Utility Breeds & Group. Puppy Stakes & Junior Stakes
I’d like to thank the committee for the invitation and the lovely judge's gift, and my 2 wonderful stewards. Unfortunately, snow across Scotland impacted the number of dogs present on the day, but better safe than sorry. Thank you to the exhibitors who braved the cold to attend.

1st McDonald & O’Brien’s Balgay Gold Digga
I judged this young lady in the first class of the day where she was placed 3rd. Her quality was obvious, but she had been spooked and wouldn’t stand. What a difference an hour or so makes and I was glad to have the chance to see her showing at her best. She’s so well balanced, with correct proportions. The lovely cushioning on her muzzle and dark, oval eyes and well-set ears gives a very appealing expression. Moderate neck, well-laid shoulder and level topline. Coat of correct texture. Tail well-set and carried. Moved soundly with a free stride.
