Dalmatians

Nina Pace (Sadiedel)

Thankyou to the society for inviting me to judge and to my ring stewards for helping keep the ring well run.

I'd like to thank the exhibitors for their entry and for taking my decisions sportingly. All exhibits showed where outgoing and friendly showing sound temperments. We had a good sized ring to show off movement.

Puppy (2 entries, 1 absent )

1st- Salvadorada Jalapeno Girl - Miss V & Mr M Robbins & Hensman

B/W B at 6 months. Confident, outgoing pup very attentive to her handler, well schooled. Overall a pleasing picture, feminine with enough bone. I liked her top line, tail set and rear angulation. BPIB.

Pleased to hear she went PG4

Junior (2,0)

1st Kalsidoni Blue Gemstone - Mr A & Mrs M Cuthbertson

B/W D 16 months. One I have judged before. He is maturing nicely. He is masculine without being over done, tail didn't stop wagging. Well ribbed, with correct amount of loin, firm top line correct tail set. Tail length slightly less than desired.

He is showing a nice picture on the stand and on the move.

I liked his calm steady movement, in the challenge he was perhaps a little too laid back and on occasion didn't use himself showing his smooth reach and drive, rather sat back on himself and flicked his toes. Today this cost him to B who showed herself consistency on the move. RBOB

2nd Dallyador White Snowflake At Macula - Dr J & Mrs S Stevenson

B/W B 14 months. Femine girl, who did not have her mind on the job in this class.

Outgoing, playfull girl who wanted my attention. She has a lovely femine head with correct proportions, long neck into good lay of shoulder, level top line with correct length of rib.

Postgraduate (8,3)

1st Dallyador White Snowflake At Macula - Dr J & Mrs S Stevenson

As above, in this class she had her mind on the job, held herself consistently on the stand and moved out well.

2nd Salvadorada Honolulu Honey At Palouse - Miss V & Mr M Robbins & Hensman

L/W B 14 months. This was a very close decision today.

Femine throughout, another good head with correct proportions. Balanced b, deep brisket reaching elbows, well ribbed with correct amount of loin.

Today I preferred the bend of stifle and movement on 1.

3rd Jemblewood Candy Floss - Mrs J Melling

Open (9, 4)

1st Perdita's Tomorrowland JW - Mrs L Foster

B/W B 3Yo. This girl was out to win, showing her self consistently, on the stand and on the move.

Well boned and balanced, like the shape of her skull, good lay of shoulder, strong top line and correct tail set and carriage. Deep brisket, well ribbed and strong loin. BOB. Pleased to hear she went G4

2nd Tolkain Storm King From Phadante JW - Mr K & Ms C Williams & Tanswell

B/W D 5yo. Masculine throughout, deep brisket with a slightly shorter rib. Even angles and balanced. Strong hocks moving well behind, would like a slightly longer stride /more drive. He was on form today, consistently showing.

3rd Tyrodal Seven Of Nine at Dalstorm - Dr E & Mr W Sampson
