Puppy 7, 1a

1st - Fosters Auristela Singing Hinnie. 8 month old bitch, well presented with a gleaming pale coat. Well defined feminine head, dark pigment and gentle expression. Straight front with nice tight feet, good reach of neck and shoulders well laid back, leading to a level topline which she carried well on the move. Best Puppy

2nd – Sloan & Hunters Palomas Call My Bluff – Lots to like about this boy at just 6 months old. Good straight front with well laid back shoulders, good spring of rib and level topline. Needs to settle slightly more into his stifle but that will come with age. Moved well.

Junior 6,2a

1st – Robbins & Rowark’s Brekswood Honey Bee JW – At 16 months this mid golden bitch has such a gorgeous head which is maturing nicely. She has a good length of upper arm and well laid back shoulders, lovely depth of chest and ribs well sprung. Happy girl on the move, which was correct fore and aft.

2nd – Towers & Henderson’s Barcia Bella Divino – Unlucky to meet 1 as I think this 16 month old boy gets better every time I see him. He has such a gentle expression but masculine head with lovely dark pigment. He has a straight front and plenty fore chest, well angulated shoulders leading to a level topline and good conditioned rear angulation. Moved well, just preferred the drive of 1 today.

Post Graduate (9,4a)

1st – Martin’s Garline Guarding Lola – 2 year old mid golden bitch, she has a lovely feminine head and kind expression. Super front angulation, plenty of fore chest and well angulated shoulders. Good reach of neck leading to a level topline and short coupling. Good rear angulation. Moved well with reach and drive. One to watch.

2nd – Williams’s Lamhryn Star of the Sea JW – This 19 month old bitch stands out with her lovely clean outline. She has a straight front with tight cat like feet and a nice reach of neck with level topline. Ribs well sprung and nice short coupling, good bend of stifle leading to well let down hocks. Moved sound and with drive. Very different to 1 but still lots to like about her.

Open 8,4a

1st – Robbins & Rowark’s Brekswood Lady Eleanor – Mid golden girl, shown in full bloom, she has lovely angulation throughout which presents a beautiful balanced outline. She has a pretty feminine head and nice shaped eyes. Plenty of depth of chest and well sprung ribs, good bend of stifle and hocks well let down. Shown in good muscular condition which showed on the move. Best of Breed

2nd – Williams’s Auristela Lady Luck at Lamhryn – I have had the pleasure of judging this girl before and she is always such a happy girl! Straight front with tight feet, well laid back shoulders and good depth of rib. Moved settled and well.
