GOLDEN RETRIEVERS
Thank you to Joy and the committee for inviting me to judge my first appointment at this well-run premier show. I was made to feel very welcome. I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious goody bag of Cornish treats. I had a most enjoyable day. A laughable moment when one excited exhibit broke free of her lead and headed into the ring prematurely performing zoomies.
A massive thank you to all exhibitors who brought their lovely dogs under me and giving me a day to remember. I had a super entry of quality dogs making my decision in some classes quite hard. The rain stopped long enough for judging to be held outside. It wasn’t an easy challenge of keeping the dark wet sand from plastering the hindquarters of each dog, but most did exceptionally well to present their exhibit the best they could. Also, a big thank you to my steward Will who kept everything running efficiently.

I was delighted to hear she was later awarded BPIS.
