My sincere apologies for being late publishing this critique, I had drafted and saved and then forgot to submit along with another.

Airdale Terrier

L 1 Hall’s Muliebrity Purple Heart avec Tonerrier. Muscular and in good condition. Long and flat skull with dark and expressive eyes. Short back with muscular loin. Moved well with good propulsion.

Border Terrier

P 1 Pearce’s Borderrush Brugal Rum for Twizzlemere. BPIB. Typical head with good breadth of skull and short muzzle. Dark eyes, small ears and moderate length of neck. Sound on the move.

J 1 Hughes’ Arunmere Nighthawk. BOB. Excellent head, typically otter-like. Dark and expressive eyes, small and v-shaped ears. Straight front, deep chest and good length of rib. Small and tight feet, moved well. 2 Pearce’s Borderrush Brugal Rum for Twizzlemere. 3 Parsons’ Arunmere Artemis

PG 1 Elliott’s Otterwood Leda of Lyndham. RBOB. Good head with short and strong muzzle. Dark eyes, well set small ears. Good depth of chest and length of ribcage. High set and correctly carried tail. 2 Skelton’s Dixie Firefly. Nicely set tail, moved with energy, was rather wide in front.

O 1 Pearce’s Onthill Nighthawk. Broad in skull with short and strong muzzle. Straight front, ribs carried well back, high set tail, carred correctly. Moved soundly. 2 Skelton’s Blue Rebel Sunset. Liked her head, quite typical with good expression and strength of muzzle. Would have preferred a stronger topline.

Cairn Terrier

P 1 Saich’s Lindcoly Just a Dram BPIB. Appealing puppy, nicely proportioned overall. Nicely set, pointed ears. Strong and level back with good spring of rib. Well muscled hindquarters giving a strong drive and propulsion.

PG 1 Saich’s Lindcoly Picture Perfect. BOB. Nicely typical and proportionate in outline, moved very well. Head is correctly proportioned with broad skull and well set, erat, small and pointed ears. Excellent topline, back of medium length and strong loins. Moved well with propultion from well muscled hindquarters. 2 Udova’s Barry Burton the Brave. On the large side for a Cairn. He has a good broad skull and nicely shaped ears. Strong and level back. 3 Tester’s Airytykes Socialite

O 1 Tester’s Airytykes Excuse Me. RBOB. Proportionately small head, near and pointed ears, good bone, Strong, level back with strong loin. Moved very well.

Jack Russell Terrier

O 1 Jones’ Kaszavolgyi-furge Milton Laserna. Well balanced overall with lithe body. Flat skull and well defined stop. Level back and slight arch over a strong loin. Near, round feet. Moved well with a confident stride and good drive.

AVNSC Terrier. These variety classes were terrific, real depth of quality across the board.

P 1 Foster’s Lakeland Loreleilee Me Bashful at Thozow. BAVNC & BAVNSCP. Loved this puppy, so well balanced, strong and compact. Super keen throughout the class, showing his socks off. Flat skull with a broad and powerful muzzle. Dark and expressive eyes with neat, v shaped ears. Strong and short back, well set on tail that he carried correctly. Good on the move, with strong drive. 2 Baker & Denton’s Dandie Cloverwoods Storm Shadow. Nicely balanced, with typical head and large, dark eyes. Body long and low with sufficient strength of loin to maintain overall balance on the move.

J 1 Fox’s Hillsted Same Direction. WHWT. Strong and well balanced overall. Nicely proportioned head with clear stop, dark and well set eyes, neat ears. Good length of neck leading to well laid shoulders and level back. Good depth and breadth of chest. Moved well.

PG 1 Anderson’s Brocolitia Udidntdidu. WFT. Smart, lively and alert. Head in balance with body, nicely tapering foreface, dark and expressive eyes. High set, small ears. Level back and slightly arched over a strong loin. 2 Groom’s Chadbrook Prequal. PRT. Balanced and without exaggeration. Nicely proportioned body, with level back and strong loin. High set and well carried tail.

O 1 Lapthorne & Thompson’s Je Mappelle Jenina. Australian Terrier. Sturdy, strong and full of character. Long and flat skull with small and expressive eyes. Strong neck leading to a long body, level topline, high set tail. Muscular hindquarters gave real power to his movement. 2 Ruffles’ Holbam Midsummer Knight at Ruffmar JW. Irish Terrier. Very classic in overall shape and outline. Substantial and well boned. Long, narrow head with flat skull; dark eyes, near and v-shaped ears. Level back and strong loins. Moved well. 3 Groom’s Chadbrook Prequal.

J 1 Hughes’ Arunmere Nighthawk. 2 Parsons’ Arunmere Artemis

O 1 Jefferson’s Alport Bold Ruler. SBT. Appealing outline, and very wel balanced throughout. Short and deep skull with pronounced cheeks. Body was strong with well sprung ribs and good depth. Powerful and agile on the move with excellent drive from hindlegs. 2 Fox’s Hillsted Sweet Whispers. WHWT. Nice overall balance and outline. Correctly proportioned head with clear stop, dark and well set eyes, neat ears. Well laid shoulders and strong level back. Good depth and breadth of chest. Moved well. 3 Fox’s Hillsted Same Direction.

V Delighted with this class, topped by two very classy and quality Cesky Terriers. 1 Burrage’s Ch Komidon Prima Donna of Sametova ShCEx VW. Cesky. Strong, muscular and so well made. Slightly arched skull with a friendly expression from dark eyes. The topline was absolutely correct, rising to a well-arched and strong loin. Moved with excellent propulsion from well-muscled and well angulated hindquarters. 2 England & Burrage’s Ch Ashleyheaths Black Thunder ShCM ShCEx VW. Cesky. Very much tough competition with his kennel mate. Today, I just felt 1 had a stronger presence. 3 Foster’s Ch Hillsted Masquerade at Thozow JW ShCM VW. WHWT.

4 Crawley & Haynes’ Ragus Fine Old Port. Norwich Terrier. Small, compact and well-knit with plenty of substance. Well proportioned skull, dark and expressive eyes. Short and level back. Moved well.

2 Haynes’ Alantro Regal Jewel. Norwich Terrier. A cracking character, small, compact and substantial. Well proportioned skull, dark and expressive eyes. Short and level back. Moved well.
