I would like to thank both the committee and exhibitors for a well run show. The ring was a good size for the breeds. In no instance were there any of the below breeds with any of the Kennel Club issues such as loose/poor eyes.

Bullmastiff

Puppy (1 entry)

1st- Todd and Smith MASTER PADDINGTON FROM DELARHIA NAF 8 month light fawn male. Well off for bone and good size for his age. Head of good proportion and well balanced. Well put together and moved out freely and soundly. BOB/BPIB

Dogue De Bordeux

Puppy (1 entry)

1st- Jelley KENLEAP CALICITE 7 month old girl with plenty to like. Correct mouth and lips, along with a feminine expression. Not the darkest in colour, but still coming along very well for her age. Moved well, covering plenty of the ring. BP

Special Yearling (2 entries, 1 absent)

1st- Jelley PIECHOTTKA DARK PHOENIX 15 month old girl. Slightly darker than puppy. Although the the biggest girl, her proportions are still good. Will develop given time. RBOB

Limit (3 entries, 2 absent)

1st- Shopland PIECHOTTKA INCREDIBLE HULK A very impressive 16 month old male. Head of exceptional quality. Correct mouth and lips. Head without excess wrinkle. Excellent fore and rear quarters, giving drive and purpose to the movement. BOB

1st- Mitchell OLDCHARM MARKUS AT ELSIMBA 7 year old fawn male. Very majestic boy. Really elegant head, without excess. Neck of good length and reach, carrying the head well. Forequarters well angulated. Well muscled in rear, giving such a good drive. If the ring was infinitive, I'm sure this boy would have gone forever. BOB

1st Burgoine and Nicholas FAYNAD MYKOLA 2 year old impressive male. Well defined head, again without any excess wrinkle or any other issues. Lovely black mask, as it should be, tapering towards the rear of the head. Good depth of forequarters and body. Plenty of heart and lung room. Well muscled rear. Moved with ground covering strides. Rottweiler

Some truly beautiful examples of the breed being shown today, making for some very difficult decisions. I particularly liked the spirit and temperaments of the exhibits.

Puppy ( 2 entries, 1 absent)

1st Smith JAEGEROT MR MARVELLOUS 10 month old boy who lives up to his name. Wonderful head and expression, with a good dark, clean eye. Good length of neck for age, with well made forequarters to follow. Hindquarters and body of good length. Moved with purpose and covered the ring well. BP

Special Yearling (2 entries)

1st Watts and Gibbard JEZEVE HOT TOTTIE 14 month old girl with a clean and great outline. From head to tail, confirmation is very pleasing. Moved very well in the class but was a free spirit in the line up.

2nd Rivett, Gibbard and Piggott JEZEVE LOVE JUNKIE Litter sister to first. Well off for her age. Felt first was more a complete package today. She still has time to develop and come into her own.

Limit (1 entry)

1st Watts and Gibbard JEZEVE PICKPOCKET Very nice 2 year old girl. Such a good advocate for the breed. Head well in proportion and feminine. Neck of good length, giving the head plenty of good carriage. Bone front and rear of good soundness. Moved out well. RBOB

Open (2 entries, 1 absent)

1st Vanson PASKO DU TEMPLE D'ADRANOS VON TIESTO (IMP FRA) 5 year old male with a very masculine outline. Head of this male just epitomises the breed. Such a great expression. Proportions all round just right. Moved out with a good stride and workman like gait. BOB
