Really enjoyed my appointment at this well run show, delighted with my line up for best in show, I was really splitting hairs for the final decision the quality was so strong.

Best In Show Charlish’s Sh Ch Gunalt The Hangover JW (Weimaraner) 2 yr old male with most pleasing head and expression, stands true on good legs and feet, well proportioned body leading to strong, firm loin and correct underline. Correct angulation fore and aft and shown in good coat condition and well muscled throughout. Flowed round the ring with effortless movement keeping a level topline

Res Best In Show Knowles & Glen Sh Ch Bessalone Peaky Blinders (Italian Spinone) most pleasing breed type with super head and melting expression, good depth of body, short coupled with correct topline on the stack and held on the move. Loved his free flowing movement. Lovely coat and in excellent muscular condition.

Best Puppy In Show Bowley’s Gunsyn Superstitious (Bracco Italiano) just 6 ½ months but really took my eye, he is quality all through and just as he should be at this age. Balanced head with gentle expression and well set ears. Correct forequarters, body of good length with correct topline, leading to well developed rear. Stands and moves true.

Res Best Puppy In Show Thomson’s Sarscottah Fearless Flame Ir Jnr Ch (GLP) nearly a year old with super head and alert expression. Well set ears of good length, strong neck, correct shoulders, straight, well boned legs and good feet, moved out with purpose.

Best Veteran In Show Maclaine & Dickson’s Greyspirit Hopes N Dreams JW ShCEx OSW (Weimaraner) 7 year old girl with lovely head and expression, stands on good legs and feet, good length and depth of rib showing correct underline. Moved out well with good driving action

Well developed body for age, in good coat, moved out well BP and pushed hard for top honours later in the day. 2 Murray & Parker’s Szelkiraly’s Lovefool litter sister to winner with lots to like, not as positive in front movement at this stage but moved ok once settled.

L (4 2) 1 Murray & Parker’s True Magic of Skyrocket at Szelkiraly 2 yr old male who scores in head and expression, well laid neck and shoulders, stands on good legs and feet, good depth and ribbing, moved out soundly and true. 2 McCulloch’s Dinnsearmor’s Glenlochy 3 yrs male with pleasing expression, more upright in shoulder than winner which spoilt his outline, straight front but feet could be tighter. Well ribbed and in good coat and condition. Moved steady.

O (3 2) 1 Legg & Scott’s Sh Ch Oakswarren Pure Magic (AI) ShCEx CW24 5 yr old girl with most pleasing head and expression, strong, clean neck, correct shoulders, lovely bone and feet, short back and well sprung ribs. Super coat and well muscled. Presents a lovely outline on the stack and moved out well with excellent reach and drive. BOB and pushed all the way for top honours.

L (1) Elders Enyrb Pink Panther 2 ½ yrs, masculine all through without being coarse. Decent head with gentle expression, strong neck, good lay of shoulder, straight bone with good feet. Ample ribbing and depth, strong in loin and well developed hind quarters. In good coat, moved out well.

O (2 1) 1 Elders Sh Ch Enryb Skye Blue easy to see why this 4yr old has her title, super head and eye, well laid shoulders, straight bone and best of feet. Firm body of good length, correct coat and balanced all through, looks a picture stacked and didn’t disappoint on the move. BOB

P (2 1) 1 Alcorn & Ingram’s Gunalt Roger That (AI) upstanding male with pleasing head and alert expression, well laid shoulders, stands true on good feet. Strong, firm loin and well muscled rear, liked him for balance, just feel he would benefit a larger ring to see him move at his best. BP

SY (2) 1 Charlish’s Sh Ch Gunalt The Hangover JW BOB & BIS 2 Alcorn & Ingram’s Gunalt Mixer litter sister to winner and another of good breed type, presents a lovely outline on the stack, liked her a lot but not the ring presence of her brother today.

L (3 1) 1 Maclaine & Dickson’s Greyspirit Mystique JW CJW22 3 yrs girl with lovely head and expression, well built throughout with excellent muscletone. Don’t think the floor surface suited her today as she tended to lose her shape on the move 2 Charlish’s Harelferg Cookson 2 yrs girl of nice type, needs time to mature in body but moved out well.

O (5 4) 1 Wiszniewska’s Braveheart Duma Kazana upstanding 2 yr old male with good head and eye, slightly upright in shoulder which spoilt his outline on the stack, deep chest with well sprung ribs, decent underline and well muscled rear. Moved steady and true just a little proud of his tail.

Best Import 2 Gorrian & Henry’s Ir Sh Ch Fab Point Tempestade With Querdon feminine all through but maintains the required strength. Presents a lovely outline but not as precise on the move as her kennelmate today.
