1st Hall’s HIGHTYNE NIGHT TRAIN – 8mth old dog masculine head. good length of neck. Well balanced for his age. Short coupled body. Decent rear angulation with good muscle. Turned out in lovely coat, moving soundly. BP

Open (3,2):

1st Hall’s ROTHERFIELD JUST THE TICKET – dog of correct size and proportions. Good front assembly. Level firm topline, decent spring of rib. Nice turn of stifle. Turned out in nice condition, very enthusiastic today for his handler. Moving soundly once settled. BOB

Graduate (1):

1st Smith’s KATANGA JESSICA JONES – 22mth old bitch of nice size. Beautiful head piece and aristocrat look about her. Well made in front. Good bone. Firm level topline. Super rear quarters with great muscle tone. Turned out to perfection in her silky jacket and gliding around the ring with such ease and style. BOB. Hound Group 2

2nd Parker’s SAXONMILL MAJIC MOMENT AT KHATIRA – 2yr old male, masculine head with correct eye colour. Lost out in front to the winner, would prefer more depth of forechest. Nice rear angulation. Coat woolly in texture. Good bone and feet.

1st Pocklington-Hall’s IVANHOE CURNUMMOS MAWR (IMP CZE) – 11mth old male. Smart looking dog, good head and keen expression. Short neck. Enough lay back of shoulder, Firm topline. Well-muscled quarters. Nice bone & feet. Moving soundly but needs to tighten up in front a bit more. BP & BOB Hound Puppy Group 3.

Junior (1):

1st Pocklington-Hall’s BAYARD BEE GOOD 14mth old male. Heavier in head piece dark eye. Good ear set. Clean in neck and shoulder. Well developed body for his age. Good bend of stifle and well-muscled. Moving soundly.

1st DAVRICARD BELLADONNA FOR ROSAMAX – 7yr old bitch of correct size. Pretty head and expression. Would prefer more lay back of shoulder. Good depth of chest. Good bone and feet. Longer in loin than ideal. Good spring of ribs. Nicley proportioned rear. Moving soundly.

1st Casentieri’s THE IMPOSSIBLE GIRL OF ALCHEZ – good size bitch with good head correctly clean well chiselled with good wrinkle. Alert expression. Ears set well forward. Neat in front. Straight forelegs. Level topline and good tail.

Open (2,1):

1st Casentieri’s ZVEZDNY ALLIANCE GENIE IN A BOTTLE (IMP UKR) – Stacked she presented an overall clean balanced outline of nobleness with a fabulous alert expression. Lovely shaped head of correct proportions, great dark eye & lovely wrinkle. Good lay back of shoulder and neat elbows tucked in. Fine bone. Short in back with excellent curled tail. Moving with lovely swing action. BOB. Hound Group 4.

Irish Wolfhound

Graduate (1):

1st McNulty’s WYLDWENSLEY KISS - 8mth old dog with a super head of correct muzzle length dark gentle expression. Correct rose shaped ears. Nicley arched neck into a well-placed shoulder, legs well set under body. Super depth of brisket. Ribs beginning to spring nicely. Good bend of stifle. Needs to tighten up in front movement. In decent coat. BP & BOB Hound Puppy Group 4.

1st Greeves’s PENHOLDA SWEET LADY – 16mth old bitch who impressed me, built on clean symmetrical lines providing an overall balanced outline. Pretty head with correct flat skull and good width, kind dark eye providing intelligent expression. Clean in neck length well placed shoulder. Straight forelimbs of good bone & substance with compact feet. Well-developed body with strong loin. Good turn of stifle. Well-muscled. Ridge clearly defined. Moving soundly with style and purpose and held her topline. Should have a bright future. Pleased to award her BOB & Hound Group 1.

1st Greeves’s PENHOLDA SWEET LADY

2nd Greeve’s PENHOLDA ANSWER TO MY DREAMS – 7yr old bitch good width of skull but lacked depth of muzzle, good eye colour and shape. Straight strong forelegs and compact feet. Body well developed wit good rear angulation. Was lacking confidence today in the ring. Moved soundly.

1st Mackfall’s BENICLOUJAM AUMBA BREEZE OF AFRICANER – 4yr old bitch of good size. Well made on front assembly. Great feet. Correct head proportions & ear set. Clean strong neck into sloping shoulders. Body well developed. Ridge clearly defined. Hocks well let down. Moving soundly turned out in great coat & condition.

