15 month old bitch, scissor bite, clean eye of good shape & colour. Head developing well, good length of neck. Well constructed front with strong topline. Moved well once settled. BOB

2nd White’s DROVEBOROUGH SILVER PEARL FOR PADUAN

14 month old bitch, clean eye of good shape and colour. Not as together as one at this stage. Well angled throughout and a steady mover. Would like a little more drive on the move but plenty to like about this young girl.

Young male of good size. Scissor bite. Dark eye of good shape. Head developing well with clean muzzle. Straight front with good bone for size. Strong top line which was maintained on the move. Steady mover covering the ground with ease, pleased to award him BOB

4 year old bitch, lots to like about this girl. Alert expression and working well with handler. Head of good proportions with good reach of neck. Well constructed throughout with strong top line and covered the ground with ease. RBOB

2nd Mcdonald’s ROANJORA MONTEPULCIANO VW

9 year old bitch, still in fine condition. Head of good proportions. Good reach of neck set on to well laid shoulders. Level top line which she lost slightly on the move. Steady mover covering the ground with free fluid movement.

11 month old dog, scissor bite, good pigment. Dark eye of good shape. Head developing well, good reach of neck. Well angled front and rear with good bone for size. Level top line supported by strong loin. Moved well, working well with handler. Pleased to award him BOB, Adult Group 4 and Puppy Group 3

2nd Clarke-Gear DEWMIST DANZATORE WITH OUSEVALE (IMPE SWE) 

Another impressive young male, scissor bite, typical gentle expression with eye of good shape and colour. Well angled throughout with strong top line. So much to like about this boy but not as together on move as one. Moved better in the junior class.

Coming up 2 year old bitch of good size, scissor bite. Gentle expression. Good reach of neck. Well constructed fore and after with good bone for size. Level top line which was maintained on the move. Moved with steady drive. RBOB

2nd Taggart’s ALTINDAN USER FRIENDLY JW

Another lovely bitch, finer type that one but beautifully constructed. Slightly longer in body than I would like but maintained her top line supported by her strong loin and good conditioning. Presented in top condition.

1st Wallington’s WYNRITA SCHOOL DAZE

6 year old dog of good size. Scissor bite, pleasing head of good proportions. Well boned through out and moved well, covering the ground with ease. Profuse in coat which gave impression of carrying extra weight but in firm condition once got hands on. 

2nd Mears AMBERSUN PAPER PLANE

2 year old dog of good size. Scissor bite. Presented in good firm condition. Well angled front with good bone for size. Lacked drive from the rear on the move.

7 month old dog, scissor bite. Head developing well, clean eye of good shape and colour. Well constructed front. Level top line and moved well covering the ground with ease. Pleased to award him BP, unfortunately I think he was a bit worn out by the group as he lost his spark on the move. 

2nd Thomas CLARAMAND THE GAMBLER

9 month dog, another lovely youngster. Good bite, clean muzzle with head developing well. Well angled throughout with strong top line and short loin. Moved well with clean strides.

Just 12 months old, scissor bite. Pleased head of good proportions. Well angled through out and presented in good condition. Well boned and covered the ground with ease working well with handler. 

2nd West’s JAMESFIELD JUST A STAR AT SHEIGRA

Lovely young bitch, scissor bite. Head developing well with gentle expression. Good reach of neck set on to well laid shoulders. Moved well covering the ground with ease. Lots to like about this young girl but missing her furnishings at the moment which detracted from overall picture.

Just over 2 year old bitch. Clean eye of good shape and colour. Pleasing head of good proportions. Good reach of neck. Strong top line, moved well covering the ground with clean movement. Pleased to award her BOB. 

2nd Marshall’s WISSANT MOON AND STARS

Just over 2 year old dog, head well developed. Good length of neck with clean shoulders. Level top line supported by strong short loin. Well angled throughout and moved well, covering the ground with efficiency.

2.5 year old dog, making his handler work today. A quality male, scissor bite, dark eye of good shape. Well angled through out with good bone. Strong top line and shown in firm condition. Moved well covering the ground with clean efficient movement. BOB. 

2nd Cook & Hammond’s SEASHAM JINGLE JANGLE JW

11 month old dog, my highlight of the day, younger half brother to 1. Scissor bite, head developing well, clean neck of good length. Well angled throughout. Shown in top condition. Comes into his own on the move, lost out on the class due to maturity but one I will follow with interest. Pleased to award him BP, RBOB, Puppy Group 1 and watch him go on to win Best Puppy in Show.

3 year old Braque D’Auvergne dog of good size, scissor bite. Pleasing head of good proportions, good reach of neck onto well laid shoulders. Level top line and good rear angulation. Covered the ground with reach and drive working well with handler. 

2nd Clayton-Smith’s S’WILLA DES HAUTS DE ROUILLAC AT CAIRPARAVEL (IMP FRA)

3 year old Braque D’Auvergne bitch, smaller in type, scissor bite. Well angled front and rear but lacked conditioning and lost top line. Moved well with drive.

15 month old American Cocker bitch, scissor bite. Clean muzzle. Head of good proportions with clean eye of good shape. Good reach of neck. Top line strong with correct tail set. Moved well covering the ground with effortless movement. Pleased to award her best AVNSC.

2nd Burdett’s STARSHOT MAVERICK 

17 month old Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla, scissor bite. Head developing well. Well boned for size. Currently at the awkward junior stage and needs time to come together and develop in body. When settled moved well with good rear drive.

5 year old Italian Spinoni bitch, scissor bite, eye of correct shape and colour. Head of correct proportions. Well angled fore and after with correct feet. Presented in good condition and worked well with handler. 

2nd Crisp’s KATRIN KISS IZABELLA (IMP BLR)

5 year old black American Cocker bitch, well constructed through out with pleasing headpiece. Presented in good clean condition just lacked drive on the move.

Black cocker bitch who has earned her many titles. Scissor bite, well angled throughout and presented in top condition. Covered the ground with ease with typical movement working well with handler. 

2nd Bowden’s GILLBRYAN DARE I SAY

Golden Retriever bitch, scissor bite, typical gentle expression. Well boned for size with correct angles through out. Covered the ground with ease and shown in good condition.

Group 1 Frusher & Slack’s CHANANGEL WHEN YOU BELIEVE AT SHERSONA

English Springer bitch who caught my eye as soon as she entered the ring, well angled through out and foot perfect on the move working well with her handler. Watched her again later in the day put in another fantastic performance for best in show. 

Group 2 Titchmarsh VALCOR DON’T STOP ME NOW

Bracco Italiano bitch, just over 2 years old, shown in top condition and excelled on the move. Well constructed throughout and worked in harmony with handler.
