1st Woollen’s Lichstone Midnight Aviator – 5 Month old Black and Silver, Ok for head and ears, with dark eye and correct bite. Good shoulder and flow of neck to body. Short in loin. Good angles fore and aft. Developing well in rib for age. Harsh coat coming through. Moved well when he got in to his stride. Best Baby Puppy in Breed.

Minor Puppy Dog 2 (1a)

1st Davidson’s Wellingley Wot A Mix – 6 Month old Pepper and Salt, Lovely head, neat triangular ears used well, dark eye and correct bite. Good Shoulder, return of upper arm and some forechest with well developing ribs. Short in loin and well muscled throughout. Nicely angled front and rear to match. Well tail set. Lovely harsh jacket and good leg furnishings for age. Moved well around the ring. Reserve Best Dog.

Puppy Dog 3

1st Dawson’s Gryselda Step In Time – 11 month old Pepper and Salt, a mature dog with a lovely head piece using his ears well, correct bite and dark expressive eye. Very well ribbed in depth and spring with a good shoulder and return of upper arm. Short back and loin giving a strong cobby appearance in to a good tail set. Rear matching front angles with strong thigh and well let down hocks. In excellent harsh coat presented very well. Moved well all ways with reach and drive. A lovely showman. Best Dog, Best Puppy Dog, Best of Breed, Best Puppy in Breed, Best in Show and Best Puppy in Show.

2nd Moorcroft’s Amorevita Uranus – 11 month old black good head, with dark eye, slightly larger ear than 1 but used well. Good front, with nice depth and spring of rib. Slighter longer in loin than 1st so not quite giving the same cobby study look. Well angled rear with good muscle and hocks. Nice harsh texture to coat. Moved well around the ring.

Junior Dog 3 (1a)

1st Johnson’s Marnimica Seven Wonders – Good head, expressive with neat ears, dark eye and correct bite. Good spring of rib and depth with good shoulders and upper arm. Strong short loin in to god tail set. Nicely angled rear and good muscle. Good harsh coat. Moved well.

2nd Wise’s Brumist Cracked It – Lots of similarities here, good head with a lovely expression and using his ears well. Correct bite. Good rib with nice shoulders and upper arm. Short back and loin in to good tail set. Good rear with nice hocks and muscle. Just preferred front movement of 1 coming towards me today.

Novice Dog 1

1st Moorcroft’s Tammux Elementary Watson – a black and silver who didn’t quite make the most of himself today. Good head, with ok ears, dark eye and correct bite. Some forechest, ok for rib and depth. Slightly longer in loin. Good muscle and harsh coat. Moved ok in all directions.

Post Graduate Dog 3

1st Partner’s Soletrader Mad Max at Onfleek – pepper and salt with a lovely head and expression, used ears well and dark eye, correct bite. Good lay of shoulder, spring and depth of rib. Nice return of upper arm. Short back and strong short loin, in to good hind angulation and hocks. Good tail set. Harsh coat. Moved out well.

2nd Johnson’s Silversocks Synchronised at Marnimica – another lovely pepper and salt with a good head and expression, neat ears used well and a nice dark eye, correct bite. Has good spring and depth of rib with a good loin. Good tail set. Nice harsh jacket. Just lost out on rear movement to 1 today.

1st Wise’s Marnimica Its In The Bag at Brumist – pepper and salt with a lovely head and expression. Correct bite. Some forechest, good rib and depth, good loin, nicely moderate angles to rear and ok tail set. Well muscled throughout. Moved well in all directions.

2nd Partner’s Wellingley Won For The News at Onfleek – nice head, dark ears and good ear set. Good rib, slightly longer in loin than 1 so not quite the same balance. Good tail set and carriage. Moved well around the ring.

1st Partner’s Kenquince Stick To The Rules – 7 year old black and silver girl who wasn’t super happy in the hall today. She has a nice head, with dark eye and correct bite, ok shoulders and short loin. Good spring of rib. Slightly lower tail set. Some good areas of coat texture. Moved well around the ring. Best Veteran Bitch, Best Veteran in Breed.

1st Holland’s Stokinpaws Awesome Mix One – 11 month old pepper and salt. A good head, expression, dark eyes and well used neat ears. Some forechest, developing ribs, with good depth, short loin for cobby appearance, good tail carriage. Matching front and rear angles and well muscled. Moved well in all directions. In good harsh jacket and presented well. Reserve Best Bitch and Best Puppy Bitch.

2nd Uryu’s Jokerland’s Sea Breeze – pepper and salt who gave her handler a hard time. She was not as balanced as 1 being longer throughout, but had ok forechest and angulation. Good head, correct bite and dark eye. Unfortunately she never really got going so was hard to assess her movement.

1st Wise’s Brumist Lets Be Avenue – pepper and salt with a lovely head, dark eye and neat ears. Correct bite. Some forechest, ok upper arm, good shoulders and spring of rib with depth. Short loin, well muscled rear with good hock and angulation. Harsh coat. Moved well all ways.

