Puppy (3,1) 1st Jones Clairedale Grantchester, attractive tan and white boy of only 6 months old, nicely proportioned head with correct earset, mild expression with nice eye and good pigment, lengthy neck with good layback of shoulder and return of upper arm, good through the body, straight legs with neat tight feet, steady mover all ways. 2nd Chance & Dodds Dotlun Harliquin, 9 months old pretty open tri girl with soft appealing expression, dark pigment, well set on ears of a good length, pleasing overall size with balanced angulation, sturdy with ample round bone, lost out on front movement today. Junior (3) 1st Goldberg’s Molesend Giorgio, handsome 16 month old tri, a very well balanced male who is up to size, well proportioned head with lovely soft appealing expression, good length of neck into a level topline with correct tailset, straight legs with good bone and tight feet, nice bend of stifle with good width to second thigh, sound correct movement all ways . 2nd BP & BOS Jones Clairdale Galatea, quality tan & white girl, 6 months old litter sister to 1st in puppy, loved her size and balance, nice clean outline with a very pretty balanced head and good dark pigment, she’s compact with a level topline, and good underline, well ribbed back with good tail set, just lost out on rear movement today to a much more mature boy. Delighted to watch her go on to take puppy group 3 Post Graduate (2,1) 1st Pocklington-Halls Bayard Bee Good, well presented 15 month old sturdy tan and white boy of a nice overall size, strong masculine head, compact with a level topline, plenty of round bone, good bend of stifle, showed good profile movement. Limit (4,2) 1st Jones Clairdale Fusillier, 2 yr old quality tri boy who is a nice size and well balanced with nothing overdone, loved his head with soft, kind expression, good dark pigment and correct earset, good layback of shoulder, compact through the body and well ribbed back, moved soundly. 2nd Goldberg’s Rossut Villein At Molesend Jw, smart 2 yr old tri, another well balanced male with masculine head, good length of neck into well placed shoulder, sturdy with good bone, tight feet, good angulation, moved ok all ways. Open Dog (2,1) 1st & BOB Foster & Jones Stormpasture Saddlesoap, 22 month old lemon & white boy, pleasing size with a clean balanced outline, presented in excellent condition, he has a masculine balanced head with good pigment and soft appealing expression, good length of neck with nice arch, well placed shoulder and good depth to chest, level topline, well ribbed back with strong loin and correct tail set. Moved out with enthusiasm covering the ground. Delighted to watch him go Reserve Best In Show.
