I have to say I was spoilt for choice in this class. Thank you for giving me the chance to go over so many super dogs. Apart from the winners there were so many good ones inc the Cocker, ESS, the Vizslas the Bracco, Clumber, Irish Setter, Flatcoat & Weimaraner.

1 Angus Mrs L. - Keigame Hearts Desire of Sparkenhoe (AI) JW 2yo L&W

GSP – She’s the whole package and didn’t put a foot wrong. Clean head and body, balanced and moderate, confident and positive. Lovely head in correct proportions, intelligent eye and alert expression with good ears.

Lovely neck flowing into well laid shoulders, good depth of chest and good return of upper arm giving good reach on the move. Good strong hindquarters with stifles well bent. Tight feet and good pads. Correct tail set & carried correctly on the move. Lovely ground covering movement.

2 Loakes Mrs SD - Sh Ch Goldbirch Hearts Desire JW ShCEX 3 ½ yo Tricolour English Setter This kennel produces the quintessential English Setter. Clean elegant and graceful. Lovely head of correct proportions strong neck and well laid shoulders and good front assembly. Excellent deep chest and spring of rib. Strong loin and powerful hindquarters. Moved so well. Lovely silky coat.

1 Fincham Miss A – Danehaven Despreux 7m b Sweet puppy having fun nice to see. Lovely wedge head and good eyes & ears. Nice front assembly and length & depth of rib. Coat coming on well. Moved well when settled. One to watch.

1 Tester Miss R – Gingafing Best of You 15m b Excellent type. Well balanced good size and proportions. Daughter of 2nd in the next class. Very nice head properties and good strong neck into well laid shoulders and good upper arm and elbows. Nice depth of chest and length of rib moderate tuck up. Well muscled strong well rounded hindquarters good angulation and correct tail set and carriage. Moved very well and would have been RBOB if there was an award.

2 Westwood & McDonald - Eusanit What The Fuggle Roanjora 12m b Another nice youngster with lots to like. Good wedge-shaped head. Strong neck and nice front assembly, good body. A strong dog with good hindquarters and tight feet.

1 Bate-Ash & Ash Mrs JA & Miss A - Sinsircariad Old Fashioned 19m d

Intelligent alert dog with a clean head and strong mouth. Nice eye and ear set. In good condition over all good body and angulation and good feet.

2 Tester Miss R – Gingafing Forget Me Not 4yo b Another from this kennel. Consistent good quality exhibits. Lovely head and neck with a good body and overall size and balance. Just preferred the athleticism of the boy in this class.

1 Rodgers Miss PA - Eusanit Peaky Blinder 6yo d Really super dog of good size and overall balance and in fit condition. Laid back chap but moved the best of the day and with the best tail carriage on the move. So head all good and front assembly good and good hindquarters. Lovely feet and bone. Happy to award BOB

2 Tester Miss R - Gingafing Careless Whisper 7y b Really lovey bitch with a super head and body again all balanced and in fit condition. Going by the junior and PG class also a good producer of good type so you can see where they get it from. Well done.

1 Challis Mr S &Mrs KM – Vizslanya Valor 8m d Upstanding quality young dog. A confident and positive mover. Clean head, proportions all correct giving a noble and affectionate expression. Very nice ear leathers well set.

Strong muscular arched neck into well laid shoulders and good upper arm elbows well in. Level topline and muscular hindquarters and good bend of stifle. Excellent tight feet. Promising youngster who just needs to fill out and drop in brisket as I’m sure he will. Judged his sire in a later stakes class and I can see where he gets his beautiful head from and construction. BP

2 Layton Mr S - Layways Dua Lipa 8m b Super quality female in fit condition. Another beautiful head and very nice front assembly. Good depth of chest and lovely bone and feet. Nice long ribs and excellent hindquarters. Really, I was splitting hairs between the 2 pups. I thought the male was a touch better on the move whereas she would probably be better outside and with a larger ring.

1 Palmer Mr S & Mrs K - Roughshout Seabiscuit at Parmelly 1y d Excellent head properties; skull & muzzle ratios good eye shape and lovely fine ear leathers and well set. Nice front assembly and good depth of chest, good heart and lung room and moderate tuck up. Level topline which he retains on the move. Good feet. Excelled on the move, positive, ground covering and good tail carriage. A young dog with a bright future, I hope.

2 Westall & Ward Ms S & Miss CM - Kincsem Private Dancer 17m b Another nice youngster with lovely flowing lines. Less finished than the dog and less positive on the move. But otherwise, lots of potential.

2 Adams Mrs C & Mr K Vizash Elenk At Jamzco 2 1/2y b Very close run up to the dog as she has very nice proportions, good muscle tone. Moved well but not as positively as 1.

1 Ward Miss CM - Sh Ch Danton Obsession With Tantaraviz ShCEx 5t b

Very tidy well-constructed female with a lovely head, good eye and lovely ear leathers. Strong arched neck and good front assembly with very good depth of chest and spring of rib. Short strong loin and excellent hindquarters. Moved well parallel fore & aft and with reach and drive.

A well-deserved Champion and pleased to award BOB in stiff competition.

2 Challis Mr S &Mrs KM - Vizslanya Vizi JW 2 ½ y b Another super head not surprisingly from the same sire as the puppy dog . Good neck into very good front assembly with excellent return of upper arm. Would like to have done more for her but she wasn’t as positive on the move perhaps she wasn’t keen on the floor. But really a super quality female.

1 Clack, Clack, Battle-Hunter & Eddery Mr ST Mrs Ed Mrs L & Mr E - Krisbos Leonidas With Molokain (IKC) 6m d Nicely constructed and balanced youngster. Good wedge head and correct eye and ear. Good body for his age and good straight bone stands over his ground very solid on tight feet.

Correct height to length ratio. Good tight crisp curls in the coat. BP and BPIS 3 well done!

1 Clack, Eddery & Clack Mrs ED Mr ST & Mr E - Epsilon Adhara At Molokain JW 16m b Liked her a lot. Really nice head lovely strong neck. Well laid shoulders front. Good spring of rib going well back. Nice rear angulation and good tail set. Unmistakably feminine. Definitely one to watch.

1 Clack, Eddery & Clack Mrs ED Mr ST & Mr E - Molokain Hocus Pocus 2 ½ y b Another quality female with all the correct proportions just more mature than the junior winner. Moved with good extension and drive. Cleaner neck and better tail set than the male in 2nd place. Happy to award BOB
