A lovely show and Committee with a friendly atmosphere.

A real shame about the absentees and that it clashed with the Afghan Supermatch and the first Deerhound Club Champ Show on the same day.

1st AMCH Suni Ski Full O'Stars by Sumahari (IMP USA) (D) Owned by Mrs S Virgo & Mrs L Hicks – Well what a stunning boy but I am not sure the UK is his favourite place yet. Correct head, and bite and triangular eye, lovely low set ear and that look that goes through you. Good bone, forelegs strait, angulation correct for and aft. Sloping croup to long tail with ring. He moved round the ring with ease and showed off his true colours with that lovely Afghan bounce. He may have stood alone but a worthy BOB

1st Graythor Captain Hook (D) Owned by Miss L Brown - !4 month old lovely young boy with good double coat, wedge shaped head and high set and ears dark eye. Correct not overdone angulation

and short strong back good spring of rib and tight elbows. Level back held on the move. This boy is still young but has a lot to like. BOB

2nd Bowerhinton Blackbird (B) Owned by Mrs T Maun – another young one who is just at that awkward stage and is a little bum high, this threw off her overall profile and movement a little today although she is a lovely girl with a great wedge shaped head, good bone, correct angulation, good feet and correct double coat. RBOB

1st Zafaraniyeh Dashte kavir (B) Owned by Mrs H & Mr J Davies – this just over 12 month old girl is well on the way to being fully mature. She has a long head with balck nose, dark oval eye, correct high set ear although I would like her leather a little longer. Good reach of neck. Not as muscled as a full adult but good muscle for age correct sloping croup, well set tail. Moved well with ease round the ring. BOB

2nd Caryna Oberon (D) Owned by Mrs M & Miss H Hamilton, Mrs D Garret, Ms S Oakey – Nice young boy who was not up for playing today although I did just about get to go over him, he lost the class today for his nonsense. Long and narrow with oval eye and good ear set, enough reach of neck into good front. Shorter in loin but better muscled than winner. Good sloping croup and correct tail set. Moved well round the ring

3rd Zafaraniyeh Dashte Margo (B) Owned by Mrs H & Mr J Davies – Litter sister to winner but still very much a baby

1st Caryna Manantena at Backtor (D) Owned by Mrs L Ward – Handler a bit rushed as only just made the class which did not help settling this nice mature boy. Well muscled structure, good long narrow head, level back held on move, good bone, sloping croup and good tail set, moved OK round the ring. RBOB
