This show has grown so much over the years, so much so, they have bought their own show field.  The day started off very grey and gradually improved during the morning into a very pleasant day.  The rings were of a good size and because it was a farmer’s field, it sorted out the good movers.  The show was well organised with a friendly atmosphere, with the exhibitors spread around in their gazebos.   My steward did a good job keeping the ring organised for me, and the exhibitors for excepting their places with grace.  Thank you all.

Dalmatian - Graduate D/B (5,1), 1 Edens, Miss. P. & Dr. D., Steyndal Diamond White At Dalens, JW: A stylish 3yr old bitch.  A very pleasing girl, well balanced with a good back end.  I would like a little more front and that would finish it for me.  But over-all she fills the eye and moved ok.    2 Bridge, Meyer & Britton, Ms. L.H., Ms. E.A. & Mr. G., Akoni Buttery D’Or: A 15mth old bitch, that still needs to settle.  On the day she was still is a little jittery.  On the whole she is not a bad bitch being of a good type and out-line with plenty of substance and she moved ok.    3 Saunders, Miss C., Popkingsway Lady Of Dreams: Bitch.    4 Hurst, Mrs. A. & Mr. K., Dvojica Firefly For Finnidal: Bitch.

Open D/B (5,0), 1 Williamson, Mrs. E.L., Shydally Ultimate Edition, JW: A 2.6yr old dog that is nicely balanced and easy on the eye.  Nice type and out-line, holds himself well.  Holding his top-line on the move.  He has a nice balanced head and front assembly.  Firm back, neat angles to rear.  Pleased to award him BOB.    2 Kaal, Miss J.M., Schunikka Ifor Dream, JW: A 2yr old dog, a little bigger than 1st an on first sight fills the eye better he is well balanced throughout.  Good front and rear, very impressive.  I liked him a lot.  Just did not move as well as 1st on the day.  Such a shame.    3 Williamson & Howard, Mrs. E.L. & Mrs. H.J., Decoda’s Toffee Apple: Bitch.    4 Davies, Mrs. H.L., Maddidalli Embers Glow: Bitch.    5 Saunders, Miss. C., Hafwenna House Of Stark: Dog.

French Bulldog - Graduate D/B (2,0), 1 Barrett, Mrs. H., Frenchpride’s Day Dreaming: A 14mth old brindle bitch, and a very close call between these 2, and I liked the compactness of this young lady.  Liked her movement and her size.    2 French, Mrs. K. & Mr. N. & Miss K.P., Bincombefarm Morsmordre, JW: A 15mth old dog, I loved his colour which was a lighter brindle than 1st.  On the fist sight he should have won this class.  But did not quite have the movement of first, which was a pity as I liked him.

Open D/B (1,0), 1 French, Mrs. K. & Mr. N. & Miss P., Bincombefarm Serpensortia, JW: A 15mth old bitch with pied colouring, which might be litter sister to the above dog.  But she is in a class of her own.  I loved her she is an absolute darling.  Very easy on the eye, gorgeous out-line, very typy.  I could have quite easily have taken her home.  Pleased to award this cobby girl BOB.

Japanese Spitz - Graduate D/B (3,1), 1 Furse, Mrs. S., Loveliwithy Barbie Girl: An eye catching 11mth old bitch, and very smart she is.  A lovely type and out-line and so well balanced.  She has a good head, and good length of neck and neat shoulders.  She is well balanced, good body of correct proportions and neat back end.  She carried her self well on the move.  Pleased to award her BP, BOB and later Puppy Grp 4.   Well done.    2 Cobb, Mrs F., Camylaw Midnight: A very pleasing 11mth old dog, that was just not as settled as 1st. which unfortunately reflected in his movement.  Such a shame as he was some nice features and when settled could do well.  He is of a nice type and out-line.

Open D/B (2,1), 1 Furse, Mrs. S., Loveliwithy Kiku Tsubaki: A 3yr old bitch who pushed the puppy hard for BOB and just missed out.  She is very pleasing and nice on the eye.  Has a good type and out-line and is well balanced.  I liked her good coat and her presentation.  She moved out well.  Has a neat head and nice front, good body and neat rear.

