Australian Shepherd
Thank you for your entries I really enjoyed judging the exhibits. There were some lovely dogs but I found some that were too long, had too much neck and were over angulated resulting in crossing front and rear legs on the move. The ability to be lithe, agile and able to change speed and direction with ease could not be achieved with over angulation. I have always loved this breed and especially how balanced the dogs are and awarded dogs that I felt were closest to the breed standard.

Collie (Rough)
Thank you for your entry. I enjoyed judging your dogs. I was looking for ‘impassive dignity’ and working capacity. I saw dogs today who were over angulated on the rear causing them to have untypical movement which in your breed standard is deemed to be highly undesirable. Incorrect feet are also something I saw.
