German Spitz (Mittel)

PG. 1st Longsdale’s The Aviator. Well balanced dog. Correct wedge-shaped head with dark almond eye and well set-on ears, used well. Medium neck. Deep, well let-down chest. Firm topline. Moderately angled. Brisk, sound mover. Good coat. RBOB.

2nd Cwrtafon Cosmic Love. Feminine but with some substance. Good head, Eye shape ok. High set ears. Strong neck. Balanced angles. Took time to settle on the move but sound and true in all directions.

3rd Rozibon Adventure Begins.

O. 1st Spellcast Love Talks At Dacfolke. Bang-on for size. Excellent outline, fairly compact and well balanced all through. Wedge head with oval, dark eye and well set ears. Good conformation with high set and carried tail. Excellent coat for density, texture and presentation. Moved well with a brisk, typical gait and made a worthy BOB.

2nd Ch. Longsdales Rebel RouserAt Cwrtafon. Good for type. Just goes under the measure. Nicely balanced in body. Good front and rear angulation. Excellent head, eye shape and pigment. Masculine outlook and full of quality. Moved with a moderate depth of stride. Tail carried well. Pleasing coat.

3rd Moon Rocks Cross My Heart At Rozibon.

Min Schnauzer.

PG 1st Lyzahro Mostly Harmless. White dog that pleases for size and compactness of outline. Good head shape. Scissor bite. Well set ears. Medium neck. Good lay of shoulder and return of upperarm. Could have a touch more depth of chest, Level topline. Medium rear. High set tail. Good coat texture, particularly for his colour. Free mover. BOB.

O. 1st Lyzaahro White Here White Now. White dog, older half brother to BOB and fairly similar for size and squareness of outline. Pleasing head, eye and ears. Excellent reach of neck leading to a good shoulder but a bit upright in upperarm. Would like less leg length which would balance-up his outline. Super harsh coat texture. Moved out soundly in all directions. Well handled. RBOB.

2nd Beanara Njals Saga At Lyzharo. On super form considering he is rising 14 years old! Excellent head and compact outline. Firm topline. Super body and coat. Ears a touch fly-away. Moved well, just a bit loose all round, but completely understandable considering his age. Enjoying his time in the ring, which is great to see.

Great entry, which was much appreciated.

PG 1st Sadiel Let Ur Heart Decide. Black spotted dog just approaching a year. Well balanced all through. Good head proportions, strong and masculine. Long, muscular neck. Chest developing well. Balance angles. Correct topline.. Even spotting of pleasing size. Scopey mover. Will follow his career with interest. BP & PG3.

2nd Dvojlica Firefly For Finnidal. Loved this feminine but substantial 11 month old female. Beautiful head with good eye shape giving an eager expression. Well set ears. Good reach of neck. Good depth all through, especially for her age. Holds her topline well. Tended to pace on the move and didn’t really get into her stride, which was a pity. Lovely spotting and condition.

3rd Dallydyl Honey Trap.

O 1st Decoda’s Toffee Apple. Have judged this ultra-feminine brown spotted female previously and she has really matured in body over the past few months. Love her size and balanced outline. Good head and eye. Uses her ears well and is attentive to her handler. Good conformation which comes together on them move. Excellent side gait and covers the ground efficiently carries her tail a bit gaily at times but reflects her fabulous temperament. Super handling. BOB & G2 in a hotly contested Group.

2nd Schunikka Ifor Dream. At just over 2 years this masculine male is maturing well. Fairly large in frame but balanced with some elegance of outline. Good bone and feet. Lovely head with dark expressive eye. Very muscular and fit. Balanced angles. Nicely set tail. Moved out well in all directions. Think he probably needed a larger ring to show off his conformation and movement to best advantage. Good spotting for size and spacing. A lovely dog.

3rd Winflash Mirage.

Shih Tzu

PG 1st Densown Pedro. 10 month old male. Beautifully headed with large, dark expressive eye. Strong in skull with some width to underjaw. Moderate neck. Good bone and substance. Firm loins. Tail set ok. Could have a touch more rear angulation. Super, thick puppy coat. Free, jaunty mover with some kick-up but a bit close which gave way to his litter sibling for BP.

O 1st Daslrticia Jack Higgins. Excellent young dog approaching 2 years. Super head shape. Excellent skull and muzzle with well open nostrils. Large eye. Medium neck. Excellent topline with balanced angles front and rear. High set tail, carried correctly. Immaculate, full double coat. Moved well with correct rear action and showing pad. Easy BOB today.

2nd Densown Valencia. Litter sister to PG winner and similar comments apply. She is very well made all through with an appealing head and expression. Super coat with attractive rich colours. Excellent mover, better going away than her brother but tail set could be better. Very promising overall. BP & RBOB.

Kooikerhondje

PG 1st Twybrook Sweet Princess. Nicely balanced female. Very moderate in outline and angulation. Shapely head with good eye. Holds her outline well at all times. Stands on excellent feet. Well defined markings, rich in colour with pleasing feathering. A bit shallow in chest but still not at full maturity. Moved very soundly and was close-up for BOB. RBOB.

O 1st Duckhills Thistledown Dance Of Emmi Over Twybrook. Dam of PG winner and has passed on many of her qualities. Similar for size balance and overall breed type. Lovely head. Correct eye shape. Well feathered ears showing desired ’ear rings’ Correct topline. Firm over loins. Medium angles front and back. Carried her tail well. Free mover. BOB.

2nd Qunack’s Favor Light For Twybrook. Smaller built female than 1st. Slightly different for type but overall very well made which was reflected in her sound movement. Excellent body, coat and colours.

