I would like the thank the secretary and committee for my invitation to judge several of the toy breeds, AVNSC classes and the toy and puppy groups. The hospitality was warm and friendly. The show was held in a beautiful area and the weather was mostly fine for this outdoor show. Thank you to the exhibitors for the privilege of judging your dogs, acceptance of your places and nice to see exhibitors supporting and applauding. Finally, thanks to my stewards Dave and Susan, stewards are very important to the flow of the ring and did a good job.

Group One

Holland-Smiths Kirdanchi Le Ballet Giselle

Long Coat Chihuahua presented in pristine condition. Correct coat with fringing in the right places and wonderfully silky to the touch. Dainty with a nice outline, all furnishings enhancing the overall appearance. Level top line leading to tail plume carried over. Lovely head piece, correct ear placement. Moved well both ways.

Group Two

Chapmans Eikandi Amaretto At Daltonian

CKCS, 2 years old ruby bitch with attractive long ears with plenty of feather framing a good head piece. Dark endearing eyes giving gentle expression. Nice in standing profile, level top line, coat nice to the touch. Very friendly temperament. Moved well all directions.

Group Three

Entwistles Dorenty’s Arfa Sixpence

Smooth coat chihuahua with well proportioned head piece, muzzle moderate and not overdone. Well set ears. Good overall shape, good rear angulation, correct tail set all adding to a good outline. Moved well both ways.

Group Four

Hartley and Faheys Sticmaze Slapstick With Zoomeera

Miniature Pinscher, two years old. Nice in side standing profile with good rear angulation, good front. Flat skull, high set erect ears. Attentive to handler and covered the ground well.

Parsons Anjomil Moonflower

CKCS. Really liked this Blenheim 9 month bitch a lot. Her head features were of correct proportions with large round, dark eyes, flat skull, good earset, good mouth. Lovely friendly temperament. Very nice in profile. For a puppy she showed extremely well and with maturity, moved well in all directions. Well deserved puppy group one , very promising puppy and wish owner all the best going forwards.

Hartley and Faheys Zoomeera West End Girl

Smooth Coat Chihuahua. 6 month bitch. Lovely head piece, well set ears, moderate muzzle not overdone, good apple dome skull. Nice side profile especially on the move, good rear angulation. Moved well for handler.

Group Three

Lunds Yakee Starlight Express to Magnetizzam

6 month Pekingese, fawn with black mask. Presented in pristine condition. Attractive head piece with black mask. Nice to go over on the table. Very well schooled, a sound, happy puppy who consistently moved well both ways.

Group Four

Entwistles Dorenty’s Textututango TAF

Long coat chihuahua with personality of a smooth coat; fiesty, definitely kept handler on her toes. Attractive head piece enhanced by dark pigment. Coat correct not overcoated as some seem to be these days. Lovely outline, moved well although amusing she decided to add a little twirl at the end of each change of direction.

Austins September Song of Mairichis

1st,22 month Russian Toy. A dog I have judged quite recently who always shows well for her handler getting into a good flow once taken several steps. Sweet endearing temperament. Nicely presented with long fringing to the ears.

2nd Kynastons Granasil Ovaltine, 16 month ruby dog, nice condition and well presented, moved well, good front. Good head proportions, unlucky to meet the first.

1st Taylors Luvtayl Made of Stars, 2 year old Blenheim bitch presented in lovely coat condition. Good head features, good mouth, good earset , large round expressive eyes. Very friendly temperament, moved very well both forwards and back.

2nd Woods Cavohana Colours of the Wind, 5 year old tri colour. Good skull, good head proportions, good ear set with featherings. Nice profile. Moved well both ways. Strong large class of quality dogs.

2nd Taylors Chambecc Shining Star, 2 year tri colour beautifully presented. Good head piece, moderate length of neck. Moved well all directions. Close decision between places first and second.

1st Charltons Vibrek Teddy Rose A Felt, 9 month sable , nicely presented. Compact outline, small neat erect ears. Plenty of coat around neck and high set tail with full flume carried over the top. BPIB

2nd Parringtons Melcia Pandamonium, 6 month black and white löwchen with plenty of energy. Very friendly on the table! Beautifully presented in loin clip, coat nice and silky. Delightful disposition. Lovely side profile. Moved well all directions.

1st Macdonalds Ashiblack Benjamin Button At Zondora, 13 month affenpinscher, presented with correct rough, harsh coat. Nice overall shape, moved extremely well. Good side profile on the stand and good side profile on the move.

2nd Roskells Witchstone Silent Wish with Rahima, 1 year old English Toy Terrier, Good head piece with erect ears, good mouth. Good shape in standing profile, loin well cut up giving good outline. Little unsettled on the move at times however ground uneven in places.

1st Hartley and Faheys, Sticmaze Slapstick with Zoomeera (see above)

2nd Robinsons Barnfall Unforgettable 16 month, red rough griffon bruxellois. Nice shape overall. Correct coat to the touch, good head piece, slightly undershot as required. Moved true both ways.

1st Macdonalds, Ashiblack Above Suspicion For Zondora, 5 year old affenpinscher, with correct harsh texture of coat. Nice profile standing lovely temperament, covered the ring with ease.

2nd Lunds Yakee The Sun God with Magnetizzam, red Pekingese with black mask. Another very nicely presently dog from this exhibitor , coat of correct texture, well sprung ribs and definite defined waist. Correct rolling movement, covered the ring well. Attractive head piece with large round eyes.

Both these dogs stood at the start of the class in the line, cool calm and collected but both once off the table it was like a switch clicked and they were back in the house, both flew round the ring. So lovely to see veterans loving to show and thoroughly enjoying it.

1st Ackers Dorenty’s China Doll,9 year old, smooth coat chihuahua who once off the table came into her own and flew round the ring like a youngster. Nicely constructed, lovely temperament. Head of nice proportions, not over done. Nice shape with flat furry tail.

2nd Chapmans Kinvaar Raindrops On Roses At Daltonian, 7 year old Blenheim CKCS. Another lovely mover, nice side profile, level top line, very attentive to handler. Good head proportions , round eyes giving gentle expression.
