Class 107 Retriever (Golden) Junior (2 entries)

1 Good – Terra Di Siena Lay Lady Lay at Fhairmhor – 16 month old female in beautiful pale cream coat. Lovely level topline which she kept on the move and was at one with her handler. Nice feminine head, with dark pigment. Well let down hocks and tight round cat like feet. Moved well with handler, which won her the class.

2 MacLeod – Bluebraes Bidey in at Rocamar – 14 month old male in lovely full golden coat. Deep in chest with good spring of rib and short coupled. Lovely masculine head with a soft expression. Forelegs straight with good bone and round cat like feet. He did give his handler a bit of a difficult time today but settled after running round the ring.

Class 108 Retriever (Golden) Post Graduate (3 Entries, 1 Absent)

1 Carlton – Fhairmhor Moonlight Sonata at Thistlegate – Female of almost 3 years old in lovely golden coat. Free stood and looked so balanced & symmetrical in shape, wagging her tail at all times. Beautiful feminine head and moved with drive around the ring, keeping a level topline at all times. My notes say beautiful level topline, quality and at one with her handler. I have noticed her from the ringside and she didn’t disappoint going over her. Best of Breed and later Gundog Group 3

2 Mcalpine – Drumkilty Zarita – 2 year old female in lovely pale coat. Beautiful feminine head and great pigment. She stood well for her handler showing off her level topline which she kept on the move, symmetrical in shape and well balanced. Straight forelegs with good bone and well laid-back shoulders.
