I would first like to thank the committee for their invitation to judge at this society, along with my two wonderful stewards who kept the ring running efficiently. Ground underfoot was not ideal for this breed in particular, being uneven. A few dogs struggled due to this, along with the noise in the setting, so I must emphasise that I judged each dog as they were on the day. I was however pleased to find balance and good mouths across exhibits, which is of key importance.

1 - Lykath’s Laura Thyme in Pixels

7 m/o red and white bitch who is most promising. Wonderful clean head, with not a touch of exaggeration. Skull is well domed and muzzle of ideal length with slight point, lean in both cheek and jaw. Saucy expression finishes the picture. Front is developing well, with good depth to chest and correct lay of shoulder. I expect to tighten up slightly with maturity. Nice arch to neck, with level backline held throughout. Superb rear angulation with well let down hocks, really enabling her to drive around the ring. She clearly enjoyed her day as her tail never stopped. BOB & BPIB

2 - Chibull Hercules Lozek

10 m/o cream and white dog who was a little unsure today. This boy had a wonderful headpiece, with well domed skull and large ears. Darkest black pigment, which is nice to see in a lighter dog. Another puppy developing well, with straight forelegs and good depth of chest for one this young. Neck well arched, into level backline and correct tailset. Touch long in body. Good turn of stifle in the rear, with hocks parallel. Unfortunately he was not enjoying his day today, but with confidence I am sure his time will come.

1 - Stormchi Black Magic

Almost 12 y/o black and white bitch who was loving her day. Moderate headpiece, with domed skull and nice length to muzzle. Good depth to chest in front, with apt lay of shoulder. Nicely off-square, with level backline. Would have liked a little more turn to stifle. I was shocked to discover her age - she moved out well!

1 - Pixels Moonlit Sea JW

3 y/o red and white bitch presented in lovely condition. Ultra feminine head, with textbook expression. Correct dome to skull, with good stop and length of muzzle. Wonderful dark eye. Shoulders are well laid with slight slope, with straight forelegs set well under chest with no looseness. Good spring to rib. Backline is level to the touch, leading to well set sickle tail wagging throughout. Rear is well angled, but occasionally has a tendency to sit under herself. Just the right amount of feathering, appropriately soft, with lovely tail plume. Moved out well with reach and drive. RBOB

2 - Stormchi Blaize of Glory

10 y/o fawn and white dog, another from this kennel who belies his age. Skull well domed to the touch, with definite stop and correct length of muzzle, another with lean jaw and cheek. Missing some dentition, which can be forgiven with age. Correct lay of shoulder, with good depth of chest. Backline level at all times, with sickle tail held up and over. Well angulated rear set well apart with aptly let down hocks. I found him to be pleasing overall - another with not an ounce of exaggeration. Youth just pipped him to the post today when it came to movement and overall picture.

1 - Smart Move Talaglam

7 m/o fawn dog enjoying his day out at his first show. Typey head with apple domed skull and flared ears, finished with black pigment and round eye. Front is straight with nice lay of shoulder. Neck is of good length, leading into level backline and perfect sickle tail of correct set. Rear is well angulated. He moved out soundly and presented a nice silhouette during flashes of confidence. With a little more filling out and coverage, I expect him to mature well. BPIB

1 - Chibull Mickey Mouse at Lozek

22 m/o blue fawn dog who had everything in the right place. Textbook head, well rounded with a definite stop, finished with saucy expression. Ears well flared. Forelegs straight, with good depth to chest and well sprung ribs. Slightly sloping

shoulders producing freedom of movement. Hocks well let down, with correct turn of stifle well apart. Completed the picture with perfect, flat sickle tail on level topline. Really excelled on the move, powering around the ring. Could not be denied BOB.

2 - Hollichi Ren’s Legacy

2 y/o well schooled blue fawn sable bitch. Head is correct, with particular attention paid to her moderation. She had just enough muzzle with lean jaw and cheek. Lovely dark round eye, adding to correct expression. Good dome to skull. Front is well set under her and straight, with apt lay of shoulder and nice length to neck. Good turn of stifle set well apart, with well let down hocks in the rear. Rises slightly over croup, which is evident on the move when holding topline. Showed well throughout the class.

1 - Copymear Pocket Rocket at Hollichi

2 y/o red dog who is a confident show man. Lovely balance on this boy, with good depth of chest and straight forelegs. Shoulders well layed, providing freedom of movement. Perfect level backline with correct, tapering sickle tail held up and over throughout. Rear of ideal length of first to second thigh, with well let down hocks set aptly apart. Good small feet. He drove out well both fore and aft. Head has the correct dome to the touch, but would prefer a little more length to muzzle. RBOB
