I would like to thank the Officers and Committee for inviting me to judge at this most enjoyable show. I would also like to thank my two Stewards for keeping things running so smoothly.

Cesky Terrier, Special Yearling (1) 1 Samson’s Silak Never Miss a Beat, 18 month Bitch, Good mouth, nice dark eye, good reach of neck, well made front, moved well holding good topline, good tail carriage, BoB. PG (0). Open, (5,3) 1 Samson’s Silak Shasgav Sound of Silence ShCM ShCEx, 8 yr Bitch, Good black nose, nicely shaped head, good reach of neck, well muscled front, good topline which she held on the move, good tail carriage, movement belies her age. RBoB 2 Samson’s Talyot Magnus to Silak, 4 yr Dog, Nice head with good ears, good reach of neck, topline not as good as 1 but well made hindquarters, good tail carriage, moved ok.

Border Terrier, Special Yearling (5,1) 1 Windsor-Hichens’ Arunmere Bullet Proof, 11 month Dog, Nice black nose, good mouth, well proportioned head, neat ears, good expression, good reach of neck, good front, well ribbed, good jacket, moved with drive, good tail carriage, BoB & BP. 2 Haydon’s Tallview Play The Game at Earthtaw, 17 month Dog, good mouth, not quite the head proportions of 1, good neck, well ribbed, well made front, moved well holding topline, well carried tail. PG (5,2) 1 Haydon’s Tallview Play The Game at Earthtaw. 2 Mooney’s Chesterton Viva Las Vegas, 9 month Dog, well proportioned youngster, good mouth with strong muzzle, dark eye, nice ears, good neck, good rib, moved well, well carried tail. O (2,1) 1 Windsor-Hichens’ Marazion May Flower at Ankietaz VW, 9 yr Bitch, Black nose, good mouth, good head proportions with strong muzzle, enough neck, well ribbed with good loin, moved well holding topline, good jacket, good tail carriage, RBoB.

AVNSC Terrier, Special Yearling, (7,4) 1 Haydon’s Earthtaw Patrick (Norfolk Terrier) 20 month Dog, good mouth, strong muzzle, neat ears, good eye, good neck, well laid shoulder, good spring of rib, well made hindquarters, moved with drive, RB AVNSC. 2 Chappell’s Roxway Cressida In Blueflight (Jack Russell) 6 month Bitch, Nice black nose, good mouth, good head proportions with neat ears, nice dark eye, good reach of neck, well laid shoulder, good rib, level topline, well made hindquarters, moved with drive, good tail carriage, BP AVNSC. PG (4,3) 1 Long’s Travellerways Godwin at Dunkeswell (Bedlington) 2 yr Dog, Good mouth, well filled beneath good eye, good taper to neck, well made front with good feet, good depth of chest, well ribbed, nice arch over loin, moved well with good tail carriage. O (7,2) 1 Haydon’s Earthtaw Lincoln ShCEx (Norfolk) 5 yr Dog, good mouth, good dark eye, ears of good size and well placed, enough neck, well made front, good topline, well ribbed, well made hindquarters, moved with drive carrying tail erect, B AVNSC. 2 Nash’s Earthtaw Owain The Celt at Raphiggy JW (Norfolk) 2yr Dog, Similar attributes to 1, good mouth, good head and ears, good reach of neck with well laid back shoulders, good rib, good topline, moved well with good tail carriage, just preferred head of 1.

AV Terrier, Special Yearling, (4,2) 1 Windsor-Hichen’s Arunere Bullet Proof (Border) See above, Long’s Dunkeswell Pepper Dash (Bedlington) 18 month Bitch, exhibit left ring before being critiqued. PG, (4,3) Chaplin’s Queen Charlotte (Border) 7yr Bitch, nice feminine head, good eye, neat well placed ears, enough neck with good shoulders, good jacket, level topline, moved well with good tail carriage. O (3,2) Ruffle’s Holbam Midsummer Knight at Ruffmar (AI) JW (Irish) 2yr Dog, Lovely head with nice black nose, good muscular jaw with good teeth, neat ears well placed, enough neck with well laid shoulders, front legs with good bone, good depth of chest with well sprung ribs, good topline, moved with drive.

AV Puppy Stakes, 1 (31,18) 1 Eliss & Elis’s Philoma Wicked (Giant Schnauzer) 11 month Bitch, Caught my eye as she entered the ring, lovely strong head with good mouth, correct ears, good dark eye, good reach of neck, front legs well boned, well ribbed, level topline which she held on the move, well made hindquarters, moved with drive. Pleased to see her go BPiS. 2 Parker-Stoke’s Aurora Moonlight (Poodle, Standard) 11 month Bitch, Fine head with strong jaw with good bite, well carried ears, good reach of neck, well made forequarters, good rib, good hindquarters, moved well. 3 Wilcox’s Harvertslade Fire And Ice Through Merynjen (Pointer) 4 Plummer, Plummer, Knight & Bingham’s Araki Colour My World For Tetsikarma NAF TAF (Tibetan Terrier) 5 Markall’s Onthill Island Rover (Border Terrier)