Miniature Schnauzer - Graduate D/B (1,0), 1 Moorcroft, Mrs. J., Amorevita Uranus, JW: This 16mth old black dog stood alone in this class, but what an eye-catching dog he is.  He never let his handler down once.  He is of a lovely type and out-line, and is really balanced throughout.  Balanced head, good neck, super front and excellent body and strong backend.  He was finished off in a good harsh coat.  Kept his top-line on the move and covered the ground well.  Pleased to award him BOB and later Adult Grp 3. Well done I liked him.

Schnauzer - Open D/B (3,1), 1 Bawden & Brown, Mr. C.E. & Mrs. S.I., Ch. Amigris Aint Misbehavin At Khanate: 2 very smart salt & pepper ladies here and heading up the class is the younger of the 2.  She is a little smaller of the 2 she has a squarer body which I liked.  Making her more balanced.  She has a good head and front, deep brisket, good top-line and neat rear.  I particularly loved her front movement with good extension and she kept her top-line on the move.  Pleased to award her BOB and later Adult Grp 4, well done.   2 Moore, Mr. I., Ch. Odivane Sister Act: Another very smart 4yr old salt & pepper bitch.  This young lady is a little bigger than the 1st.  I actually preferred her rear angulation, but she did not use that to her advantage.  She is however a good type an out-line. Nicely balanced and neatly turned out.  Thank you for bringing her, as I liked her.

Tibetan Spaniel - Graduate D/B (7,0), 1 Smith, Miss K.L., Crockerne Moon Light: A 17mth sable bitch of a very pleasing type.  Pleasing on the eye and plenty of coat.  She is a nice type and out-line and moves superbly around the ring.    2 Quest & Conibere, Mrs. M. & Mrs. T., Back In Black With Devontibs: This 9.6mth old dog pushed the 1st hard and just missed out on maturity.  However, this black lad really strutted his stuff.  He is eye catching, of good type and out-line and I look forward to seeing him in the future.  Pleased to award him BP and later Puppy Grp 3.  Well done.    3 Rice, Mrs. J., Ricox I Love My Mini Me, JW: Bitch.    4 Osborn, Mrs. M.L., Quailmoor Gold Dust: Bitch.

Open D/B (6,1), 1 Rice, Mrs. J., Ch. Ricox Somebody To Love, JW, Sh.CM, Sh.CEX, VW: An 8yr old sable bitch and a proper little cracker she is and she knows it.  Lovely type, lovely out-line, and so balanced throughout.  She is so easy on the eye, so well put together, and a joy to watch on the move.  Easy winner for me and I was pleased to award her BOB.  Well done.    2 Quest & Conibere, Mrs. M. & Mrs. T., Tiny Winnie De La Valoubiere With Devontibs, (Imp. Fra.): A 2.6yr old sable bitch, she is of a pleasing type with a lot to like about her.  Moved well, but unfortunately was well out of her depth compared with 1st which was a shame as she is nice.    3 Rice, Mrs. J., Parloueve Back To Black Of Ricox, JW: Bitch.    4 Emery, Mrs. E, Ricox Dance With My Father: Bitch.

Tibetan Terrier - Graduate D/B (4,0), 1 Plummer, Plummer, Knight & Bingham, Mrs. K., Mr. G.V.R., Mrs. L. & Mrs. K., Araki Colour My World For Tetsikarma, NAF, TAF: A 7mth old bitch, and what a little stunner she is, of a lovely type and out-line.  She really takes your eye and is so well balanced with plenty of substance and was really nice on the move.  A delight to watch.  Pleased to award her BP and later Puppy Grp 1.  She later went on to Res. BPIS.  Congratulations.    2 Lawrence, Mrs. J.M., Tazique The Emperor: This 13mth old black and white dog is quite an eye catcher, pushing 1st all the way.  He is a nice type and out-line and looks quite flamboyant in his finery.  Very nicely balanced with plenty of substance.  Moved nicely.  I liked him a lot.    3 Plank, Mrs. S., Waterley Code Breaker: Dog.    4 Curley, Mrs. H., Silgarhi Bhanu Bhupen: Dog.

