Thank you to the committee for the invitation to judge and to all the exhibitors who gave me an entry and for taking my placings graciously. Overall I was pleased with the standard of dogs entered.

Puppy (2) - 1 absent

1st - Simms, Arcticskies Black Diva. B/W 7 month old bitch. Good dentition, Lovely fox like expression with well set ears which she uses well although I would prefer them slightly smaller. Lovely dark eye to finish the picture. Her overall balance was spot on! Good length of neck leading into a well made front assemble with a lovely lay back of shoulder. Lovely bone and good oval feet. Good depth of ribbing which will spring as she grows. Strong Loin. Moderate angles fore and after. Very light on her feet when settled. Shown in lovely coat condition. RBOB, BPIB.

Junior (1) - 1 Absent

1st - Ferreti’s, Arcticskies Super Trouper For Lyrvid JW. G/W 2 year old bitch. One who I judged once before as a puppy and I liked her then. She has defiantly come on with maturity! Beautiful chiselled head, tapering well to a good muzzle. Lovely dark almond eyes. Ears set high of good shape and width. Strong neck, leading into a nice lay back of shoulder. Good amount of chest, well sprung ribs. Short loin. Lovely top line with slight slope to croup. Tail of good length. Stood parallel with good short hocks. She was well muscled all through. Her angles were moderate and looked a picture on the stack, lovely dense thick double coat. On the move she was so light and free, converging into a single tracking motion coming and going. BOB

Open (7) - 3 Absent

1st - Tinker’s, Multi Ch Zaltana Kiss My Paws At Lolotea JW ShCM (imp pol). B/W 6 year old male. Smart looking dog, he had a good head piece with that chiselled fox like expression. Nice oval eye. Lovely ears set high. Lovely masculine neck, shoulders were ok. Good depth of fore chest, nice spring of rib, ribbed well back with a strong loin. He was in very good muscular condition. strong hind quarters. Well up on leg. He moved well coming and going, very light on his feet. He has a good thick dense coat. I just preferred the overall proportions of the PG winner today.

2nd - Simms, Arcticskies Baileys On Ice. R/W 4 year old bitch. Slightly finer in body which you would expect for a female anyway. Good head and lovely eye. Her ears are set slightly wide so for me didn’t have the expression of 1. She’s put together very well. Good shoulders and length of upper arm. Nice sprung ribs. Well muscled all through with moderate angles. Moved well around the ring again with a nice single tracking motion coming and going. Just a little lazy with her topline on the stack today.