2nd – Scanlon’s KINABULA’S ALL ABOUT THE BASE JW ShCEx OSW – Correctly sized bitch with a nice head & expression, with good width of skull and depth of muzzle. Decent neck and shoulder. Straight in front forelegs, stood on good bone. Well made quarters with good muscle tone. Moving freely.

Lovely ribs extending well back and strong muscular loin. Super rear angulation. Moving freely with such soundness. Turned out in lovely coat. BOB.

1st Mason’s TECKLETOWN THE SHOW GIRL – 11mth old bitch of compact size and proportions, feminine head with dark eye, correct ear set. Good length of neck slightly arched into a correctly placed shoulder. Best of fronts. Good bone. Nice depth of keel. Ribs well back. Moving with ease. One for the future.

2nd Mason’s MARVALE CRIMSON SUNBIRD AT TECKLETOWN – 9mth old bitch who had a nice headpiece. Decent front angulation with forelegs well under her body. Good bone and feet. Ribs well back. Not as firm in topline as the winner and wasn’t as positive in rear movement.

3rd Richardson’s TECKLETOWN ELTON JOHN

1st Mason’s TECKLETOWN SURSPICIOUS MIND – 11mth old dog litter mate to previous class winner and many of his sisters attributes. Correctly proportioned dog who at this stage as the more “look at me” bold showmanship and ring presence. Lovely head and expression providing intelligence look, the best of fronts well made. Lovely bone. Super depth of keel and good length of body and ribs well back. Moving freely with great rear action. Will have a bright future. BOB & BP & Hound Puppy Group 1, Hound Group 3.

1st Lumley’s SWANSFORD DIADORA – 6mth old bitch with feminine head good eye colour and shape. Decent reach of neck and correctly made forehand. Stood on great bone & feet. Lovely depth of brisket. Compact well-muscled body for her young age. Turned out in great coat & condition. BP.

1st Lumley’s DAGASTREN MARTHA MY DEAR – 5yr old bitch who presented a good profile. Head of correct proportion and dark eye with intelligent expression. Shoulders well back and forelegs short & well under body. Level topline. Super rear angulation. Moving soundly. Presented in the best of jackets. BOB.

Good bone & feet. Correct coat. Would prefer more rear angulation. Moving soundly and presented in good condition. BP

1st McPherson & Patterson’s BRUMBERHILL BARBED WIRE – 2yr old bitch of nice type. Good head of correct proportions. Best of fronts. Lovely depth of keel and stood on decent bone and feet. Body well developed and well ribbed back. Strong short loin. Strong quarters with good muscle tone. Turned out in great coat. Moving with great rear action. BOB.

1st Cooper’s CROSSCOP IM ALWAYS YOURS AT BELLAUREN 8mth old bitch of good size built on elegant lines. Pretty headpiece. Clean in neck and shoulder laid back. Tight fitting elbows. Lovely depth of chest providing good heart room body well developed for her young age. Good bend of stifle and nicely muscled rear. Moving with super free action. BP. Hound Puppy Group 2.

2nd Grant-Clark’s WILTWOJS JATAQ GRAYASTON – 7mth old bitch of different type to winner. Good head nicely arched neck enough shoulder lay back, not has developed in forechest as 1st. Good bone and oval feet. Body beginning to develop. Correct topline and tail. Moving soundly.

Super arched neck and well-made front assembly. Super depth of chest and spring of rib. Strong muscular loin and well bent stifle. Good muscle tone throughout. Moving out soundly with good action. Presented in nice coat. BOB

1st McNally’s RAMITA’S LADY OF SLUMBER AT CONEKSESHEVED 2yr old bitch of correct size and proportions. Decent neck and front. Clean outline. Correct bone and oval feet. Ribs well sprung. Good depth of brisket. Well-muscled quarters. Moving soundly.

2nd Cooper’s SYLLEKA SHANTAY YOU STAY AT BELLAURAN taller bitch than winner. Feminine head and alert expression. Carrying a few extra pounds that spoilt her oval outline. Nicley proportioned rear quarters. Stood on correct bone and tidy feet. Moving with good rear action.

1st McPherson & Paterson’s ANTONIUS VERTRAGUS THE-NGONG-HILLS (IMP FRA) 18mth old male super head long with flat skull and correct rise over the eyes and lovely dark eye. Correct ear set. Clean strong neck and a well laid-back shoulder. Super bone and straight forelegs. Super deep chest. Felt he was lacking weight today, which probably due to his adolescent age. Lovely bend of stifle, well-muscled. Turned in in lovely coat. Moving with an easy flowing action. BOB.
