1. Harkins’ Kiarzo Side By Side.13 month dog with a smart outline, arched neck of good length, firm topline, short loin and well muscled rear. Handsome head, well proportioned with short wide muzzle, well spaced dark eyes and correctly set and used ears. Moved well enough but did not fancy being overly cooperative for his handler so didn’t make as much of himself on the move as I’m sure he could so had to settle for RBOB behind his sister!

Open (8,1) Fabulous class, such a shame so many super dogs on the day were all in this class!
1.Marley &Thirlwell’s Myrlea Just an Illusion. 12month TT bitch who, although young, couldn’t fail to impress. Squarely built and a lovely size, impressive front assembly, good spring of rib, strong loin, level topline and well angulated rear. Beautiful head with typical ‘tibetan’ expression, correct length of muzzle, strong jaw and large round eyes. She was really on her toes moving with a smooth, accurate gait with lovely head carriage, firm topline and tail carried well over her back. In good coat for her age and I’m sure with maturity will look very impressive. Best AVSNC ( which I heard gave her the final JW point she needed) and later Group 1.
2.Todd’s Ch. Witchgait Toasted Cheese JW Shcex osw. This was a really hard decision, this Shar Pei was my group winner when I last judged him and I certainly haven’t changed my opinion he was just unlucky to come up against the younger bitch who was really on her toes. Presented in super condition he is squarely built and compact with good shoulders, correct topline and underline, moderately angulated rear with tail set and carried correctly. Correctly shaped head of good proportions with dark eyes, neat ears and good pigmentation. Moved freely with purpose. Reserve AVNSC
