 I would like to thank the officers and committee for their kind invitation to judge at their well organised show and the stewards who kept the ring running smoothly. Many thanks also to the exhibitors for taking the time to prepare their dogs and braving the cold on the day, it was much appreciated.

1ST 559 - Riverbrue Pixie (Ms Je Evans). What a beautiful puppy 7 mths old with lovely head and kind expression. Strong neck into well-made front and good depth of chest. Correct topline, sufficient bone, neat feet and nice turn of stifle. She moved well for one so young and was sympathetically handled.

1ST 563 - Cataluna Mad About You in Finity (Miss K Mason). A 19 month old bitch with feminine head, well set ears and correct bite. Adequate angles fore and aft and in good coat and condition. Moved OK.

1ST 557 - Quensha Family Portrait for Teleri (Mrs P A M Catling) A 5 year old bitch who looked a picture in her full coat with pretty head and kind expression. Muscular neck into well laid shoulders. Good depth of chest and strong loin. Good rear angles and short hocks. Her movement was free flowing and she held her topline stacked and on the move.

1ST 623 - Marsabit Celtic Harp (Ms M J Healey). An 8-Month-old bitch with appealing head, eyes of the correct shape and colour. Well-set ears and good pigment. Muscular neck into well-made front, short coupled and moved well holding her topline.

 2ND 644 - Putjade Pit Stop at Riverscharm Cnaf (Mrs L Wedge). 11-month-old dog with masculine head with dark eyes and correct pigment. Well-constructed all through, in good coat and with much to like he just wasn’t co-operating with his handler on the move today.

1ST 638 - Rosinante Here We Go Again (Mrs S E Russell-Bond) 12 Mth old bitch with very typical outline standing, feminine head with dark eyes, well-set ears and good pigment. Strong neck into well-made front, she is close coupled with sufficient bone and beautiful catlike feet. Sound on the move.

 2ND 626 - Zenevieva Bolder Than Brass (Miss S & Mr J Jayakumar & Rajendran) 14 mth old dog with masculine head without any coarseness. Correct eye shape and colour lovely soft expression and good length of neck. Strong front construction and correct depth of body. Short coupled and nice turn of stifle he moved well.

 2ND 637 - Rosinante Guinevere (Mrs S E Russell-Bond) Sister to 1 with beautiful feminine head with correctly set neat ears and good pigment. Nice length of neck and strong front construction she is short coupled with tight catlike feet and quality bone. Not as positive on the move as her sister today.

 2ND 627 - Tonara Yellowstone (Mrs L C Linfield) A handsome headed dog with dark eyes, good pigment and strong neck. He just needs to tighten up but has time to do this and his movement will improve. His feet are tight and he has quality bone.

 3RD 644 - Putjade Pit Stop at Riverscharm Cnaf (Mrs L Wedge)

 2ND 643 - Pauternapaws by The Sea with Alsutu (A P & S Tubb) Dog who scores well for size with masculine head and eyes of the correct shape and colour. Adequate neck into well-made front nicely coupled with good turn of stifle. Was slightly wide coming towards you today but well-presented and sympathetically handled.

 3RD 645 - Zannagold Hey Jude at Meddobe (Mr D M & Mrs J E Wilton)

1ST 628 - Tonara Picaso (Mrs K Norman) 6 yrs old with well-proportioned head and dark eyes. Neat correctly set ears, I Would prefer a better lay of shoulder but sufficient upper arm. Good depth of body and short coupling. Nice turn of stifle, ever wagging tail and in full coat he moved OK.

Decent length of neck into strongly constructed front assembly with required depth of chest. Level topline, close coupled with short hocks and well-set tail. Nothing was exaggerated she was Straight and true on the move.

1ST 649 - Zackiver Velvet Ruby (Miss L Harding) Bitch of almost 1 with beautiful head and intelligent expression. Strong neck into well-made front with prominent prosternum and good depth of body. Level topline and strong coupling with pleasing rear angles. Perhaps carrying a fraction too much weight but a very promising puppy.

 2ND 655 - Tamazan in The Moonlight (Mrs A Packford-Garrett) 7-month-old pretty chocolate bitch with feminine head and clean neck into well-made front. Pleasing rear angles, good bone, short hocks and nice tight feet. Giving away a lot in age to 1 and her movement was not as positive.

 3RD 654 - Tamazan in The Midnight Sky (Mrs A Packford-Garrett)

1ST 661 - Zackiver Bubble and Squeak at Wimjass (Miss H & Mrs J Vine & Hassell) Well grown 11-month-old bitch who I later found out is sister to the winner of the previous class. Feminine head with dark eyes and kind expression. Well-made put together with level topline, correct coat, quality bone and nice turn of stifle. Good ground covering movement. Handled to advantage. Really promising.

1ST 650 - Lyjansen Madame Jeanette (Mr S & Mrs J Jenner) 3-year-old bitch of a nice size. Pleasing head with dark eye and kind expression. Decent front construction and good depth of body. Close coupled and in good coat she moved OK.

 2ND 646 - Huxmont I Want It All (Mrs A Davis) Different type to 1 and full of exuberance. Pretty head and well-set ears. In good coat and a keen mover, I would

 prefer more of her all through.

1ST 658 - Barefootbay Kailani (Mrs T Spurr) 4-year-old chocolate with typical head. Strong neck and nicely constructed front with good forechest. Correct double coat and Ottertail. Good bone and tight feet, adequate movement.

1ST 648 - Cremino Country Trader at Lyndham (Mrs J D Elliott) 3-year-old yellow dog of nice make and shape. Masculine head without any coarseness, intelligent eye and well pigmented. Clean neck into nicely made front, he has good depth of body, correct coat, a level topline and a strong coupling. Moved OK.
