Thank you to the show for this appointment and my exhibitors for their good sportsmanship and a lovely atmosphere at the show where everyone was helping everyone else. I usually do the photography for this show and have exhibited my own dogs here. It is one of my favourite shows, so the offer of a judging appointment was most appreciated.

1st Whitgun Renegade Master at Owlspoint (D) Owned by Miss A Bell

Two and a half year old boy with a lot to like about him, Nice head with good balance of muzzle and head, pronounced occiput, planes good.Well chiselled below eyes and nose large and spongy. Oval eyes given characteristic melting expression. Correct neck leading to strong well laid back shoulders. Good oval bone, strait legs. Good muscle all over with good tight well arched feet. Moved realy well and while he stood alone is a worthy winner being a good example of the breed. BOB

1st Oakmarsh Little Acorn (B) Owned by Miss K Watts

This well balanced bitch is a nice shape with good muscle while remaining femine and not being too course, she has a good broad and round head with correct eyes and ears. Coat of correct weatherproof type, harsh oily outer coat with dense woolly undercoat. She moved free and effortlessly around the ring. Pleased to award her BPIB and BOB.

This bitch has a good broad head again with good muscle all round and correct harsh outer coat with dense woolly undercoat. She moved well around the ring. She is heavier set than the winner and not as feminine.

Another bitch of good type and shape who moved well. A little smaller and lighter with good eye and ear. Correct double coat. She moved ok but not as freely as the others today. RBOB

1st Ravenhoe Mochara Cadeaux (B) Owned by Mrs A Moskowitz

Good wedge shaped head, with correct eye and ear set and good pigmentation. Well balanced good ear and eye set, correct well laid shoulder, forlegs strait with strong pasterns, Well sprung rib with level topline held on the move. Well muscled over loin and croup with correct tail set, and good coat. Pleased to award her Best of Breed.

2nd Ravenho Midnight Miracle at Saxonholme (B) Owned by Mrs M Gill & Mrs A Peake - Well balanced bitch with a lot to like, good head with correct oval shaped eye and small ears. Correct tight curled coat. Well laid shoulder, with well muscled rear. Good tail set. Outmoved by the winner today.

1st Blue Willow at Ravenhoe (B) Owned by Mrs A Moskowitz – Well balanced bitch with good wedge shaped head, correct oval eye and small ear. Well laid shoulder with strait front. Good feet. Level topline held on the move. Correct tail set. Heavier set than my BOB but moved well. Pleased to award him RBOB

2nd Firecurl Pop Goes The Weasel at Beddgelert (B) Owned by Mrs McKenzie - another nice bitch with a lot to like. Correct angulation, but finer through than the winner. Level topline held on the move. Good feet and tail set.

1st Binnaig Sea Barnacle on Flyenpyg (D) Owned by Miss C Smith – 6 month old well balanced boy who is showing lots of promise. Good head, Well angulated front and rear which showed in his movement. Good tail. Stood really well on good feet.

2nd Madgack Marshmallow Minocqua (D) Owned by Dr C V Logan – another nice boy with a lot to like. Not as mature as winner but this wont hurt him as he has plenty of time to grow. Nice head with correct eye and ear. Nicely angulated front and rear.

1st Flyenpyg Jurgen Chop JW (D) Owned by Miss C Smith – 9 month old puppy who is going to be one to watch. Good head with correct eye and ear, well angulated for and aft, with good bone. Lovely round compact feet, level topline held on the move. Correct double coat with harsh outer and dense undercoat. Pleased to award him RBOB and Best Puppy.

1st Overmarsh Seventh Hour JW (B) Owned by Mrs W Manning – 2 year old girl with good head and ears, correctly angulated but a bit heavy all round good coat and correct otter tail. Moved OK

1st Flyenpyg Porky Pig JW OSW (D) Owned by Miss C Smith – very nice 6 year old boy who has everything in the right place. Good head, good eye shape and ear set with correct for and aft angulation. Nice round tight feet with good bone but not over heavy. Correct coat and lovely Otter tail. Moved really well round the ring. Pleased to award him BOB

2nd Winsleywood Wagonhorn at Ravoakar (D) Owned by Mrs K & Mr C Bambrook – nice boy with good head, nice neck into well laid shoulders level topline. Good tail set and rear angulation. Not quite the bone of 1st and did not move as well in the ring.

1st Coedhelyg Ho Tee Machine (D) Owned by Mrs P Barker – 6 month old well balanced boy who headed this lovely puppy class. Good head, correct eye and ear. Correct angulation, level topline held on the move. Correct tail set and good bone. Best Puppy in Breed

2nd Tarnlaikers Ice Spice (B) Owned by Miss Ormond – 8 month old fine girl with a lot to like but a lot of growing up to do, well balanced with good angulation but still a little loose in her movement which should tighten as she gets older. Good tail set and round tight feet.

1st Whenova Pampero (B) Owned by Mrs Golding – 13 month old slight girl but with enough bone and a good head, good ear shape and set, nice eye. Level back and held her topline on the move good tail set and carriage.

1st Redmanhey's Comte De La Fere (D) Owned by Miss S and Mr & Mrs J Burgess – 2 year old Nicely built boy with a good coat. Lovely head with correct ears and medium almond shaped eyes. Enough neck into well laid shoulders and good rear angulation. Moved really well to win the class and take Best of Breed.

2nd Afonbach Syrax JW (B) Owned by Ms AM & Miss AL Adshead – 2 year old girl who was finer through than the winner with good coat level back and good tail set. Another with good head and medium almond eyes. Moved OK.

3rd Afonbach Dance With Dragons JW (B) Owned by Ms AM & Miss AL Adshead

1st Eusanit Proper Job (D) Owned By Mrs T & Mrs S Woodward – 6 year old well balanced boy with Good head, enough neck into good shoulders. Well angulated on good round tight feet. Not a lot to chose between him and BOB but he just lost out today. Another day they could very much change places. Pleased to award him RBOB.

2nd Sh CH Afonbach Winter is Coming JW (D) Owned by Ms AM & Miss AL Adshead – 7 year old boy finer in type than winner but a lot to like. Good head, level back, held on move. Moved OK but not as well as winner today.