2nd Bisiker’s Brumist Dizzy’s Lizzie among Calevie – Litter sister to 1 and very similar throughout to her sister. Lovely head and expression, good rib and depth, short loin and well angulated rear. Good muscle and harsh coat. Just lost out today on her rear movement going away.

Novice Bitch 3 (1a)

1st Wallis’ Wallensis Soul To The Smiter – black and sliver with a good head, dark eye and correct bite. Ok shoulders and rib. Good loin and well muscled. Bit straighter in front which affects her reach on the move. Moved well behind. Good harsh coat texture.

2nd Uryu’s Jokerland’s One In A Million – slightly smaller than 1 but a good type. Some forechest and good shoulder with a nice rib. Short loin and ok tail set. Bit soft in coat texture. Unfortunately she was not confident and would not move today.

1st Young’s Nostaw Penelope Pitstop – pepper and salt with a lovely head, ear set and dark eye. Correct bite. Has some forechest and good shoulders and upper arm. Nice spring of rib and depth. Short loin and well let down hocks. Coat texture good and well presented. Moved well in all directions.

2nd Partner’s Onfleek Twinkle Tips – slightly smaller pepper and salt but of good type. Ok head, with dark eye and neat well used ears. Correct bite. Ok shoulders, upper arm and ribs for spring and depth. Short loin. Well muscled rear with ok angulation. Moved well just preferred 1’s rear movement.

Best Bitch and Reserve Best of Breed.

2nd Robertson’s Kavacay Queen Of The Night – pepper and salt similar to one in many ways. Lovely head, neat ear and dark eye. Correct bite. Well ribbed, with good depth. Well placed shoulders, good upper arm. Short loin and good rear angles. Lovely harsh jacket. Good tail set. I just preferred the movement of 1 today.

1st Bawden & Brown’s CH Khanate Gin Fizz ShCM VW – A 12 year old who I judged at my very first appointment almost 7 years ago and is still a lovely example of the breed. Lovely masculine head with correct bite and dark eye. Well laid shoulders and good spring and depth of rib. Good rear angulation and still in good muscle. Moved well around the ring. Best Dog, Best Veteran Dog, Best Veteran and Reserve Best of Breed.

1st Walker’s Kathalan Black Widow – black bitch with a lovely head, eye, and ears. Correct bite. Good shoulders, rib and depth and good forechest. Short loin and good tail. Nicely angled rear and good hocks. Good muscle tone. Moved well all ways. Reserve Best Bitch.

1st Bawden & Brown’s CH Amigris Ain’t Misbehavin at Kahnate – a lovely very typical bitch in great coat. Lovely head with, dark eye, correct well used ears and correct bite, she gives a lovely expression. Very good forechest, well ribbed with plenty of depth, well laid shoulders and good return of upper arm to give lovely reach. Short well muscled loin, and rear well angled and with well let down hocks. Good muscle throughout giving a lovely action on the move with reach and drive. Best Bitch, Best of Breed and Reserve Best in Show.

2nd Morgan’s Leebren Midnight Star Gazer ay Hexenmeister – black with a very nice head, dark expressive eye, good ears and correct bite. Good shoulders, rib and depth. Good rear angulation and muscle. Moved well around the ring. Just preferred front of 1.

1st Parker’s Draxpark Face The Chaser – just 6 months old male who has a lovely head, with correct bite, dark ear and good ears. Forechest, rib and depth really lovely for a young dog already, strong body with a good tail set. Good rear angulation and hocks. Nicely muscled throughout. Harsh coat throughout. Moved really well just needs to tighten in front slightly. Best Dog, Best Puppy Dog and Best Puppy in Breed.

1st Parker’s Draxpark Celebrity Chase – litter sister to puppy dog and again is very well built for just 6 months. Lovely head and yet still feminine, dark eyes, and well used ears. Good forechest, rib and depth. Shoulders well laid and strong in body, leading to another good tail set. Read nicely angled and muscled with good hock. Good movement round just a bit wider in front today. Harsh coat throughout.

1st Parker’s Draxpark Crown Jewel – 8 month old with a lovely head, correct bite, well used ears and dark eyes. Good shoulder with nice forechest, well sprung in rib, with plenty of depth, good upper arm. Lovely flow over body and strong loin with a well set tail. Rear well angulated with very good hocks and well off for muscle. Lovely harsh coat. She moved well in class but went even better in the challenge which clinched her for Reserve Best Bitch and Best Puppy Bitch.

1st Clay’s Philoma Lucia – a nicely maturing bitch who had a lovely head, with good ears used well, dark eye and correct bite. Prominent forechest with well developed spring of rib, depth and return of upper arm. Strong short loin and well developed body in to a nice tail set and carriage. Good rear angulation and very good muscle, nice hocks. Moved well all ways. Best Bitch and Best of Breed.
