Level topline, correct tail set. Adequate hind angulation with strong hocks. Moved well in profile. With nice drive and good forward reach. 

Border Collie Junior, (2,1)

 1. Grant, Simmonvon Among The Stars Avec Coussiere, BOB

14 month ultra feminine B/W bitch. Still looks a junior but has everything in the right place. Very good for size and substance, with a graceful outline. Feminine head and expression with well balanced skull. Correct eye shape, colour and placement, correct pigmentation. Ears nicely set. Strong jaw, correct bite. Long muscular neck leading to very good shoulder placement with good layback to shoulder and upper arm to match. Needs time to develop in chest but this should come with age. Straight front legs, with strong flexible pasterns and correct bone. Level topline, tail of good length and correctly set. Very good hind angulation with well let down short strong strong hocks, straight when viewed from behind. Moved very well in profile with excellent forward reach and drive from behind, single tracked correctly. Pleased to award her BOB.

Border Collie Post Graduate (3,1)

1. McCormack, Goytre Summertime Blues

Mature 7 year old Blue & White dog. All male outlook, nice for size with good strong bone and nicely balanced for outline. Strong masculine head expression, good breadth of back skull, correct eye shape, colour, placement, and pigmentation, ears nicely set. Muscular neck of decent length, leading to good shoulder placement. Excellent depth of chest and spring of rib, level topline. Decent croup, nice tail set and hind angulation with strong straight hocks. Moved very well in profile with good forward reach and drive. Unfortunately this gentleman was carrying a touch too much weight which affected his front movement coming towards me.

Border Collie Limit (3,1)

 1. Fisher, Sevnine Diamonds To Cullen

5 yr Masculine B/W dog. Good for nice, excellent substance and bone. Intelligent expression, well balanced skull of good breadth, correct eye shape, colour, placement and pigmentation. Excellent muscular length of neck leading to okay layback of shoulder and good length of upper arm, straight front with strong and flexible pasterns. Correct depth of chest and spring of rib. Decent topline, tail correctly set. Hind angulation adequate with strong let down hocks, could stand a little straighter behind. Good shaped feet, moved fairly well with good drive from behind and decent forward reach.

1. Grant, Coussiere Dancing Queen

9 year old B/W bitch who belies her age, In such good condition. So feminine in outlook, with graceful outline, correct size with good strong bone. Intelligence quizzical expression, lovely balanced head of good breadth, eye of good colour, correct pigmentation, nicely placed though a touch fuller in shape. Muscular neck of excellent length leading to a good layback of shoulder with a shorter upperarm. Straight front legs with flexible strong pasterns. Good depth of chest and spring of rib, level topline, tail of good length and correctly set. Excellent hind angulation with strong well let down short hocks. Moved fairly well in profile with nice drive from behind but didn’t have the forward reach of her kennel mate.
