1st Wahnahnish St Gilles (IMP NLD) – Mr & Mrs Benge. 8 m/o male with good head in both shape and dimensions. Dark amber eye with little haw showing. Strong neck of good length into sloping shoulders, well boned legs and large feet. Deep in chest, good length of body into strong hindquarters. Well off for coat at his age. Moved well fore and back, despite falling into a divot in the ground he recovered well. RBOB and BPIB.

2nd Malbecmogs Tiger Eyes – Mr & Mrs Crittenden. Just 6 m/o male of smaller build throughout than 1. Lovely exuberant temperament. Nice width to head with well developed nostrils. Strong neck of ample length. Well boned. Good angulation front and rear. Moved steadily, but not the effortless movement of 1, this I’m sure will come as he matures.

1st Anbrook Don’t Stop Me Now At Harrifield – Mrs Thorogood. 4 y/o male of good proportions all through. Nice broad skull, dark amber eye with a moderate amount of haw showing. Strong neck of good length into strong shoulders and front assembly. Well boned and large, round feet. Ribs well sprung and of good length. Good width to hindquarters. Covered the ground effortlessly, holding topline and using tail to his advantage. BOB.

1st Fecimus Repeat The Rumour – Miss MacBain & Ms Brewer. 7 m/o liver bitch with good chiselling to head and nice ear set/length. Straight in front and good bone. Ribs extend well back and good rear angulation. Moved out well for a youngster. BPIB.

Special Yearling (2,0)

1st Irisbel The Greatest Showman At Tymora – Mrs & Miss Tye. 18 m/o liver male with masculine, well chiselled head and dark hazel eye. Long neck into well laid shoulder, straight front, deep in chest, good length to ribs. Moved well, driving from rear with enthusiasm, using his tail well. RBOB.

2nd Fecimus Never Look Back – Miss MacBain & Ms Brewer. 16 m/o black bitch. Excellent head shape, nice eye and wide nostrils. Well laid shoulder and level topline. More compact than 1 but well proportioned length to height. Moved well but not quite as accurate as 1 on the day coming towards me.

1st AM/CAN/UKC Ch Fecimus Written In The Stars - Miss MacBain & Ms Brewer. 6 y/o lover bitch. Feminine head, expressive hazel eyes and well set, long ears. Good shoulder placement, straight legs with good flat bone. Good spring of ribs, extending well back. Strong through loin. Good width to strong hindquarters. Moved out well with drive, an active mover holding her topline. BOB.

1st Wollasbridge Cornelius – Mrs & Mr Sweeney. 9 m/o dog. An enthusiastic young male giving his handler a hard time. Nice head shape with soft expression. Body still developing but of good proportions. Movement was a little erratic on the day as he enjoyed himself. Will no doubt improve with maturity and training. BPIB.

1st Foxhampton Fields of Gold – Mrs Moon. 5 y/o male. Good width to skull, pronounced stop and wide nostrils. Low set, thick ears. Well boned, strong legs and round, padded feet. Deep in chest, strong throughout body. Excelled on the move with energetic yet true movement, keeping his neck and head just above the level of his back. BOB.

2nd Meggamooch Xanadu At Rydonmist – Miss Beecham. 4 y/o bitch with feminine head, good stop and low set ears. Straight in front with strong legs and good bone. Well ribbed with good depth all through. Good width to rear. Another good mover with lively tail action and distinctive roll.

1st Sh Ch Crumbledor Albus Dumbledor At Rydonmist – Miss Beecham. 4 y/o male. Lovely masculine head with that characteristic frown and soft expression. Balanced in outline with strong bone, good depth to chest and ribs. Strong through rear quarters and moderately angulated at rear. Moved well at a good steady pace. Very close decision for best of breed. RBOB.

2nd Deanway Proper Charlie – Mrs Moon. 4 y/o male with lots to like. Head of good proportion and balance. Strong in neck and throughout body. Good depth all through. Good rear angulation and wide, muscular hindquarters. Moved very well. Unlucky to meet 1 on day.

1st Minama Usher Of Bonapartist (IKC) – Mr & Mrs Yarrow. 16 m/o O/W Roan bitch. Excellent 3:2 head proportions with gentle eye and expression. Good length to neck into good shoulders. Straight front and good depth of chest. Solid over loin and nice rounded, muscular hindquarters with moderate angulation. Moved well, certainly considered for RBOB.

1st Bonapartist Snow Goose – Mrs & Miss Slack. 4 y/o O/W bitch. Head of correct proportion with intelligent look, good ear set and shape. Straight in front with elbows close to body. Good leg length to body proportions. Good angulation fore and aft with good width to hind quarters. Moved well coming and going, would benefit from moving a little slower around the ring as on occasion showed signs of rear extension. RBOB.

2nd Tillybirloch Otto – Mr Hayes & Mr Wilson. 6 y/o O/W male. This dog is maturing really well. Well proportioned masculine head with plenty of work. He is well balanced and cobby throughout with deep chest, rounded ribs and strong over loin. When stacked he does have a tendency to get distracted and slump which detracts from his many quality attributes. Moved well demonstrating his brisk stride.

1st Sh Ch Bonapartist Truffle – Mr & Mrs Yarrow. 2 y/o O/W bitch. Lovely head in both proportion and expression. Using eyes and ears well to give that inquisitive Brittany look. Good length to neck into muscular shoulders. Straight legs and nice feet. Cobby in body with deep chest and rounded ribs. Short over the back with powerful hind quarters. Moved well and retained topline. BOB.

2nd Bonapartist Temptress At Laurremar – Mr & Mrs Poole. 2 y/o O/W bitch, litter sister to 1. Have judged her before and she has matured well. Feminine head with intelligent eye. Good high set ear of nice shape and proportion. Deep chest and good ribs, not as cobby in outline as 1 but very balanced. On the move she was the best on the day and unlucky to meet her sister in the class.