Open D/B (3,0), 1 Plummer, Mr. G.V. & Mrs. K., Araki Dream Perfection For Tetsikarma, JW: A 3yr old black and white dog, and very smart looking he is.  Very easy on the eye.  He is of a good type and out-line and easily fills the eye.  He is also so well balanced particularly with his impeccable coat, presented in tip-to condition.  Moved about the ring with ease showing off his front and rear movement.  Pleased to award him BOB and Adult Grp 1. Well done.    2 Meakin, Mr. P. & Mrs. C., Layoli Firecracker At Miksang: A 6yr old black dog, a little smaller than 1st, that said he is of a good type and out-line.  With an excellent shape and coat he is very easy on the eye.  A well-balanced dog that moved out well around the ring.  Pushing the 1st hard.    3 Plummer, Plummer, & Bingham, Mrs. K., Mr. G.V.R., & Mrs. K.J., Araki Krazie Maizie For Tetsikarma, JW: Another superbly presented 2yr old silver and white bitch that pushed the other 2 very hard indeed.  I appreciated the first-class presentation and liked her a lot.

A.V.N.S.C. Utility - Graduate D/B (6,1), 1 Sellick, Miss K.A., Volgarus Spice Up Your Life: Poodle (Min.). A chocolate-coloured dog just coming up to 12mths, a very pleasing type and out-line, nice and easy on the eye.  He is well put together with his 4 legs well under him.  He has a good rich coloured coat.  It was a pleasure to watch him move.  Pleased to award him BP and Puppy Grp 2.  Well, done.    2 Laing, Miss A.L., Marcasite Aurora Skies, (AI): Poodle (Stan.).  A bitch just over 12mths of age this blue/grey bitch was presented nicely and looked nice standing.  She is of a nice type and out-line.  But did not have the front of first which reflected in her movement.  She seemed to overextend on the move.    3 Nash, Miss A.J., Antiquarius Gabriel: Poodle (Min.). Dog.    4 Bull & Warren, Mr. B. & Mrs. C. & Ms. L., Jolerob One Way Of Puttin It At Starferry: Shar Pei. Bitch.

Open D/B (7,1), 1 Clucas, Mr. W. & Mrs. C., Ch. Hiswin Star Dreams, JW: Chow Chow. Wow this 9yr old red bitch, took my eye no sooner she walked in the ring.  Walking as they should do with that typical roll, and with that face oh so gorgeous.  I loved her.  So typy, great out-line, and in super coat.  I could have taken her home.  She was easily BOB.  She then popped up in the veterans where she took Best Veteran.  Later I gave her 2nd in the Adult Grp and was delighted to watch her take BVIS.  Wow what a wonderful day, so well done.   2 Jenner & Archer, Miss E. & Mr. T., Alamiks Raspberry Beret: Shih Tzu.  Rising 18mths this particolour dog is very nice, pity to come up against the 1st today.  He fills the eye and is of a good type with a good out-line, shown in full coat.  Expertly presented and moved a dream, I liked him.   3 Crocker, Miss A., Lotringham Tenacity: Poodle (Stan.). Bitch.  4 Cann, Ms. S.M., Sunmarca Secret Agent: Poodle (Min.). Dog.

Any Variety - Yearling Stakes D/B (35,20), 1 Moorcroft, Mrs. J., Amorevita Uranus, JW: Schnauzer (Min.).  Dog.  As Before.     2 French, Mrs. K. & Mr. N. & Miss K.P., Norvanik Gold Smith At Bincombefarm, JW: An 18mth old shaded sable Pomeranian dog, and a very smart fella he is.  Pushed 1st very hard, absolutely full of himself.  Of excellent type and out-line and very easy on the eye.  I liked him a lot.    3 Predmiestina, Miss. A., Kaflex A Dalia Andemavis, (Imp. UKR): Retriever (Golden).  Bitch.    4 Whisker, Miss. M., Thistlestone Winters Gold, JW: Border Terrier.  Bitch.
