I would like to thank the committee for the invite to judge at this show, my steward for been most efficient, and the exhibitors for allowing me the privilege of judging your breed.

Staffordshire Bull Terrier

Puppy (1,0a)

1st Tiernan’s Metabull Harpoon

At just 6 months this puppy has a pleasing head with good proportions and dark well set eyes. Her front is straight and she has good bone with correct body length and enough bend of stifle. Moved ok, but her tail needs to settle. BP

Special Yearling (3,0a)

1st Turner’s Matrixstaff Moon Dancer at Tidestaff

A nicely balanced dog, with broad skull, pronounced cheek muscles, half pricked ears and clean scissor bite. She has ample bone, a level topline and hindquarters well-muscled. For me today she was a little lean, giving appearance of been longer cast. Moved well.

2nd Blagg, Whiteheads’s Keep It Lowkee at Pindbystaf

Red dog, with typical ring presence, he has a broad skull, correct scissor bite and neat well placed ears. He is well off for bone, stood square and has a pleasing depth of brisket with well sprung ribs. Moved with purpose.

3rd Cockell’s Crying Lightning Mark with Carlyquinn

Post Graduate (2,1a)

1st Mitchell’s Vimaval Red Angel

Just oozes personality this active bitch has an attractive well-proportioned head with strong jaws, dark eyes well positioned. She has a short muscular neck, straight forelegs, well sprung ribs, short coupled and her stifles are well bent. Moved ok.

Open (3,0a)

1st Daly,Lee’s Starolestaff Arabella at Boscador

Compact feminine black brindle bitch with pleasing head proportions , distinct stop, dark eye, half prick ears, and a good scissor bite. She has a straight front, of good width, ribs are well sprung, she is short coupled and has muscular level topline. Moved freely, covering the ground with ease. BOB

2nd Mitchell’s Chedanstaff Devil Star

A masculine dog with pleasing overall balance. Broad skull, pronounced cheek muscles, eyes well placed giving fearless expression. Short muscular neck widening into shoulders, pasterns strong with feet turning out slightly. He has good ribbing, strong hindquarters and moved freely. RBOB