Tibetan Terrier

O 1st Araki Krazie Maize For Tetsikarma. Beautiful young female of 17 months. Up to size but so well put together. Correctly proportioned head. Dark eye. Strong pigment. Medium neck. Excellent depth of chest. Stands on large feet. Correct topline. Short, muscular loin. Good front angulation with corresponding rear. High set tail. Thick, double coat of correct texture. Excellent presentation. Moved out soundly showing reach and drive. I loved her as a pup in the Summer when I first judged her and continues to mature well, showing all the promise in the world. BOB and topped a super Utility Group.

2nd Home Town Glory By Tetsikarma. Feminine and square in outline. Has strength to skull but could be stronger in muzzle. Good body and angulation. In-between coats at present. Easy mover and sound in all directions. Carries her tail well. RBOB.

Japanese Spitz

PG 1st Snowshoes Joyful Sunstone. My little star of the day! Precious 6 month old dog showing great potential. Correct wedge-shaped head. Dark, sparkling eyes. High set ears. Excellent pigment. Moderate neck. Very balanced in outline. Super puppy coat, excellent presentation. Carries his tail well at all times. Nicely composed, moving well for his tender age. Showing his heart out at all times. BP, RBOB and PG1. Could have easily taken him home!

O 1st Snowshoes Ophelia. Beautiful female from any angle. Lovely for size. Correct head and eye. Uses her ears well. Good conformation. Moved well with a moderate stride. Good double coat that was well presented. BOB.

Chow Chow

PG 1st Beaconpride Tatiana For Jasava. Just over a year and pleases for body and overall maturity. Broad head with muzzle to compliment. Clean, open eyes, dark and expressive. Small, thick well-set ears. Strong neck. Medium angles. Has some length of leg. Thick, double coat. Well set-on tail. Sound mover, drives well from the rear. BOB.

2nd Jamarhys Neptune At Foillan. Loved this 11 month old female for type and proportions. Super head, broad skull. Strong muzzle. Excellent pigment. Good eye and ears. Well made all through with strong bone and tight feet. Excellent coat. A bit un-co ordinated on the move but did enough to clinch BP & RBOB.

O 1st Jasav’s Fezzwig For Mayeavas. Lovely black with pleasing outline and in fit, healthy condition. Typical head and expression. Excellent eye and ears. Medium neck. Good front and rear. Would prefer a touch more length of leg. In good coat. Moved soundly in all directions. Well presented.

2nd Foillan Fu Ni. 10 year old female. Good for type. Pleasing head shape with strength to skull and muzzle. Eyes ok. Small, thick well-set ears. Good overall conformation. Sound enough on the move, just a bit loose. Coat not at its best, but good texture and colour.

Tibetan Spaniel.

PG 1st Ricox I Love My Mini Me. RBOB.

2nd Parloueve Back To Black Of Ricox. Two females from the same kennel but quite different. Both have excellent head shapes with plush muzzles, large dark eyes and well-set ears. Mini Me has a touch more length of leg and is better balanced in outline than Back To Black. Both have balanced angles. Both are out of coat at present but moved very well, Mini just edging out here.

O 1st Ricox All About Love. Another from the same kennel and for me, an easy winner in this entry. Beautiful female. Like her body proportions. Good head with some strength to skull, muzzle and showing some width of underjaw. Dark eye. Medium neck. Good depth of chest, Well angled front. Quality bone. Correct topline. Moderate rear. High set tail. BOB.

Keeshond

PG 1st Devonia’s Hakuna Matata. 11 month old female. Lovely size and femininity with compact outline, good body and excellent wedge-shaped head. Keen expression with high set, small ears. Excellent coat for texture, colours and typical markings. Brisk, sound mover. Must have a bright future. BP.

O 1st Arabeaque At Devonia, Mature dog of excellent size, masculinity and overall breed type. Rising 6 years and at his best. Super head piece. Shapely skull with well set ears. Almond eye. Moderate neck. Deep chest. Excellent bone and tight feet. Compact outline with moderate rear. High set and carried tail. Sound and true on the move. Lovely coat. BOB.

O 1st Lubice Diamante At Snowtrekka. Ultra-feminine Korean Jindo. Lovely head, good reach of neck leading to a moderately laid shoulder. Just enough depth of chest for her build. Fit, muscular body. Well-muscled rear. Well set tail. Excellent mover, sound and covers the ground well. Best AV Import Utility.

J 1st Longsdale Dance With Me. 11 month old GS (Klein) dog pup. Compact outline. Wedge head with a shapely skull, dark eye and small well used ears. Correct neck. Balanced angles. Firm topline. High set tail. Excellent coat of pleasing texture and attractive colour. Moved well once settled. Best NSC Utility.

2nd Marcasite Aurora Skies. Std Poodle. Attractive silver female that pushed the winner all the way. Loved her femininity. Good make and shape with finely chiselled head, excellent eye and super coat. Typical carriage on the move. Must have a bright future. Excellent presentation.

V. Best class of the day! 1st Ch. Souska Devotion. Tib. Spaniel. Favourite of mine. Beautiful head and expression. Such a keen showgirl that exudes femininity and sound breed type. Excellent body and overall condition. A well-made female with all the breed attributes to carry her worthy title. BV.

2nd Tetsikarma Stargazer. TT dog approaching 12 years and looking and showing in fabulous form. Strong dog of square proportions. Very good head. Sound conformation which is reflected in his easy movement. Still holding a very pleasing outline. Pushed hard for the top spot.
