I would like to the thank the Officers & Committee for inviting me to judge at your well run & friendly show, also the two lovely stewards for keeping the ring running smoothly, and last but not least, The exhibitors for your entries and for allowing me to go over your lovely dogs.

Chihuahua Smoothcoat

Puppy 3.

1st - Poyner, Chinatown Moonstone, Delightful 8 month old bitch with lots to like at such a young age, she has a good head with great ears, moderately short muzzle with good dentition,  she holds her tail up & happily wagging on the move, moves well when settled but still very much a baby.

2nd - Shapcott, Sweetpanache Gin n Tonic, 8 month old dog with a lovely head & big round eyes, nice muzzle length slightly tapering to a point, & lovely ears that he used well, good tail & substance to his body, a little unsure of himself today but he's still a baby & I'm sure his confidence will grow.

Graduate 2 (1)

1st - Whitton, Chinatown Moondance, Pretty 8 month old puppy bitch, She has a really lovely head, well used & well placed ears, nice length of muzzle, She has a good topline & good sickle  tail that came to life in the challenge when she had company, a very nice baby, BPIB.

Limit 2

1st - Poyner, Anadeia Ovation for Mikichi JW, WOW.! Here's a showman in the making! This 17 month old dog is very well constructed with a bright future, beautiful apple domed head with great dentition housed in his moderately short muzzle, big round melting eyes, large flaring ears that he used constantly, good neck & chest with a level topline, he's full of sass & "look at me" as he moves around the ring with purpose & carrying his sickle tail high & over his back, Pleased to award BOB.

2nd - Dodd, Mikichi Diamond Marquise, such a pretty & daint, compact little girl with lots to like, sweet head & good dentition, slightly arched neck that leads to the most magnificent level topline that you could balance a champagne flute on! Shes a very flashy girl who moves elegantly around the ring, and demands your attention on the stand with her beautiful tail that finishes off her four square outline, she was unlucky to meet 1 today but couldn't be denied RBOB.

Open 2

1st - Shapcott, Gestavo Partying with Senecio, Pretty & well bodied 2 year old bitch with lots of Chihuahua attitude, lovely breedy apple domed head with a moderately short muzzle & lovely dentition, slightly arched neck leading to well laid shoulders & a level topline that she held on the move, moves straight both coming & going when settled.

2nd - Dodd, Anadeia Maikoh, pretty & compact 2 year old dog with a great head, saucy expression & large ears, very nice topline & tail carriage, very much a showman with great movement. Very eye catching.

Chihuahua Longcoat

Puppy 1.

1st - Skinner, Mujerosa Lucky For Me. Pretty 8 month old tricolour puppy dog, lovely head & eyes with a moderately short muzzle, alert & nicely placed ears, good topline & tail that he carries up & over his back, moves happily around the ring & enjoys every minute.

Graduate 3

1st - Doran, Tigra Terra Gold with Osakazuki (imp pol). If Carlsberg made surprises!! This 17 month old bitch is definitely one that cannot be judged ringside due to her surprisingly very thick coat that bounces around & hides so many assets, she has an excellent head, lovely sweet & gentle eyes & good dentition. Once you get through her thick coat - you find its hiding many virtues, well laid shoulders, spirit level topline, well sprung ribs & well muscled loin & rear. She did lack a little confidence with the big dogs in the next rings but once her handler lifter her head a little then she had some lovely strides of movement & carried her tail confidently up & over her back. BOB & pleased to hear she was shortlisted in a very large group.

Skinner, Mujerosa Hats Of To You. Flashy red & white 8 month old puppy dog, lovely head, good size ears that he uses well, moderately short muzzle, ideal coat & fringing presented fabulously,great level topline & tail carried well & proud up & over his back, moves well, BPIB, RBOB.

Limit 1.

1st - Skinner, Mujerose Bobby's Heart in Heaven JW. 18 month old cream & white dog, this boy has large well set ears with nice feathering coming, slightly longer than he is high with a nice topline, he carries his tail up at all times, moves straight coming & going.

Open 1.

1st - Tyssul Awel Y Mynydd, 4 year old cream & white dog who is very well schooled & his handler shows him to his full potential, He has a correct ear placement, good stop & moderately short muzzle, moves confidently carrying his tail at all times & stands four square whilst lovingly watching his handler.
